Background : Postpartum period is a time of physiological changes for recovery from pregnancy, and also a psychological transition in which women gain competence and confidence in their role as mothers. The most significant factor on the development of maternal competence is social support. Today's widely accepted sources of social support are various social media platforms. To overcome this gap, this research uses VOSviewer to analyze text data from publications or reports related to the role of social media. Methods: This research was conducted by making maps based on text data. The first step, the researcher uses publish or perish to search using Google Scholar journal data related to social media as social support for postpartum depression from 2018 to 2022. The second step uses VOSviewer to create maps based on text data from reference managers with field titles and binary calculations as methods. For the third step, the researcher chose a threshold with a minimum number of occurrences of 3 terms, and the researcher found 1996 terms, 56 meet the threshold. From 56 meet of the treshhold, 34 number terms are selected. Results and Discussion : On July 13, 2023, there were 86 articles analyzed and the researchers found 4 clusters, cluster 1 had 11 items, cluster 2 had 10 items, cluster 3 had 9 items adn cluster 4 had 4 items. From the 3 clusters, three visualizations were obtained consisting of network, overlay and density visualization. Conclusion : Results mapping based on keywords social media as social support for postpartum mother. Most of the research on trial has been done. Background: Waste from medical and non-medical activities can be generated by hospital health service operations in both solid and liquid forms. Hospital liquid waste is waste that endangers the environmental ecosystem and human health around the hospital and even the wider environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of wastewater effluent after treatment which includes BOD, COD, TSS in wastewater from various hospitals. Method: This study is a literature review study. Searching for articles using the published or perish application is continued, followed by database searches on Scopus, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, published in 2018-2023. 69 articles found were then selected into 5 articles. Results and Discussion: based on the 5 reviewed research articles it was found that the average values for the chemical parameters of hospital wastewater from various hospitals in several countries showed that the BOD, COD, TSS parameters exceeded waste disposal standards, besides that other hazardous substances were detected, including the use of other disinfectants used in large quantities in health care facilities, a significant level of pollution was shown from the surgical section which was almost two to four times higher than other sections, this caused high chemical contamination contained in hospital wastewater. Conclusion: the characteristics of hospital wastewater show different values between countries. This depends on the type of material, origin of various wastes, region, frequency of detection and quantification of these compounds. Therefore

Introduction: HbA1c is a non-enzymatic binding of glucose molecules to hemoglobin through a post- translational glycation process, measuring the level or percentage of glucose bound to hemoglobin, this parameter is used as the main benchmark for controlling Diabetes Mellitus because HbA1c can describe blood sugar levels within a period of 1- 3 months due to red blood cells bound by glucose molecules. HbA1c examination is an examination of glycemic levels which is useful to determine long-term glycemic control in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. From this study to determine differences in HbA1c levels in diabetes mellitus patients using capillary and venous blood samples. Method: Cross-sectional, this research was conducted at the Hematology Laboratory of the Palembang Muhammadiyah Institute of Health and Technology. The population taken was Diabetes Mellitus Patients in the Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital laboratory. The sample used in this study was 29 samples using purposive sampling. Results: The average HbA1c level was found in 7.91% capillary blood and 7.91% venous blood. Discussion: The conclusion in this study is that capillary and venous blood sampling can be used to check HbA1c levels.

Background: Pregnancy is a period that starts from conception to the birth of the fetus. Third trimester of pregnancy, which is the last 3 months of pregnancy which starts from the 28th week to the 40th week. (Setiawati et al., 2019). Physiological changes that occur during pregnancy have pathways that are pathological for pregnant women. Complaints in pregnant women include back pain which is characterized by the enlargement of the uterus affecting the center of gravity, stretching out and bandaging the abdominal muscles, changing body postures, and putting pressure on the back. Therapy Listening to music can produce endorphins (a morphine-like substance supplied by the body which can reduce pain/pain) which can inhibit the transmission of pain impulses in the central nervous system, so that the sensation of pain can be reduced Objective : To determine the effectiveness of the music therapy to reducing low back pain on pregnant women Methodology This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a one group pretest posttest design. The sampling technique was perposive sampling in third trimester pregnant women, totaling 40 respondents. Result and Discussion: The results showed that the median pretest value was 6.00 and the median posttest value was 2.00 with a p value of 0.00 <0.05, this indicated that there was a decrease in back pain before and after the classical music therapy. Conclusion: Mozart classical music therapy has an effect on reducing back pain in third trimester pregnant women.

Introduction: The second stage of labor is called the expulsion period, starting when the opening of the cervix is complete (10 cm) and ending with the birth of the baby with his force and straining the fetus is pushed out until birth. Childbirth is a stress response that the body responds to. Anxiety in pregnant women is caused by psychosocial factors such as the need for security and comfort. Al-Qur'an stimulants can generate delta waves of 63.11% with reduced anxiety in the mother making the muscles more relaxed and the mother can go through labor easily so there are no cases of prolonged labor and can improve the welfare of the fetus. Method: This type of research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the increase in labor outcomes by applying the Murottal Al-Quran to the Length of the Second Stage of Labor and the APGAR Score. While the research design used was a pre- experimental design with a posttest only with a control group design to measure the effect of murottal QS. Ar-Rahman in the experimental group by comparing it with the control group. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth during the first active phase at the Ar-Rahmah Indaralaya Maternity Clinic in Palembang. Results: There were 66 respondents (55.5%) who applied Murottal Al-Quran with a duration of 2 under 1 hour, while 53 respondents (44.5%) did not apply Murottal Al-Quran with a duration of 2 under 1 hour. Respondents who applied Murottal Al-Quran in the absence of asphyxia were 64 people (66%) while respondents who did not apply Murottal Al-Quran in the absence of perineal rupture were 33 people (34%). Discussion: There was a difference in the length of stage II between the intervention group and the control group after the application of Murottal Al- Qur'an and there were differences in APGAR scores between the intervention group and the control group after the application of Murottal Al-Qur'an.
