With the popularization of education, the annual enrollment of colleges and universities is also increasing. How to cultivate high-quality talents is a problem worth thinking about. As a strategy, academic early warning is mainly for students with learning difficulties. Aiming at the shortcomings in the communication between secondary colleges and students with learning difficulties, this paper puts forward an optimization strategy and builds a set of management system which based MVC framework to facilitate the communication between secondary colleges and students. After the application of the optimized academic early warning management mechanism, the number of students with learning difficulties is significantly reduced, and the number of students who fail to attend courses is decreasing, which greatly improves the work efficiency of college teachers.

This paper introduces the necessity of transforming traditional teaching mode to wisdom teaching in military academies under information technology. The article discusses the necessity of construction from the aspects of national policy and environment promotion, and discusses how to establish and establish gradually. Then, through objective dialectical thinking, the advantages and possible problems of the establishment of intelligent teaching mode are expounded.

In Japanese grammar, there are various Japanese sentence patterns with complicated usages. Learners of Japanese as a second language (JSL) feel that it is quite difficult to learn Japanese sentence patterns. To help JSL learners with their study of Japanese sentence patterns, this work introduces Japanese example sentence simplification which is a task of replacing difficult Japanese sentence patterns with simple Japanese sentence patterns or phrases. In this task, given an example sentence as an input, a new example sentence where the difficult Japanese sentence patterns have been replaced will be generated without changing the meaning of the original example sentence. For this purpose, we proposed a hybrid method combining morphological analysis and manual grammatical rules for identifying the difficult Japanese sentence patterns and simplifying the original example sentence. The final human evaluation results demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposed method. This proposed method can be applied to development of a Japanese/Simple Japanese parallel corpus for automatic Japanese grammar simplification and a computer-assisted language learning system (CALL) for Japanese reading comprehension.

Calculus is a compulsory course for freshmen. The cumulative number of students choosing courses each year accounts for about 95% of the total number of freshmen. It has the widest influence, the most class hours and the longest time. As freshmen keep their enthusiasm and habits in high school, with the new generation of Internet plus growth, accept new things on the internet faster and have a stronger ability to obtain information. Traditional teaching mode has been passively accepting blackboard instruction, and taking notes and participation exercises. This teaching mode is not conducive to stimulating students' enthusiasm for further learning. Moreover, it is not conducive to cultivating students' scientific thinking ability to analyze and solve problems and the habit of lifelong learning. Therefore, the course team puts forward the teaching innovation mode - “multi-dimensional interactive” teaching mode between teachers and students, which uses multi-dimensional interactive teaching from different angles, different levels and different methods to create classes and raise knowledge, thus we can solve the problems in the teaching of Internet plus era and improve the quality of teaching.

This study tested the effects of the competition mechanism in gamification test on learners' brain cognition, cognitive load, learning experiences and learning effects. 40 college students were randomly assigned to the group which used Kahoot! as gamification test or the group which used Storyline as traditional computer test. The results show that although the competition mechanism in gamification test has no significant impacts on cognitive load and learning experiences, but compared with the traditional computer test, it can significantly improve learners' relaxation, retention test scores and transfer test scores. The findings highlight the importance of a competitive gamification learning environment to learners. Ultimately, this study put forward two suggestions from two stages of design and application of gamification competitive environment, in order to provide learners with a suitable competitive atmosphere to improve learning.

The Cloud Desktop Based on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Starting in China in recent years, and there are two main architectures of the VDI Cloud Desktop: Full Virtualization and Harf-Virtualization. The main technology of Full Virtualization is KVM and the other is Xen. This paper has described the design and implementation of the Private Cloud Desktop of Teaching and Practical Platform (PCDTPP) Based on VDI of Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology. The PCDTPP was built based on the technology of Harf-Virtualization VDI according to the result of simulation experiment this paper proposed shows that Citrix Xen Project (CXP) is superior to KVM-QEMU Modular (KQM) in stability, compatibility and network adaptability. The PCDTPP built a XenServer resources pool running on 5 H3C R4900 G3 servers based on CXP and turned the PCs in 2013 only supported 32-bit processors to the terminals achieving delivery of 64-bit win10 cloud desktop. The PCDTPP can support 210 cloud desktops running in parallel and locating to different lab places. The implementation of PCDTPP was in cooperation with WINGS OF CLOUD, one of the Citrix suppliers in China.

The outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, combined with the high development of information and technology, has changed people's way of living and people's concept of learning, resulting in the increasing attention to teaching reform and renovation assisted by mobile teaching platforms and facilities. The present research makes a tentative study on how to establish an appropriate blended teaching mode based on the practical teaching practice of Comprehensive English Course with Chaoxing Teaching Platform. Through analyzing the teaching process of the unit titled “Never give in, never, never, never”, it points out that blended teaching resource database constructed according to teaching objectives, tasks carefully designed for students' autonomous learning, suitable activities and interaction in the face-to-face classroom teaching, and timely after-class feedback and summarizing, altogether contribute to the formation of the blended teaching mode. The blended teaching mode with the help of Chaoxing Teaching Platform has proven to be beneficial for improving students' autonomous learning ability, promoting interactions between teachers and students, optimizing the teaching effect and enhancing people's awareness of adapting to the rapidly changing educational technology.

A Flipped Classroom System (FCS) is designed to promote the application in the actual teacher-student teaching. After the development of the system, teachers can publish learning materials and record teaching videos. Meanwhile, the thought of object-oriented and the MVC pattern design is introduced here. Combined with Java EE technologies, system can complete the management for user, course, learning, discussion and other functions. This system can be facilitated for students and teachers.

Science and technology have changed and are still changing our world, including education. Nowadays educational technologies are ubiquitous, making our teaching and learning easier, and more effective. Yet we see a gap between the technologies and the men who use them: the technologies are not humanized or user-friendly enough as they should. Technically it is not impossible to fulfill such gap. The problem is that such gap has failed to attract enough attention from technicians. This paper is an effort to arouse attention from professionals by looking at a brief analysis of how the gap has come around and what efforts could be made to improve the situation.
