Ownership structure is considered to be an important mechanism of corporate governance. Separation of ownership form control leads to various agency problems in publicly owned firms which ultimately lead to conflicts between the interest of managers and shareholders. Corporate governance structure varies according to ownership structure of the corporate. The objective of the present paper is to analyze the existing literature in order to explore the different aspects of ownership structure in different constitutional settings of different countries.

This research paper discusses the growth of primary market in India. The study is based on secondary data result in number of amount wise issues in the year, issue price and to measures the growth of Initial Public Offering in different sector. When a company issues shares to the public through a prospects it is popularly known as an IPO. Credit of shares allotted in IPO's can be affected in the investors Demat account in Demat form directly. A corporate may raise capital in the primary market by way of an Initial Public offer, rights issue or private placement. An initial public offer (IPO) is the selling of securities to the public in the primary market. It is the largest source of funds with or indefinite maturity for the company.

In today's, growing Information technological scenario a large number of IT employees are facing the problem of stress in their working area. There are various reasons for that such as inadequate incentive system, long working hours, work culture, lack of job autonomy etc., and behind all these problems the main reason is negligence of employees by management. The result of this, the employees face various health related and personal family problems such as heart disease, diabetes, depression, office related stress in house, etc. The high demand of job gives less time for employees, to spend with their family members. The main purpose of this study is to explore the causes of stress and to determine the factors that can reduce the job stress at workplace.

Rural development will have to play a remarkable role in the overall development of a country like India where major portion of the population lives in the rural areas. So without the development of rural economy real growth of Indian economy cannot be accomplished. To develop the Indian economy the major policy initiatives were taken by RBI and NABARD with regard to rural banking in India. Banks have a special responsibility in overall development of the economies especially the rural areas. Still there are 375 unbanked areas and 296 underbanked areas. They need special attention.

The current exploratory study has investigated college students’ perceptions on the fast food restaurant selection criteria with respect to the attributes they feel are important. A conjoint analysis, proven as a statistical marketing research tool with strong predictive power of consumer choices among multiattribute product alternatives, was utilized for the analysis of the data for the study, and the analysis revealed thatService-Related Factors as the most important factor for Indian students considered when choosing Fast Food Restaurant. The Service-Related factor has followed by Decoration, Food-Related Factors, Brand name, price and parking. This type of study is a requisite for globalization of the food service industry in developing effective marketing strategies and establishing operational strategies, by understanding the different components of the Asian food service industry relative to the US market.

Inventory is most important assets that most business possesses, because the turnover of inventory implicates one of the primary sources of gaining revenue and subsequent earning for the company's shareholders. Primarily inventory management about specifying the size and placement of stocked goods. The Indian Electronics is one of the fastest growing sectors of the Indian Industry. Determination of optimal inventory procedure for the procurement of the stocks of commodities to meet future demands. So present study is made to know the inventory in Keltron Electro Ceramics Limited, Kuttipuram – Kerala. Ratio analysis, correlation and ABC analysis are used to analysis the data. It is concluded that better co-ordination among purchases, stores, production, marketing and finance departments will help in achieving efficiency in inventory management.
