In the current digital era, archive management plays a strategic role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of public services, especially in the licensing sector. Challenges in archival systems that are not yet integrated and limited access to information are the main obstacles to a fast and accurate licensing process. Optimizing archives is needed to support transparency, and accountability and improve the quality of public services. This research aims to examine the strategic role of archives in public services in the licensing sector and identify archive management strategies to support the efficiency of the licensing process. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this research, with data obtained from relevant literature studies and interviews with archival practitioners. The conclusion of this research shows that effective and integrated archive management is the main key to speeding up the licensing process and improving the quality of public services. Digitization of archives and the application of information technology has been proven to increase information accessibility and operational efficiency. Apart from that, standardization of records management and human resource training are important factors in increasing competence in modern records management. Cooperation between agencies is also needed to ensure the effective integration of archival systems. Thus, optimizing archives has great potential to support the transformation of public services that are more responsive and quality.

Motivation is a process that instigates change within an individual, empowering them to act towards achieving specific goals. Individuals with strong achievement motivation strive to be intelligent and enhance or refine their abilities to fulfill their tasks. This study aims to explore the motivation and achievement index of Level I students majoring in dental nursing at Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Jakarta I, in 2021. Utilizing a descriptive research design, the population for this study comprised 39 Level I students, all of whom were included in the sample through a total sampling technique. Data were collected via a questionnaire administered through a Google Form. The findings reveal that the majority of students' learning motivation falls within the high category, involving 21 respondents (53.8%). Regarding the student achievement index, the majority, or 35 respondents (89.7%), were categorized within the good learning achievement bracket. The study further indicates that females predominantly exhibit good motivation, accounting for 19 respondents (48.7%). Research on the achievement index based on gender demonstrates that both genders show a high motivation level, with 3 male respondents (7.7%) and 32 female respondents (82.1%) respectively. The study also highlights that students with high learning motivation paired with a good achievement index total of 20 respondents (51.2%), with no students having high motivation alongside a merely sufficient performance index. In conclusion, Level I students of the Department of Dental Nursing at Poltekkes, Ministry of Health Jakarta I, predominantly exhibit high motivation and good learning achievement indexes, with a significant majority being female.

Dusun Kalimangli, Karangtengah Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency, possesses a local wisdom known as 'sedekah bumi' (earth charity). The implementation of sedekah bumi occurs annually through three main activities: cleaning the streets and rivers, a cultural parade followed by a communal meal, and a shadow puppet (wayang kulit) performance. This study aims to explore how sedekah bumi serves as a medium for social interaction among religious communities in Kalimangli Subvillage, Karang Tengah Village, Tuntang District. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive research method, employing social interaction theory and social action as analytical tools. The findings reveal that sedekah bumi acts as a medium for social interaction among people of different religions. It is evident that all residents of Kalimangli Subvillage, regardless of their religious background, come together to collectively clean the streets and rivers, prepare offerings, create ceremonial structures, and participate in a cultural parade. They wear traditional attire and celebrate the occasion with a wayang kulit performance that emphasizes universal values and human virtues rather than focusing on a particular religious narrative.

The concept of the circular green economy strives to address the issue of waste generated by society, aiming to prevent it from becoming a more complex environmental problem. This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the efforts of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Bandara Internasional Lombok through the CSR program “Kampung Hijau Bank Sampah Al-Haqiqi” in changing the community’s paradigm in waste management. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data used in this research included primary data collected through observations and interviews with beneficiaries. Secondary data were gathered from program implementation reports, monitoring and evaluation reports, and supplemented with relevant journal articles. This study reveals that 1) The CSR program of Al-Haqiqi Waste Bank adopts a new paradigm for waste management and assists in changing community habits regarding household waste management 2) Kampung Hijau Bank Sampah Al-Haqiqi program encourages the emergence of the circular economy, leading to not only environmental sustainability but also economic improvement 3) Kampung Hijau Bank Sampah Al-Haqiqi program accelerates the achievement of development goals, particularly focusing on SDG Goal 12 and the reduction of GHG emissions, amounting to 893 kg of CH4 and 17,860 kg of CO2.

Tax is one of the largest incomes owned by Indonesia, one of which is Motor Vehicle Tax. In 2020, the number of motorized vehicles recorded was 20,221,821 motorized vehicles. However, in the reporting process, there are still many taxpayers who have not carried out their responsibilities and obligations. In this study, the researcher uses the Fraud Hexagon model which is used to analyze what factors affect taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes in the West Jakarta area. The variables used in this research are Stimulus, Opportunity, Rationalization, Capability, Ego (arrogance), and Collusion. This study uses the SEM model and is processed using SMART PLS. The sample of this study was 182 taxpayer respondents who have motorized vehicles in the West Jakarta area. The results of this study found that the factors that affect taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes in the West Jakarta area are influenced by Opportunity and Rationalization. These two variables have a significant influence on taxpayer compliance.

By delving into the intricate interplay of cultural norms, evolving identities, educational empowerment, and gender-based discrimination, this study sheds light on the complexities shaping gender experiences. The research employs qualitative methods, including semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, to capture diverse perspectives across India. The findings reveal a nuanced spectrum of gender dynamics, emphasizing the intersectionality of identity, the evolving definitions of masculinity and femininity, and the impact of educational opportunities. The study underscores the challenges posed by gender-based discrimination and violence, while also highlighting the potential for progress through policy interventions and societal shifts. Natural activities are considered the primary cause of environmental damage that occurs in various locations. However, in reality, humans also contribute to environmental degradation, leading to climate change. Erosion and flooding disasters in the coastal areas of Daun Village do not solely occur due to the intrusion of seawater but also due to the behaviors of people who harm nature by engaging in mangrove deforestation and the use of chemicals by fishermen. This study aimed to highlight the Hijau Daun Mangrove Ecotourism Program as a best practice in conservation practices, serving as a significant consideration for the sustainability of human (actor) and non-human (actant) agencies in the future of Bawean Island. The method employed was a case study with a single-case study design and secondary data analysis, where the unit of analysis is the CSR Program of PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Gresik. The Hijau Daun Mangrove Ecotourism Program successfully addresses the issues caused by natural disasters and the activities of the local community that exacerbate their impact. Together with the Hijau Daun Community Monitoring Group (Pokmaswas Hijau Daun), CSR PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Gresik has been able to restore land, subsequently utilized for mangrove ecotourism, shrimp and crab aquaculture, agricultural land, and mangrove product processing. The restored mangrove forest provides more benefits to the people of Daun Village through the development of integrated programs. The goal of program implementation is not only to preserve the existence of the mangrove ecosystem as an actant but also to create reciprocity from environmental conservation activities for the future existence of humans (actors). The presence of volunteer movements in the community, such as Coastal Warriors, can help achieve the goals of the program.

Empowerment is a planned effort designed to change or reform an individual or community/society from a state of powerlessness to become empowered with an emphasis on independence. This study aims to be able to see how strategies can be carried out to empower the community. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data used in this study came from various previous studies and research results obtained through the literature study method. The results of this study then found that community empowerment is an approach that aims to change conditions of powerlessness to become empowered through increasing independence and active participation. This concept involves providing access to resources, knowledge, and skills to the community so that they can take a role in managing development and determining their future direction. Although different challenges and contexts need attention, empowerment remains an important key in achieving sustainable development.
