The main objective of this paper is to present an approximate numerical solution of the Klein-Gordon equation. For this purpose, the basic concepts associated with the numerical method used to obtain the approximate solution will be presented initially. In our case, we considered as a hypothesis the fact that using the finite element method and in particular the Galerkin method, it is possible to perform a superb numerical approximation of the solution of the Klein-Gordon equation. For this purpose, we will present some of the solutions that have been obtained by employing the modified Adomian decomposition method, via a transformation and Exp-function method and comparison with Adomian's, and using the variational method. This will allow better understanding of the effectiveness of the finite element method because the solutions will be represented in space and time. The novelty results from the fact of being able to take the solutions known as initial and boundary conditions and observe that effectively at great lengths the solution stabilizes at zero and that over time the approximate solutions stabilize. Finally, the simulations obtained by the finite element method indicate that the Klein-Gordon equation is damped nonlinear, its solution stabilizes at and and for short times, the function remains close to zero. Keywords: approximate solution, finite element method, nonlinear equation, the Klein-Gordon equation, the Galerkin solution. https://doi.org/10.55463/issn.1674-2974.50.7.23

The implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in 2015 intensively held competency tests to measure the ability of the Indonesians and to have a high selling value compared to people of other countries. Community competence can be measured by holding a competency test in which the results of the competency test are in the form of professional competency certification. BNSP grants licenses to Professional Certification Institutions (LSP) in performing its duties. This study aims to prove and analyze the effects of 1) Competence and Self-Leadership on Role Conflict, 2) Competence, Self-Leadership, and Role Conflict on Organizational Commitment, 3) Interpersonal Communication on the effect of Competence and Self-Leadership on Role Conflict. The population of this study is the competence assessors of professional certification institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling and obtained a total sample of 411 respondents. Data were collected using the survey method by distributing questionnaires, while the analysis technique used was structural equation modeling (SEM) through AMOS. The results of this study prove that; 1) competence and self-leadership have a significant effect on role conflict, (2) self-leadership and role conflict have a significant effect on organizational commitment, and (3) interpersonal communication moderates the effect of competence and self-leadership on role conflict. The novelty of this research is that competence has no significant effect on organizational commitment, which is an intrapersonal strength if it is related to organizational or interpersonal commitments, both of which have weak motivation to be related to each other. : The use of new information and communication technologies (ICT) in the field of training, where the ability to self-train, inform, and communicate via different technologies, is now becoming an essential condition for adapting to the programs taught. Moreover, the use of technologies for learning is currently a key skill to enable pedagogical actors to be more successful in an educational context. The problem that arises is how to ensure good management of the credibility of the digital resources used by learners, given the absence of central evaluation processes that constitute a risk for the reliability, credibility, and pedagogical value of the content used for teaching and learning. It is in this perspective that our article proposes an evaluation grid for digital training content that can be used by teachers and students. The proposed evaluation criteria have been inspired by a set of experiences and works of some authors who have worked on models of evaluation of the pedagogical quality of digital sources
