SYNTHESIS AND CONTROL 3-DOF PLANAR PARTLY DECOUPLED PARALLEL MANIPULATOR 三自由度平面部分解耦并联机构的合成与控制

This paper deals with a new planar parallel manipulator, kinetic energy of this mechanism, designing controller. The translation movements are decoupled from rotation. The control algorithm of parallel robot satisfying partial decoupling between translation and orientation degrees of freedom is synthesized. Simulation result of control algorithm in desired trajectory of end-effector of robot is shown. Here parallel manipulator control algorithm while intersecting singular zones is considered.

CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION IN VIETNAM 越南环境污染现状及解决方案

The ocean covers about 71% of the Earth's surface and is considered a system to sustain Earth's life. In particular, the ocean functions to regulate heat balance and have positive effects on the weather - climate on Earth. The ocean ensures food security and human energy security when these resources are running out on the continents. However, recent decades have raised the issue of increasing the human impact on marine ecosystems as a result of polluting the sea and the ocean. The spread of many pollutants has reached local, regional, and even global scale. Therefore, pollution of the sea and the world has become an important international issue, and the necessity to protect the marine environment from pollution is due to the requirements of rational use of natural resources. The problem of exploiting natural resources and protecting the marine environment in many countries is facing many challenges. The depleted resources and polluted marine environment have caused serious damage, hindering the socioeconomic development of many countries. Environmental issues are increasingly alarming when Vietnam ranks 4th in the list of the world's most polluting countries. This article assesses the current situation and causes of marine environmental pollution in Vietnam and proposes solutions to improve the marine environment and towards a sustainable marine economy development strategy.

COMBUSTION CHARACTERISTICS OF SI ENGINE FUELED WITH 2,5- DIMETHYLFURAN AND GASOLINE BLENDS USING AVL-BOOST SIMULATION 使用avl-boost模拟2,5-二甲基呋喃与汽油混合燃料的si发动机燃烧特性

Currently, 2,5-dimethylfuran (DMF) has shown that it is a potential alternative fuel source to replace the traditional fuels such as gasoline and diesel. However, the combustion and emission properties of DMF have been rarely characterized, especially the using of DMF-gasoline blends in SI engines. This article present how the fuel properties and loads affected the combustion of DMF-gasoline blends in a four-cylinder SI engine using AVL-Boost simulation. The simulation conditions were that the throttle valves opening at 75% and 100%, and speed from 1000 to 6000 rpm with the using blends is DMF10, DMF20, DMF30, DMF40 and DMF 50 (corresponding with the DMF ratio in DMF-gasoline blends is 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%). The simulation result is that when adjusting the amount of fuel supplied to a cycle of engine to ensure that λ=1(λ: relative Air to Fuel ratio) when we change the DMF fuel ratio in the blends with gasoline in almost the same power and torque as pure gasoline without changing any structure of the engine. In addition, to remains the engine power when using from DMF10 to DMF50, its need to be increased the average amount of fuel to 9.27% compare to the pure gasoline over the full speed range of 1000÷6000 rpm.

THE FORMATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR GASEOUS CARBONIZING WHEN USING SOME DIFFERENT GASES 当使用一些不同的气体时,气体碳化环境的形成

In this paper, the results of an overview of the formation of carbon permeability when using a number of different permeable gases are presented. The most common permeable gases are “endo” gas and methanol. However, with conditions in Vietnam with an extremely abundant gas source, the use of imported gases will cause enormous waste. Therefore, in this study, we introduce the formation of the permeability medium of two “endo” and methanol gases. In addition, the authors also presented an analysis of the formation of seepage environments from Vietnamese gas sources. Research results show that the formation of permeability medium is suitable for imported gases. Experimental results show that the use of Vietnamese gas for permeability is of the same quality as imported gases.

NUMERICAL INVESTIGATION OF TANDEM EFFECTS ON BLUFF BODIES AERODYNAMICS 串列效应对钝体空气动力学的数值研究

Flow over bluff body is an interesting subject in recent time, which has always attractive the attention of aerodynamic researchers due to their unique flow behavior. Bluff bodies in tandem have a wide range application in engineering, such as in road vehicles (truck-trailer), railway trains, high tower building, industrial chimneys…etc. However, the non-streamed with sharp leading edges bodies exposure to high pressure drag at front face and flow separation from the leading sharp corners. Understanding the flow over these bodies led to optimize the design and control flow field by means of active or passive technique. Therefore, the main aim of the present study is to describe numerically the flow field and shielding effects of various square plates, placed coaxially as front body upstream of the square flat-faced sharp leading-edges with rounded back rear body. Analysis of 3D fluid flow behavior around the rear body alone and for the different geometrical combinations (width and gap ratios) at three Reynolds numbers based on the width of rear body in the range 1-1.8 ×105 were considered. The Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) using ANSYS FLUNET (19.1) with K-Ɛ turbulence model are considered for solving the governing equations for tested models. The simulated results of the flow properties such as flow stream velocity components, pressure distribution contours and pressure coefficient (Cp) around the rear body alone and front-rear body combinations, show that the optimum combination occurred at (b1/b2=0.75 and g/b2=0.5) with maximum drag reduction of 48% and 12% for the speeds 15 and 20 m/s, respectively. This reduction is due to the shielding effect of the front body that cause the separation streamlines from the front body reattachment onto or very close to the rear body shoulder. The contours of instantaneous streamline velocity patterns, pressure (Cp) and drag coefficients distributions were performed. The numerical results show a good agreement with the experimental results.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of process parameters (tool diameters, wall angle and step size) on geometric accuracy during forming pyramid shape using computer numerical control (CNC) milling machine. Taguchi orthogonal array (L9) was used to design the experimental work and the results were analyzed using ANOVA package in Minitab 2017. The results shows that geometric accuracy increase as tool diameter and step size are decrease while it increase with wall angle increase. Two type of error was found sheet bending error (eb) and spring back error (es). Tool diameter have the highest effect on geometric accuracy followed by wall angle and step size.

STUDIES OF IMPRESSION CREEP BEHAVIOR OF ALUMINUM (7079) BASED CARBON FIBER REINFORCED METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES 铝(7079)基碳纤维增强金属基复合材料的压痕蠕变行为研究

This current work aims to is to assess the impression creep behavior of Aluminum based Carbon Fiber reinforced Metal Matrix Composites for three different temperature namely, room temperature, 100oC and 200oC under a constant load of 2 Kg and to find the steady-state creep rates and creep mechanism occurring. In this test, a cylindrical indenter with a flat end is allowed under the action of stress to make a shallow impression on the surface of the specimen. Penetration depth at given stress is measured as a function of time to obtain an impression creep curve. At constant stress similarity can be seen between impression creep curve and normal creep curve. The same procedure is repeated for different temperature conditions. The impression creep curve explains creep characteristics of the specimens. Four different grade carbon specimens are used for testing. Deflection readings are noted for a time interval of 30 seconds. Impression creep curve will be plotted to find the creep behavior.

In the context of increasing energy demand in Vietnam, the ability to supply domestic energy resources is limited, while the potential of renewable energy sources in Vietnam is enormous. Besides, the demand for electricity for production is very high. Therefore, considering the exploitation of renewable energy sources available for electricity production is very feasible both in technology and economic and environmental efficiency. In recent years, renewable energy technologies, in which solar technology has a high and continuous growth rate, has led to a reduction in the cost of installing solar energy systems. The advent of solar technologies has changed the world of renewable energy. Solar power generated in two popular ways around the world today is to use solar cells and use concentrating solar thermal power to operate conventional electricity plants. In this paper, the authors focus on introducing and evaluating the latest technologies that have been applied in the world to provide clean and low-cost energy sources to consumers. Also, the review summarizes the current state of development and breakthrough technologies in solar cells, assessing the development of solar cell battery factories in Vietnam.

This paper provides detailed design and characterisation of the Pneumatic Muscle Actuator (PMA) proposed for actuating an artificial human arm. The anatomy and the load carrying capacity of the human arm are considered for designing the PMA. The PMA is fabricated using the braided sleeve and latex tubes, and a pneumatic circuit is designed for its characterisation. The proposed artificial human arm with PMA can be used as a teaching aid to simulate neurological disorders.
本文介绍了用于驱动人工手臂的气动肌肉驱动器(PMA)的详细设计和特性。在设计PMA时考虑了人体手臂的解剖结构和承载能力。PMA是用编织套筒和乳胶管制造的,并为其特性设计了一个气动回路。所提出的带PMA的人工手臂可以作为模拟神经系统疾病的教学辅助工具。
