Endotoxin, a component of the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria, has been extensively studied as a stimulator of the innate immune response. However, the temporal aspects and exposure-response relationship of endotoxin and resulting cytokine induction. This in vitro study aimed to investigate the factors influencing the interleukin-6 (IL-6) response to bacterial endotoxin stimulation. IL-6 is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response and inflammation. In this study, we utilized an in vitro model to examine the factors influencing IL-6 production in response to bacterial endotoxin this experimental study was performed to find out the effect of healthy person on peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) namely T-cells and natural killer cells(NK cells) function through challenging their ability for cytokines production in a comparative study by using of standardized inoculum of Bacterial endotoxins.

Innovative Approach to Evaluating the Approximate Solutions Concerning the Fractional Sharma-Tasso-Oliver Equation Comparison 评价分数阶Sharma-Tasso-Oliver方程比较近似解的创新方法

In this research, we introduce an improved analytical approximation technique for addressing the time-fractional Sharma-Tasso-Olever problem. To manage nonlinear fractional differential equations that emerge in numerous physical phenomena, we establish an alternative basis for the Laplace Residual Power Series approach (LRPSA). The generalized Taylor series equation and residual functions form the foundation of this strategy. The proposed solution yields positive outcomes. The dependability, efficiency, and simplicity of the suggested method are showcased across all categories of fractional nonlinear problems encountered in technological and scientific domains. Two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach in solving various kinds of fractional ordinary differential equations. A comparison with other techniques such as RPS, VIM, HPM reveals that our method produces favourable and efficient results.

Increase the Accuracy of Detection of Pathogenic Genes of Breast Cancer using a Graph-Based Approach to the Gene Prioritization Problem 使用基于图的方法来解决基因优先排序问题,提高乳腺癌致病基因检测的准确性

Cancer is one of the most common causes of mortality today. This disease's complications impose many costs on the human community's health, care, and well-being sectors. Solving complex biological problems requires advanced computational methods, and bioinformatics was created to solve such complex problems with the active interaction of several fields of science. Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary science combining biological sciences, computers, mathematics, and statistics. The issue investigated in this research deals with one of the challenging issues in bioinformatics, namely candidate gene prioritization in breast cancer. Gene prioritization means sorting genes based on their relevance to a specific disease, such as breast cancer. Finally, the genes are checked according to their importance in performing costly experiments. The proposed approach in this research is to present a method based on graph mining for prioritizing genes. The study conducted with ENDEAOUR and DIR methods was compared and evaluated. The evaluation results show that the designed method is more efficient than other compared methods.

Evaluating the toxic efficacy of some bio-insecticides against mature stages of whitefly insect (Bemisia tabaci). 几种生物杀虫剂对烟粉虱成虫毒效评价。

This work was conducted to assess the effectiveness of three bio- insecticides (Spinosad, Abamectin and Thiomethoxam) against the mature stages of the whitefly (Bemisa tabaci): Aleyrodidera. The results showed all pesticides it was active in decreasing the population density of adults in first day after spraying, after which its effectiveness it started to decrease after the 3rd and 7th day of spraying, on the other hand, the lowest population density of nymphs was recorded from day 7 onwards after 2nd spray with pesticides. 17.42 adults/10 leaves and 9.82 nymphs/16 cm2 was the lowest population density after 2nd spray of pesticides comparison with the durations before spraying and the 1st spray, which reached rate of population density (55.14 and 25.37) adults 10/leaf and (47.93 and 21.8) nymphs 16/cm2 respectively, Spinosad pesticides were characterized reduced the population density of adult after (1 and 3) days for each of the 1st spray, which reached an average of (2.11, 3.77) insects/10 leaf and (1.66, 2.66) insects/10 leaf for the 2nd spray respectively and for the nymphs at the 2nd spray after (1, 3, and 7) days, which reached an average of (8.66, 4.88, 3.88) nymph/16 cm2 respectively . The present results it shows the effectiveness of the biological agents used (bio-pesticide) and demonstrate that biological insecticides can be used in the management of whitefly by following safety instructions for the use of insecticides and choosing the right time to harvest the plants this is to avoid harm from pesticides as much as possible.

Design of New Stegano-Cryptosystem Based Non-Hiding Principle 基于非隐藏原理的新型隐写密码系统设计

Abstract: In this work, we'll develop a novel text message steganography concept. In the proposed system, in fact, there is no hiding process in the cover-image, but the image is very important in retrieving the plaintext after it has been encrypted. The suggested system depends on comparing the bits of message, want to be hidden, with bits of the cover image, if they are similar then the index of the similar bit is recoded. After finishing all the message text, we obtain a list of indices, these indices are encrypted. Lastly, the image and the encrypted indices are being send to the receiver part. This style means no hiding be done in the image cover. The cover-images are shown before and after the acts of the proposed stego-system to prove that’s no effects have done in the cover-images.

This research was conducted to determine the optimal conditions for the addition, and withdrawal times of colcemid by culturing colcemid in different media and to examine the effect of colcemid on lymphocyte proliferation and chromosome quality. Peripheral blood (PBL) was collected in a short-term culture. The colcemid incubation period is one factor that may affect experimental results. Routine karyotyping procedures for lymphocyte cultures (blood cultures) include exposing cells to colchicine to stop metaphase cell division and visualizing chromosomes. The exposure time to colchicine in previous research is 1 to 2 hours. After adjusting the duration of exposure to colchicine to improve chromosome quality. Although genetic/laboratory experiments were standardized by division, different durations of colchicine exposure were performed to obtain longer chromosomes with split chromosomes. We observed that shorter periods of colchicine exposure resulted in better-quality chromosomes, while longer periods of colchicine exposure resulted in fertilized chromosomes.

Routine karyotyping procedures for lymphocyte cultures (blood cultures) include exposing cells to colchicine to stop metaphase cell division and visualizing chromosomes. The exposure time to colchicine in previous research is 1 to 2 hours. After adjusting the duration of exposure to colchicine to improve chromosome quality. Although genetic/laboratory experiments were standardized by division, different durations of colchicine exposure were performed to obtain longer chromosomes with split chromosomes. We observed that shorter periods of colchicine exposure resulted in better-quality chromosomes, while longer periods of colchicine exposure resulted in fertilized chromosomes.

Study the Antibacterial Mechanism of Diclofenac and its Activity Alone or Combined with Ciprofloxacin in Treating Urinary Tract Infection 研究双氯芬酸单用或联用环丙沙星治疗尿路感染的抗菌机制及活性

This study aimed to compare the effects of diclofenac, ciprofloxacin and their combination groups on urine tract infection (U.T.I.s) caused by resistance E coli 0157 H7 in vitro and in vivo. Two hundred urine samples were collected from adult women patients suffering from U.T.I.s from February 2022 to July 2022. The urine specimen was cultured on the blood agar and then incubated at 37°C for (1-2) days; MacConkey agar is the media used for determining the biochemistry results, and identification by Rapidchek test which was performed on typical colonies from the selective plate. The M.I.C effect of Diclofenac began at (25600µg/ml) against resistance E coli 0157H7 while M.I.C of ciprofloxacin it was at (0.96mg/ml), but M.I.C of a combination between (diclofenacn+ciprofloxacin) it was at (400+0.48) mg/ml. Resistance induction assay,with the ciprofloxacin has increased four times, while with the diclofenac has doubled, whilst the combination between (diclofenacn+ciprofloxacin) has no changed after 21 days, according to M.I.C.in the time-kill assay, it was proved that the ciprofloxacin and the combination between (diclofenacn+ciprofloxacin) works after 6 hours, compared to the diclofenac, which started to reduce bacterial counting after 40. After that, the examination was carried out by scanning electronic microscope (S.E.M.) to exam the mechanics of diclofenac,work which was found that it was works as anti-biofilm In this study, forty-eighth (48) rabbits were used and divided into six groups as follow positive control (P.C.), negative control (N.C.), diclofenac (D.C.) in 1mg/kg group, ciprofloxacin (C.I.P.)in7mg/kg group, combination (ciprofloxacin 3.5 mg/kg+diclofenac1mg/kg)COM1 group and combination (ciprofloxacin 1.75 mg/kg+diclofenac1mg/kg) com2 All animals (injected with 0.1 ml in CFU E coli 0157 H7 by urinary catheterization route excepting negative control all group excepting negative control resulted in a significant increase in pus cell, epithelium cell concentration in the urine after three days E coli 0157 H7 infection comparison with negative control while in all experimental period after (14 days) showed no significant (P < 0.05) between positive control (P.C.) and diclofenac treated groups but combination COM1 group and com2 decrease significantly (P< 0.05) after (seven and fourteen) days comparison with positive control. diclofenac can be combined with antibiotics as an anti-virulence agent, enhancing the immune system's ability to eradicate infection
