Diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body’s cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. Patients with high blood sugar will typically experience polyuria (frequent urination), they will become increasingly thirsty (polydipsia) and hungry (polyphagia). The population of bacteria and microbes that live in our gut is called the gut microbiome. which are divided into two categories of useful (non-pathogenic) and harmful (pathogenic) bacteria. Disease occurs when the ratio of harmful to beneficial bacteria increases. It is known that these microbes play a role in various systems in the human body, including the immune system, allergies, inflammation in the body, and cancer. Escherichia coli bacteria (E. coli) is the most studied bacteria in the world. E coli, is a rod-shaped gram-negative bacterium that is commonly found in the lower intestine of warm-blooded animals. E. coli is also found in birds, fish and reptiles

AI-based treatments have shown promise in a variety of fields, particularly those directly connected to human health. Some AI processors are used to categorize and distinguish groupings and patterns, while others are used to forecast future values based on data from previous study and the environment in which that data was employed. An artificial neural network that employs radial basis functions as activation functions is known as a radial basis function network. The radial basis functions input and the neural parameters are combined linearly to produce the network output. There are several applications for radial-based functional networks, such as function approximation, classification, time series prediction, and system control. In this paper, the RBF network will be used in two phases: the data training phase, where the data is trained with the inputs and outputs to obtain new values for the outputs and compare them with the original outputs, and the testing phase, where only the inputs are entered without the outputs and the outputs are evaluated using the RMSE calculation, where it reached a performance of RMSE of 0.018. In the training phase of utilizing the system, the mistake rate was 0.04 and the success rate was 96%; in the testing phase, the error rate was 0.05 and the success rate was 95%.

The transportation problem (TP) is a frequently used optimization technique in operations research for studying difficulties involving the transportation of commodities from manufacturing locations to retail outlets. Lowering transportation costs is one possible purpose of the TP, reducing the distance travelled in terms of time, and so on. Solving such issues can be done systematically. We do this by determining the problem's Initial Basic Feasible Solution (IBFS). The usual methods for determining the IBFS are Vogel's Approximation technique, Least Cost technique, and the North-West Corner technique. Several more techniques to handle such difficulties have been proposed in recent years. In this article, we offer a new technique for solving the transportation problem, and its efficacy is compared to that of existing solutions. Calculation of the result shows that it is straightforward and close to the ideal solution to the issue.

In this paper, the reliability function of a multicomponent stress-strength model was calculated when each stress and strength variable had a Topp-Leone distribution and an identically independent distribution (i.i.d). By assuming that the primary normal information is related to the Gamma Distribution and the Weibull Distribution on several occasions, the estimation was based on the Bayes using Lindley approximation methods, under the squared error loss function, in order to find the optimal method, the mathematical formulas for these estimators were developed and compared. Using a Monte Carlo simulation method, the estimators were compared based on the mean squares error (MSE)..

The study designed to investigate the histological modification of heart tube during the development stage in local domestic rabbits embryo. The experimental animals were distributed into four groups each group consist of one male Rabbit and three female Rabbits. The pregnant female in all groups were sacrificed at the end of each period. The result showed the early stage of heart development at (4, 6, 8 and 10) days of gestation period, the first embryonic evidence of embryo was the neural tube formation belong the longitudinal axes of embryo. The result noted the primary divisions of neural tube in cephalic region of embryo. The result noted at six day of development time showed prominent cardiogenic plate located in limited region called intra embryonic cavity. The micrograph at eight day of heart development showed the heart tube have prominent wide ends, while at ten day noted establishment of primitive heart regions which included the truncus areriosus, bulbo cordis, atrium, ventricle and sinus venosus .

The current study reviews the effect of blood flow characteristics through stenosis during angioplasty, considering that blood is a steady, Newtonian fluid with a steady and incompressible, these vessels are purified by the use of catheters. The engineering of the arterial part is a tube with overlapping stenosis in the lumen of the arteries of the patient, causing a defect in the cardiovascular system, was built Mathematically for the movement of physiological fluid representing blood in the gap between two eccentric tubes (eccentric - ring flows), where the inlet tube is a uniform solid representing the moving catheter while the other is a tapered cylindrical tube representing the artery with intervening stenosis. The problem was analyzed to find the axial velocity approximate solution.

In this paper, we calculate the curvature numerically as a geometrical feature of the field lines of the magnetic braid that introduced by Antonia Wilmot-Smith and other new braid introduced in this work similar to that given by Wilmot-Smith but with four twisting regions are rotating one-by-one clockwise and anti-clockwise. The numerical calculation shows that the curvature of the field line of the new-version of the magnetic braid is much bigger than the curvature of the original model (Wilmot-Smith braid).

The integer simulation and development finite impulse response (FIR) filters taking into account the possibilities of their realization on digital integer platforms are considered. The problem statement and solution of multifunctional synthesis of digital FIR filters such a problem on the basis of the numerical methods of integer nonlinear mathematical programming are given. As an several examples, the problem solution of synthesis FIR-filters with short coefficient word length has been given. The analysis of their characteristics is resulted. The paper discusses issues of modeling and synthesis of digital FIR filters with provision for the possibilities of their implementation on digital platforms with integer computation arithmetic. The formulation of the problem of multifunctional synthesis of cascade FIR filters using the methods of integer nonlinear mathematical programming is given. The efficiency of this approach is illustrated by examples of solving the problems of synthesizing integer FIR filters with a minimum coefficient word length. The analysis of the synthesized filter characteristics is made.
