Maximum power point tracking of wind energy systems for wide range operation 大范围运行的风能系统最大功率点跟踪

This paper presents the high power buck-boost converter with accurate perturbation & observation maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control for wind energy conversion system (WECS). For fast varied of wind speed and pitch angle, the MPPT converter should work with fast response and wide range. This paper bring up a step up/down DC-DC converter to reach the goal and prove this circuit and control method can work in different type of situation by simulations and experiments.

The data organization of building energy consumption monitoring system based on data classification and tree structure 基于数据分类和树形结构的建筑能耗监测系统数据组织

The energy problem has gained great attention from the public in recent years. To construct a building energy consumption monitoring system is an effective way to find out the situation of the building energy consumption and go forward to make better decisions to solve the energy problem. Many related technologies and methods have been proposed, and this paper will focus on the data organization of the monitoring system. Firstly, a method to carry on data classification according to the features of the data is introduced, and then the tree structure is used for the data organization and data processing. The data is organized in ordinary tree structure in the database and on the webpages. While in data processing, it will be transformed to Binary tree. Meanwhile, the tree structure is also useful to solve the data security problem. After basic testing in the project of the building energy consumption monitoring system construction, this way of data organization has been shown to be effective.

A research on the construction process of integrated indicator system based on vector space model 基于向量空间模型的综合指标体系构建过程研究

As the economic globalization is growing more mature, the three main management systems of quality, environment and occupational safety and health have already been a standard mode in which enterprises carry on the internationalization management. However, it shall help to reduce the repetitive managements, greatly promote the efficiency of standardization management, easily implement the networking online management and improve the scientific level of management to integrate the three standard systems above as one single management system. For this purpose, the method of constructing a vector-space-model based integrated management system is proposed and oriented to the systems of quality, environment and occupational safety and health. As a result, the method can relatively accurately recognize the index similarity of the existed three management systems and reduce the difficulty of human recognition and labor intensity to a great extent. And it provides a scientific way to build an integrated management system quickly and accurately with considerable theoretic and pragmatic values.
随着经济全球化的日益成熟,质量、环境和职业安全健康三大主要管理体系已经成为企业进行国际化经营的标准模式。但将以上三个标准体系整合为一个管理体系,有利于减少重复管理,大大提高标准化管理的效率,便于实现网络化在线管理,提高管理的科学化水平。为此,提出了基于向量空间模型的质量、环境和职业安全卫生综合管理系统的构建方法。结果表明,该方法能够相对准确地识别现有三种管理体系的指标相似度,在很大程度上降低了人工识别的难度和劳动强度。为快速、准确地建立综合管理体系提供了科学的途径,具有重要的理论和实用价值。

Implementation of Modbus Communication Protocol based on ARM Coretx-M0 基于ARM Coretx-M0的Modbus通信协议的实现

Power plant control of the embedded data acquisition system had been developed from centralized control, distributed control into fieldbus control. The paper puts forward a design program combining Modbus communication protocol with 32-bit ARM Coretx-M0 microprocessor as its core. The overall design scheme of the system and the content of Modbus Communication Protocol are introduced while the circuit interface of RS485 is given; The embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II implements the communication between master station and slave station based on Modbus RTU communication protocol, and discusses the generation of Cyclic Redundancy Check in the Modbus Communication Protocol. Experiments show that system is able to implement the data acquisition and transmission reliably.

A simulation based optimization approach for scheduling of a semiconductor manufacturing system 基于仿真的半导体制造系统调度优化方法

As an important and challenging problem, the scheduling of semiconductor manufacturing is a hot topic in both engineering and academic field. Its purpose is to satisfy production constraints on time, cost and quality while optimizing some performance indexes like cycle-time, movement, WIP and etc. However, due to complexities of semiconductor manufacturing system, conventional technologies and/or methods are hard to solve this kind of scheduling problem. A new scheduling approach based on simulation based optimization (SBO) is proposed in this paper. For the issue of the high computational cost including both CPU time and memory space which could hinder the application of SBO scheduling in practice, a distributed/parallel architecture is discussed. With genetic algorithm as an optimization algorithm, the proposed SBO based scheduling approach for semiconductor manufacturing system is tested on its feasibility and effectiveness.

The evolutionary optimization of system of systems based on Agent model 基于Agent模型的多系统演化优化

In recent years, the concept of system of systems (SoS) has emerged as a new approach to solving complex problems. Since every system evolves, the evolution has become a significant characteristic of SoS. The Agent, a self-adaptive entity, which has the perception, adaption and reaction to the changes of the environment, operates in a dynamic environment. Consequently, a method to research the evolutionary optimization of SoS based on Agent model is proposed. Since each Agent is optimized autonomously, the Agents can adopt different optimization method according to their characteristics. This is a method called “from bottom to top”, which is suitable for solving the problem of large complex systems. Finally, the conclusions are given. The evolutionary optimization of SoS based on Agent model is feasible and effective, which can be deeply researched in the future.

Network manufacturing in the big data environment 大数据环境下的网络化制造

Based on a summary of its development, the new features and trends of network manufacturing in the big data environment are first analyzed. Then, the application mode model of network manufacturing is built, and a framework of network manufacturing in the big data environment (FNMBDE) is proposed, which offers a feasible plan for the future development of network manufacturing in the big data environment. At last, a hypothetic scenario that implements the FNMBDE is analyzed in the field of semiconductor manufacturing industry.

The computational reduction by sequential minimal optimization (SMO) is crucial for support vector regression (SVR) with large-scale function approximation. Due to the importance, the paper surveys broadly the relevant researches, digests their essentials, and then reorganizes the theory with a plain explanation. Sought first to provide a literal comprehension of SVR-SMO, the paper reforms the mathematical development with a framework of unified and non-interrupted derivations together with appropriate illustrations to visually clarify the key ideas. The development is also examined by an alternative viewpoint. The cross-examination achieves the foundation of the development more solid, and leads to a consistent suggestion of a straightforward generalized algorithm. Some consistent experimental results are also included.

Robot path planning and smoothing based on fuzzy inference 基于模糊推理的机器人路径规划与平滑

To guide an autonomous robot in the space of obstacles, an enhanced path planning system including image processing, cluster reduction, path planning and smoothing based on fuzzy inference is proposed in this paper. To shorten the path planning time, the obstacles in the captured image are clustered into smaller groups firstly. Being a roadmap method for path generation, the fuzzy inference mechanism is employed consecutively. To smooth the planned path, a novel algorithm based on second fuzzy inference mechanism is proposed to move the rough waypoints. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, some simulations are carried out. From the simulations, the autonomous robot possesses good path planning and smoothing performance to reach its goal safely under various obstacle layouts.

Fault detection for uncertain nonlinear networked systems with Markov data transmission pattern 具有马尔可夫数据传输模式的不确定非线性网络系统故障检测

This paper is concerned with robust fault detection problem of nonlinear uncertain networked control systems (NCSs). Two irrelevant Markov chains are introduced to describe Markov data transmission pattern in both from sensors to controller (S/C) part and from controller to actuators (C/A) part, then a Markovian jump system model is established. By employing mode-dependent fault detection filter as residual generator, fault detection of nonlinear NCSs is formulated as nonlinear H∞ filtering problem. Furthermore, Lyapunov function approach is used to derive the sufficient condition which satisfies the stochastic stability and prescribed H∞ attenuation level simultaneously. Especially, the desired mode-dependent fault detection filters are constructed in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and explicit parameters are characterized if these LMIs are feasible. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by simulation example.
