Power amplifier exhibit nonlinearity behavior at microwave frequencies. The effect of nonlinearity appears in the form of adjacent channel interference, gain compression, harmonic distortion, phase distortion, inter-modulation distortion, etc. In this paper, mathematical modeling and simulation with AWR software have carried out on solid state class B power amplifier for feedback, feed forward and digital predistortion techniques. From the result obtained, it is evident that the performance of digital predistortion technique is better in terms of efficiency compared to other techniques as there is no degradation in amplitude with 20 dB reduction in ACPR and 3dB bandwidth of 10 MHz.

The main purpose of gesture recognition systems is to understand important expressions of motion by humans which involve hands, head, face, arms, or body. It is of major importance in designing an expert interface between humans and computers. We take into account the two possible fixed geometries to work on. The proposed methods follow the procedure of Preprocessing which helps with noise removal and image enhancement; Segmentation of hand region uses skin likelihood method to extract skin color; Feature extraction uses morphological and geometry based functions to extract the fingers; and active fingers are counted by method of Rule based Classification. In order to test performance, an experiment is conducted using standard and a self-generated dataset of images. The accuracy achieved on these dataset is greater than the similar state-of-the-art.

This paper signifies a customized chaotic Pehlivan wei system which has been implemented using mathematical approaches using high accuracy algorithm like RK4 with emphasis on time, speed and area. The phase portrayals of the structure have been pulled out for analyzing the system. The basic — Chua circuit! is used for designing this new PWCS system. RMSE analysis and the performance of the structure with a variety of data sets have been observed. The innovative system is numerically coded in Matlab R2010a environment. The parameter ‘a’ and initial conditions are changed without violating the chaotic properties. The clock speeds and timing replication results have been analyzed. The operating frequency of these oscillators has been able to reach a maximum value to increase speed and decrease the time period. Comparison has been made between the timing simulation results and the phase plots of the PWCS system and the new modified PWCS chaotic system developed and their compassion to preliminary conditions have been observed.

Agriculture has been the backbone of every developing country like India. In India, it can be seen that maximum dependency of industries is on farming related activities. Need of technological support and advanced intelligent systems are much in demand. The proposed system represents a digital tool in the form of website as well as a mobile application — “e-farm with C.R.O.P” which will help farmers intelligently. It would include crop disease detection, crop yield prediction and recommendation of best crop as the prime focus. Other features would include multi-lingual support to user, discussion forum and weather updates. Hence the tool will be designed and implemented which can reduce digital divide, usability issues in agriculture domain, linguistic problem in geographical diversity of India and provide better solution that can act as an expert, providing intelligent and smart decisions. The prime focus is on improving the usability of agricultural services by providing a better tool.

Increasing need for tele-medicine in healthcare industry created a great necessity to secure and transmitted data among medical centres. In this paper, partial encryption of medical images based on dual DNA addition with combined chaotic map are proposed. Firstly carried out the DNA encoding of gray scale image using different eight kinds of pattern. Then perform DNA addition with chaotic DNA sequence generated from chaotic map with a initial key. By changing the DNA patterns of chaotic DNA sequence and performs DNA addition to get a different Partial Encrypted Images(PIE). Simulation result shows that the proposed algorithm suitable for the medical information security.

This Paper proposes second order switched capacitor filters for ECG application. ECG signal contains different types of noise and artifacts thereby giving rise to the need for signal filtering. Thus a switched capacitor highpass filter withcutoff frequency 0.05Hz and a low pass filterwith cutoff frequency 150Hz are presented. The circuits consist of two phase clock generator, gain stage and switched capacitors. These circuits are designed in Cadence Virtuoso Analog Design Environment using SCL (semi-conductor laboratory) 180nm technology.

This Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has become very popular because of its so many practical applications in areas such as wild life, military, patient monitoring, Earthquake prediction, and fire detection etc. Because of its usage in these many applications security is an essential aspect. And since WSNs are resource constrained because of their small size, energy also need to be used efficiently. So because of this constrained nature of WSNs there is trade-off between Security and Energy. But due to this trade-off in WSN, designing of secure routing protocol for WSN is challenging issue. Many researches are being done on this issue. Cryptography based security approaches can't be used in WSN because they are heavy. Trust based secure routing protocols are good solution to this problem. This Paper enhances security of Trust and energy aware secure routing protocol (TESRP) by securing it against wormhole attack. TESRP is one of the best trust based protocol but this protocol does not provide security from wormhole attack. In this paper trust algorithm together with sequence number concept has been used for securing TESRP from wormhole attack.

The paper presents a reversible implementation of multiplexer and de-multiplexer, and evaluation of their quantum cost, gate count, garbage outputs and depth of the circuit. The simulation results are obtain edinXilinxISE version 14.1. Reversible logic circuits are designed and implemented using Verilog code. The circuit is beneficial for further designing of reversible digital designs with low power loss. The devices designed through this circuit are expected to have a better performance as compared to the existing circuits.

In current time, multimedia technologies are created altogether. Information containing sound, video and images exchanges over the web is open and not secure. Security is required for storing and transmission of digital images to avoid from unauthorized entities. This paper presents the novel approach using cell shuffling and scanning techniques for image encryption. The proposed method contain two stage, first divide the image in to number of blocks and then shuffled the original image and in second stage the spiral wave scan pattern are applied to get encrypted image. A number of parameters, like correlation coefficient, information entropy, PSNR, MSE, number of pixels change rate, average intensity and unified average change intensity etc., are used to check the quality of cipher image.
