Analysis of porosity in welding of titanium alloy 钛合金焊接中气孔的分析

Porosity is one of the most common and harmful defects in laser welding of titanium alloy. It is easy to cause stress concentration and reduce the comprehensive properties of the weld. Because of its own characteristics, titanium alloy is easy to produce welding defects such as cracks, pores and lack of fusion in the welding process, which has a great impact on the performance of welded joints. As a commonly used connection method in titanium alloy processing, welding joint is relatively thin and weak parts in titanium alloy structure, it is also the main part of structural failure. In this paper, according to the current laser welding method of titanium alloy, combined with the production practice, the causes and hazards of common porosity welding defects in laser welding of titanium alloy are analyzed, and the preventive measures and treatment methods are put forward.

Effect of Surface Roughness on Thermal Contact Resistance of Fixed Interface in Thermal Measurement of Electron Device 电子器件热测量中表面粗糙度对固定界面接触热阻的影响

The interfacial thermal resistance between two solid materials is usually large, but there is still no way to eliminate it nor uniform measurement standard. Therefore, in thermal measurement technology, because the surface roughness of material directly affects the interface morphology, the change of total thermal resistance caused by the thermal contact resistance (TCR) fluctuations disturbs the accuracy of internal thermal analysis of the device. We prepared samples with different surface roughness and performed thermal measurements on them, compared with the test under vacuum environment and the condition filled with thermal interface materials, respectively. We found the heat transfer mechanism at the fixed interface. More importantly, it is shown that in the interval of surface roughness Ra < 6.4, the TCR shows good consistency when filled with thermal interface materials. This result will help to quickly improve the accuracy of thermal measurement technology.

The safety analysis and evaluation of amusement facilities has always been a major concern of the amusement equipment industry. This paper combines the cause of the amusement equipment accidents, the HAZOP analysis process, and the statistical analysis of accident cases over the years to form a computer-aided amusement equipment. security analysis system. This system is a safety analysis system in the field of amusement facilities. It is a software analysis system that integrates analysis-evaluation-management-inquiry. It not only includes the basic method of HAZOP analysis, but also includes error and accident analysis database, cause database, result database, and recommended measures. library, etc. This paper uses C # language, SQL Server and other tools to implement the construction of computer-assisted security analysis system. It can be used in the design, use, maintenance, safety analysis, evaluation and structural improvement of recreation facilities. Safety analysis of connection strength of the hoistway and the building 井道与建筑物连接强度的安全性分析

There have a great number of existing residential buildings in china that do not have elevators installed, which plagued the lives of aged residents living in for apparent inconvenience. The installation of elevators in these buildings comes into being under this circumstances. In this paper, the hoistway and the building were considered as a whole, and a three-span single safety under the coupling of safety clamp-rail- building was established. The deformation of the guide rail and the force of the supporting point were calculated by three-span guide rail model, when the safety clamp was in motion. It provided a theoretical basis for the calculation of the force and the safety analysis of the elevator steel structure hoistway.

Effect of particle size distribution width of cement particle group on performance 水泥颗粒群粒径分布宽度对性能的影响

The effect of the particle distribution width of cement on the amount of cement paste and the bleeding performance was studied. The early hydration and heat release laws of cement were explored with a hydration heat analyzer, and the physical properties of cement were studied. The results show that the dosages of polycarboxylate superplasticizer increases with the increasing of the width of the cement particle distribution, the bleeding rate of the cement paste decreases with the increasing of the width of the cement particle distribution. From the results of hydration heat, it can be seen that under the same conditions, with the increase of cement particle distribution width, the hydration reaction rate slows down and the degree of hydration is relatively low. From the results of physical properties, it can be seen that the water demand of normal consistency decreases with the increasing of distribution width, and cement particle distribution width has little effect on cement setting time.

A Novel Network Damage Simulator Calibration Method 一种新的网络损伤模拟器标定方法

In this work, we propose a new method to calibrate network damage simulator, based on universal counter and frame header trigger (FHT). Traceable measurements on parameters of delay, jitter and packet drop can be fulfilled, and measurement uncertainty at a sub-microsecond level is achieved. An experimental system is established to calibrate a typical network damage simulator with specific damages in the 1000M Ethernet mode, and the uncertainty of measurement is analyzed. Compared with traditional method with network tester, this new calibration method can trace back to time and frequency with a small measurement uncertainty, and solve the calibration of jitter parameter.

Theoretical Research and Experiment on Support of FDM 3D Printing 支持FDM 3D打印的理论研究与实验

Reasonable support can effectively improve the accuracy and quality of 3D printing. Based on the current status and shortcomings of the single-nozzle 3D printer with FDM type, the paper analyzed the types and functions of support. The factors affecting the accuracy of the printed parts were summarized and the calculation expressions of the support load were found in this paper. At last, the experimental research supported by the insight software verified the theoretical analysis results.

Study on the Penetration Characteristics of Deep Space Impactor into Concrete 深空冲击器对混凝土的侵彻特性研究

In order to understand the effect of initial parameters on penetration characteristics when a deep space impactor penetrates concrete, a dynamic simulation model of deep space impactor penetration of concrete is established, and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by ground tests. Through the simulation model, the penetration depth, penetration overload peak, and impactor structural strength of the impactor under different conditions such as different inclination angles, different invasion angles of attack, inclination angle and invasion angle coexist, and and other penetrating properties were analyzed. The results show that the angle of attack and the angle of attack should be minimized when the impactor is released, so that the deflection of the impactor's penetration trajectory is smaller, and the required penetration depth can be achieved with a lower invasion speed and a smaller peak of penetration overload. This article can provide some theoretical references for the structural design of deep space impactors.

Quality Control Methods for Macromonomers of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Based on Infrared Spectroscopy 基于红外光谱的聚羧酸酯高效减水剂大单体质量控制方法

Three kinds of methods for spectrum processing, peak height method, peak area method and correlation coefficient method, were used to study the two kinds of macromonomers of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, HPEG and TPEG. The research found that it is more accurate to use the correlation coefficient method to control the quality of the two kinds of macromonomers. The verification results showed that they were consistent with the test results of the cement paste. The macro quality control standards for the HPEG and TPEG were initially established. The important reference data and evaluation basis for the HPEG and TPEG were provided, and the quality control values of the HPEG and TPEG were 0.9106 and 0.9070, respectively.
采用峰高法、峰面积法和相关系数法三种光谱处理方法,对聚羧酸酯型高效减水剂的两种高分子单体HPEG和TPEG进行了研究。研究发现,用相关系数法对这两种高分子单体的质量控制更为准确。验证结果与水泥浆体试验结果一致。初步建立了HPEG和TPEG的宏观质量控制标准。为HPEG和TPEG提供了重要的参考数据和评价依据,HPEG和TPEG的质量控制值分别为0.9106和0.9070。

Failure Analysis of Planetary Gear in a Geared Rotary Actuator Used in Aircraft Flight Control System 飞机飞控系统齿轮传动回转作动器行星齿轮失效分析

This paper reports the results of an investigation into the premature failure of planetary gear in a Geared Rotary Actuator used in aircraft flight control system. The gear failed about 2,000 h of service which was much shorter than the normal service life of 30,000 h. The failure of planetary gear was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, spectrometer, hardness tester, metallographic microscope through macroscopic and microscopy examination of the fracture, microscopic analysis of the fracture, chemical composition analysis, hardness and microstructure examination. The results show that the chemical composition, hardness and microstructure meet the technical requirements of the material properties, but the plastic deformation of the fracture was obvious. The failure reason was the overload failure.
