Design of Intelligent Unlocking System in Computer Room Based on Embedded Technology 基于嵌入式技术的机房智能开锁系统设计

This paper introduces a wireless intelligent unlocking system based on STM32F103C8T6 single chip microcontroller. The single chip microcontroller is the main control system, Wi-Fi technology is used as the transmission actuator, and the webpage and mobile phone are used as the control part, and applying the steering engine power unit, power module, transmission actuator and other equipment to realize the functions of automatic unlocking according to the curriculum and forced unlocking by mobile phone or webpage. The system is security-emphasized and anti-theft, low in price, and easy to operate.

Investigation on automatic control system of cyclic pressure test for curtain wall 幕墙循环压力试验自动控制系统的研究

An automatic and manual control system of cyclic pressure test was developed in consideration of request of water penetration test and structural wind pressure resistance test under cyclic pressure. The system is composed of a pressure chamber used for testing curtain wall, a blower, a pressure control drive equipment, an electric equipment of the pressure control, etc. It can make the chamber pressure fluctuate between high and low values and adjust the cyclic period. Also, the system can realize arbitrary switching between automatic control and manual control on fluctuating pressure of the chamber, and it has the advantages of high automation, simple operation, safety and reliability.
针对循环压力下透水试验和结构抗风压试验的要求,研制了循环压力试验的自动和手动控制系统。该系统由幕墙测试用压力室、鼓风机、压力控制驱动设备、压力控制电气设备等组成。它可以使腔室压力在高低值之间波动,调节循环周期。同时,该系统可以实现自动控制与手动控制之间的任意切换,自动化程度高,操作简单,安全可靠。

Design of Tooth Profile of Non-circular Synchronous Belt Pulley Based on Conjugate Engagement and Local Quadrant Method 基于共轭啮合和局部象限法的非圆同步皮带轮齿形设计

In order to avoid the interference and lateral clearance between the non-circular synchronous pulley and synchronous belt, to improve the carrying capacity and transmission accuracy of the synchronous pulley, and to reduce the noise in the process of transmission. In this paper, the conjugate engagement theorem of generating method was applied to the calculation of the tooth profile of the non-circular synchronous pulley. The tooth profile of synchronous pulley was obtained by enveloping the pitch curve of non-circular synchronous pulley with a rack cutter and a local quadrant method was proposed to extract the complete tooth profile points based on the distribution characteristics of the data points of the envelope curve. The auxiliary design program was compiled by MATLAB, and through the calculation and comparison of examples, it was found that the method was simple, reliable, and highly accurate.

Study on the Influencing Factors of Assembly Precision about Rate Gyroscope 影响速率陀螺仪装配精度的因素研究

Contact reed and contact subassembly are used in kinds of mechanical inertial apparatus, and they are is the media between electric signal and mechanical movement. In this paper, in accordance with the problem in the process of producing, through the experiment and analysis, the cause is found and processing technique to solving the problem is presented. The technique can be used in the producing process and can increase the passing rate of the gyroscope. The technique can play an important role in improving the overall assembly quality of the instrument and the ex-factory pass rate, effectively improving the reliability of spacecraft assembly.

Design and Analysis of a Moving Mirror Supporting Mechanism for Fourier Transform Spectroscopy 傅立叶变换光谱学移动镜支撑机构的设计与分析

Moving mirror supporting mechanism is a key component of Fourier transform spectrometer(FTS), its motion precision and the maximum range of travel affect the performance of the instrument. Based on the double parallelogram structure, a symmetrical flexible moving mirror supporting mechanism is designed. Simulation results show the system permits ± 5 mm of mirror travel with the tilt value of less than ±4.8urad and the shear value of less than 3um. Excellent shear performance and tilt performance make it well suited for most FTS instruments.
动镜支撑机构是傅里叶变换光谱仪(FTS)的关键部件,其运动精度和最大行程影响着仪器的性能。基于双平行四边形结构,设计了对称柔性动镜支撑机构。仿真结果表明,该系统允许镜面移动±5mm,倾斜值小于±4.8urad,剪切值小于3um。优异的剪切性能和倾斜性能使其非常适合大多数FTS仪器。

Estimations of Reliability Parameters on One Type of Missile by Introducing Failure Information 引入故障信息的某型导弹可靠性参数估计

By introducing failure information, an aggressive problem of directly using zero-failure datas to estimate the reliability and parameters of the equipment is solved. For one type of missile rolling bearing which is in accord with Weibull distribution, the paper proves the expected Bayesian estimation of the failure probability with zero-failure data. A modified method is carried out to determine the time of timing truncation test. With the failure information, it derives the weighted comprehensive estimation method of failure probability. On the other hand, it provides the weighted least square estimation method of the parameters in Weibull distribution. Based on the datas of the rolling bearing, it gives the weighted comprehensive estimations of the parameters and reliability. The difference with shape parameter is reduced by 9.85% and the difference with reliability is reduced by 33.3%. The results indicates that the modified method could be more reasonable and practical.

Waveguide-coaxial converter based on single-ridge waveguide impedance transformation in Ka band 基于Ka波段单脊波导阻抗变换的波导-同轴变换器

A waveguide-coaxial converter for Ka band is introduced. This converter uses the good wideband matching characteristics of the single-ridge waveguide and combines with a Chebyshev impedance converter to achieve impedance matching in the entire Ka band. HFSS full-wave simulation software was used for integrated design, RF simulation and structural optimization of the probe and impedance conversion. After processing and measurement, the converter has a back-to-back insertion loss of S21 ≤ 0.56 dB and a VSWR ≤ 1.24 in the frequency range of 26.5~40 GHz, the indicators are good.

Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study on Self-piercing Riveting of DC03/6016 Dissimilar Sheets DC03/6016异种板材自穿孔铆接数值模拟与试验研究

The self-piercing riveting process of 6016 aluminum alloy with 1 mm thickness and DC03 structural steel with 1.5 mm thickness was studied, the process of self-piercing riveting of dissimilar materials between 6016 aluminum alloy and DC03 steel plate is simulated based on DEFORM-2D, and the riveting experiments of plates at different placement sequence are carried out by using flat bottom die. The results show that when 6016 aluminum alloy sheet is placed in the upper layer, the forming quality of self-piercing riveting is better. The experimental values of undercut, head height and residual thickness are 0.585 mm, 0.069 mm and 0.212 mm respectively. The relative errors between experimental values and simulation values are 3.62%, 7.81% and 2.42% respectively, and the correctness of the finite element simulation is verified. In addition, the relationship between undercut and die parameters of self-piercing riveting for steel-aluminum dissimilar materials is analyzed, and it is found that undercut increases with the increase of die width, while it decreases with the increase of die depth.

Finite element analysis of the forces on the roller of a medium-sized crawler excavator 中型履带式挖掘机滚轮受力有限元分析

When a medium-sized crawler excavator works on a hard and concave road surface, a small number of rollers are stressed. Due to low working speed, Static analysis is still necessary. First of all, a three-point support model is established and the offset range of center-of-gravity is determined. The bearing capacity of the roller is analyzed in horizontal state and 10° inclined state. The forces on the three supporting rollers are calculated during rotation of the shovel arm at 30° intervals. Then, the three-dimensional mechanical model of the roller is established by ANSYS software. The stress and strain of two working states are simulated. The scheme of optimizing mass block design is put forward. The calculation results can also provide reference and basis for strength analysis and stability analysis of crawler excavator chassis.

Study on Electrocatalytic Oxidation Degradation of Phenol by Ti-based Sn-Sb-Pb Oxide Coating Anode ti基Sn-Sb-Pb氧化膜阳极电催化氧化降解苯酚的研究

Ti-based Sn-Sb-Pb oxide coating electrode was prepared by high temperature thermal oxidation method. The obtained electrode has high electrocatalytic activity and good stability. The surface morphology, oxygen evolution potential and service life of each electrode were examined by scanning electron microscope, oxygen evolution potential measurement and accelerated life test. Phenol was taken as the target organic matter. Under the conditions of applied voltage 8V and water temperature 30°C, the COD removal rate of 100mg/L phenol simulated wastewater was electrolyzed, and the COD removal rate of phenol solution could reach 71.1% in 60min.
采用高温热氧化法制备了ti基Sn-Sb-Pb氧化物涂层电极。所得电极具有较高的电催化活性和良好的稳定性。采用扫描电镜、析氧电位测量和加速寿命试验对各电极的表面形貌、析氧电位和使用寿命进行了检测。以苯酚为目标有机物。在施加电压8V、水温30℃条件下,电解100mg/L苯酚模拟废水的COD去除率,60min内苯酚溶液COD去除率可达71.1%。
