Internet of things (IoT) is a pool of various devices, objects, humans, services those might be interconnected and that can communicate with each other, share data and information to succeed a common aim in different applications and areas. The idea of the IoT is to allow devices to work together on the Internet. In IoT now days the main issue is the security, in our paper we have found many research challenges related to our area and the security challenges of IoT faces are becoming more and more severe as IoT uses is growing in almost all applications. If IoT devices are not secured properly, the privacy and security of data will remain major issues in the present world in which things are interconnected. The main motive of our paper is to review the present research challenges related to IoT and the developments in the field of IoT security with Blockchain. Blockchain can be a very good option, it provides wide range of security solutions for IoT ecosystems, including trustworthiness, privacy, integrity, transparency, data availability. The Blockchain technology is basically based on the concept of decentralization, security and transparency of the system that has developed as a proficient technology to resolve the serious issues those generally occurred in the fundamental centralized networks and secure the IoT technologies. Some interesting research directions of the use of blockchain in IoT can be found in our very recent survey paper. In this work, the effects of the blockchain on an extensive range of IoT security from the latest research papers and at last a model has been provided for the security of IoT using blockchain.

After environmental crisis, Electric Vehicles (EV) are the best alternative of the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicle. But focusing only on EV is not only sufficient as Electrical Vehicle Charging Station (EVCS) is equally important for deploying these vehicles. Since these vehicles are electrically powered there are certain challenges in installing these charging stations. Former major problem is grid overloading and load forecasting. Latter is charging time and traffic-crowd management at charging stations. This paper reviews about the basic terminologies of charging station like charging station types, levels. To overcome these challenges, various technologies are discussed along with brief introduction of lithium ion batteries charging strategies and Battery Management System (BMS). Since, Indian Government is concentrating towards environmental friendly ecosystem and as per its mission to reduce carbon emission from the transport sector, deployment of EV's and installation of EVCS is the biggest concern. Since, government has reduced the tax on EV's and providing subsidy for installing charging station, this is an easy task. Hence, in this paper certain guidelines by the Ministry of Power and Ministry of Housing (Government of India) is discussed which can help an individual to set up a charging station at their end.

Human activity recognition is the method of extracting and predicting the movements of the human body often indoors by using any hardware device such as a camera or sensor-based device. At an earlier stage collecting data from sensors is quite expensive but recently we have smartphones and other personal devices which have accelerometer-based sensors that track our activities. HAR is a classification method in which people have a great interest because we can find different actions of the human body like sitting, walking, running, jumping, jogging etc. by using body-worn sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope and applying methods like convolution neural network and other deep learning methods. The main objective of this review is to study different human activities, compounds and methods that are used to recognize actions and position of the body.

With digital strategies coping up with banks and financial institutions, enormous data passed to these sectors, business transactions are becoming more prone to frauds and threats resulting in data leakage and personal details exposed to fraudsters leading to huge loss to organizations as well as to customers. This makes organizations adapt to high-level security and data handling technology solutions like machine learning, deep learning and predictive analytics which are efficient enough to deal with highly sensitive data, predict frauds and unwanted behavioural patterns in this data. This paper reviews the different advance technologies commonly used to deal with this type of data forms a comparison among them and suggests the most efficient and informative method to use in this sector. Through the end of the review, feature engineering and its selection of parameters for achieving better performance are discussed.

Interface circuit plays a crucial role in architecture of read out integrated circuits (ROIC), which are also responsible for the transformation of small current through a photodiode into a voltage. In this work, we have chosen a Gate Modulation Input (GMI) interface circuit of ROIC for analysis purpose. The noise performance is improved in the GMI circuit by applying the classical approach and increasing the gate area. Cadence Virtuso is used for validating proposed concepts at 180nm technology node.

In any linear system the Kalman Filter is highly used to tracking and estimation. Extended Kalman Filter is deal nonlinear system better than Kalman Filter. But the framework of Extended Kalman Filter is not easy to draw they requires some highly numerical terms in nature. So, there using a new method called Unscented Kalman Filter to provide an easy task to user with use of sigma focus points. Nonlinear approach is used to estimate the state of the System.

The review paper is providing the brief idea of photonic Crystal Cavities (PCCs) structures and their applications for biosensing devices. The paper presents the review of different PCC structures with modified properties of sensing. For several optical sensing applications, different PCC structure with properties are described in details. The conclusion of reported work and result demonstrated that miniaturization of optical biosensors is possible by the different PCC structure. This PCC structure has flexibility in structure for different sensing applications.

ZigBee is recently developed technology which can be implemented in IEEE 802.15.4 standard for a wireless sensor network (WSN). It is specially made for the purpose of control and sensor network and comprises of ZigBee Coordinator, router and end devices. It has low information rate, low power utilization and economical value, which are principle highlights of ZigBee. The network topology may include star, cluster tree or Mesh. The sensor nodes transferring data in the network is generally sent to the coordinator, the coordinator collects sensor information, stores the information in memory, process the data, and direct it to proper node. In this paper, this work is related to the impact of increase in ZigBee Coordinators on a 3D terrain in both static and mobile condition of sink node, to determine its optimum performance. The use of Archimedes' Spiral was introduced to mobility pattern to study its resultant simulation performance metrics.

Peer to peer file transferring is always a better approach for sharing the contents among multiple nodes when they are in same logical network. Sometimes when a peer leaves the network and its resources key is handed-over to other neighbors (may be adjacent peer) there is always high risk for transferring of related content. In this paper a solution has been implemented through which peers can share files with another peer in a secure manner over P2P enabled intra-network. The data of Peers are located in two different folders namely- PUBLIC and PRIVATE. For a PRIVATE file, the permission from the owner will be desired to retrieve the file at the receiving-end peer. This enables users to restrict the outflow of files. The main advantage of this application is that there is no need of global network (internetwork) and a centralized server.

In this paper, a design for improving the performance of double gate junction-less metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor by using a Germanium channel is proposed. Initially, Silicon was used as the channel materials but in this paper, germanium is used to prove the performance of the device because it has higher mobility of electrons as compared to silicon, so it is better for small semiconductor devices which have high drain current ratio with high throughput. In this paper the performance of both silicon and germanium has been compared in double gate junction-less metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor devices namely for - drain induced barrier lowering drain current ratio), subthreshold slope, the threshold voltage (Vth) are investigated for n-type Si-DGJLT and Ge-DGJLT systematically.
