Research with the title data-driven journalism this Tempo aims to find out why and how to digitize media used in data journalism on data-driven Journalism Tempo. This research uses qualitative methods and uses new media theory, mediamorphosis theory, and the concept of journalism data to analyze research and achieve these goals. The results of this study show Tempo applies data journalism in its investigations in order to assert differentiation; in line with their vision of media digitization, and in order to maximize the end result of the content. The application of media digitization and data journalism also influences the adjustment of thinking patterns in the ranks of the public editor. The conclusion of this research is that Tempo has a vision for the process of media digitization that they do. The existence of data-driven journalism is in line with Tempo's digitalization vision. This is confirmed by the presence of an application that offers creative space for data-based investigative content. The application can become Tempo's support in attracting a number of millennial generation readers for the sake of supporting the sustainability of the media.

The development of digital technology which is so rapid at this time has an impact on changes in various lines of society. One of the changes in behavior and new habits can be seen in how people interact with various digital technology platforms that are used as channels of communication and socialization. Through these various digital platforms, the public can not only easily obtain information, but can also process and produce information. The change in role from consumer to producer is one of the influences of technology that drives society today to be in the information society era. However, user-generated content basically generates huge profits for social media operators through user-produced content and of course, also comes from advertisements. This monetization is perceived by users as an opportunity to earn income through social media. Thus, users are competing in various ways to produce content in order to achieve monetization in accordance with the terms and conditions of social media operators. On the one hand, it seems that these social media users are not aware that their existence in social media is basically an instrument of the system contained in social media itself. The data in this article was carried out by analyzing a number of YouTube application YouTuber accounts and conducting an analysis. A case study approach to see how the phenomenon of digital capitalization through YouTube is carried out by social media operators. This research is a conceptual study that produces an understanding of pluralism that can be obtained through the communication actors of cross-dressing artists. This representation has an effect on the acceptance and acknowledgment of the plurality point of view in creating an attitude of respect for differences. Using the concept of recognition from Axel Honneth which provides an overview of social relations built on intersubjective grammar that influences human insight about differences. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a critical methodology to the form of practical dialectics and the theory of cross-dressing art performers, starting from their appreciation of themselves, and their communication behavior and social actions for a moral acceptance that is not in the realm of relativism or absolutism, but on recognition. So that intolerance can be reduced through an attitude of respect for the existence of others.

This research aims at analyzing some of the influences of Advertising (X1), Personal Selling (X2), Sales Promotion (X3) as independent variables, either independently or individually concerning Decision for Lectures (Y) as the independent variables in STIKOM Prosia. The research uses a survey method with the application of the association as a result of using quantitative data, whereas the research describes the relationship between the dependent variable (Independent Decision and Sales Promotion) through the testing of the hypothesis. The questionnaire given to the respondent responders was made sideways by looking at the actual conditions behind the adoption of the second category of conditioning, personal selling, sales promotion, and institutional study. The data is collected in a conversation with weights that vary based on the response of the respondent for a valid test and reliability. testing of the prerequisite using a multiple correlations which aims to find the relationship between the two and the free variable (X) against the dependent variable (Y). The results of the study with the title of Affairs Advertising, Personal Selling, and Sales Promotion on the Decision for Lecture in STIKOM Prosia can be said to have a significant effect

This research was conducted with the background of analyzing the organization communication flow in the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy / Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf / Baparekraf) after the simplification of bureaucracy. There are three dimensions to the flow of communication, which are: downward communication, upward communication and horizonal communication. The flow of communication in bureaucratic organizations is determined by the existence of ideal bureaucratic principles according to Max Weber which include clear hierarchy, division of labor and centralization of decision-making and power. This research used quantitative methodology and using descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 367 government employees which affected by bureaucratic simplification. Authors used Yamane formula and accidental sampling technique to get a sample of 78 peoples. The study concluded that horizontal communication occurs more in organizations, while downward communication that characterizes the ideal bureaucracy shows fewer numbers so that it requires evaluation of strengthening bureaucratic communication to strengthen the organization in the future.

The national palm oil industry is increasingly becoming the government's attention. In the midst of opinions about the dominance of big companies and the weak image of smallholder oil palm plantations, demonstrations triggered by the scarcity of cooking oil show the figure of Indonesian oil palm farmers. This study wants to explore how the media constructs the reality of oil palm farmers. The theory used is the social constructions of reality Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. While the descriptive qualitative research approach uses the semiotic analysis method of Charles Sanders Peirce. The data analysis technique used non-participant observation and secondary documents. The results of the research on the Naga Naga Naga film with the main character Nagabonar concluded that there is a semion with an interpretation of oil palm farmers. With the triangle of meaning method, oil palm farmers are constructed as people who are economically prosperous, have high nationalism, and have intelligent thoughts even though they are not formally educated. This study is also a reflection on the reality that occurs in the community.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran peranan komunikasi organisasi yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Bina Rahayu Depok. Metode Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara kepada 7 orang informan. Sample ditentukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan data-data yang ditemukan kemudian disusun dengan sistematis lalu ditarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran komunikasi organisasi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah di SMK Bina Rahayu Depok sudah berjalan dengan baik, komunikasi organisasi kepala sekolah dapat mempengaruhi setiap kinerja guru berdasarkan peraannya sebagai informatif, regulatif, persuasif,ndan integratif berupa salauran informasi, perintah, tugas, masukan, arahan serta aturan yang diberikan kepada semua guru pengajar agar tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai.

Koes Plus was founded in 1969, previously known as Koes Brothers, is a band whose songs are often heard. Even though it is classified as “old school”, its existence is still felt by looking at the loyalty of fans from the young to the elderly. It can be proven by the establishment of successor bands to the formed community. Also the songs have been re-sung by today's singers. Koes Plus proves that it can maintain its image until now. The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of the image of the Koes Plus band on fan loyalty in Bandung Koes Plus Community in 2019.This study uses a quantitative approach, survey method with simple random sampling technique in 95 respondents as a sample. SPSS 25.0 is software used in data analysis techniques. The results of this study prove that there is a significant positive effect of Koes Plus Band Image on Fan Loyalty in Bandung Koes Plus Community (BKPC) by 51% (Coefficient of Determination)

Toxic masculinity is interpreted from the character of masculinity in general but is carried out in a very excessive manner so as to harm others around him, as in this film which reflects the life of the male main character who always puts his emotions first and commits violence. John Fiske's semiotic analysis method with a qualitative approach through three levels of coding, namely the level of reality that can be judged from the environment and behavior, the level of representation that can be seen from the setting as well as the camera angle, and the level of ideology that can be judged from reality and representations that are described as ideological codes. The result of writing is that there are verbal and non-verbal signs such as facial expressions, gestures, conversations of the main character. The main character also seems to always prioritize emotion and violence in every problem solving, the opponent dominates the conversation, is more aggressive, rude, and wants to look macho to cover his shortcomings, which is a sign of the bad influence of masculinity domination that is forced, misunderstood and abused. As well as the ideology of individualism that does not care about its surroundings.
