Load frequency control in power system using feed-forward internal model control 电力系统负荷频率控制采用前馈内模控制

In an interconnected power system, both tie-line power switching and area frequency fluctuation occurs frequently due to system parameter uncertainties modeling error and environmental disturbance. The load frequency control (LFC) is concentrated on to minimize the transient deviation in these variables (both tie-line power switching and area frequency) and when power demand transient, to bring the steady state frequency error to zero. This paper is worked on two degree of freedom (2DF) internal Model Control (IMC) with feed forward controller and IMC filter design, recently developed by Liu and Gao [3] to improve disturbance rejection and to minimize the effect of uncertainties. The feed-forward is added with Saxena and Hote [4] reported work on SOPDT model and results increasing in the robustness of the system.

Supervised pixel classification into arteries and veins of retinal images 视网膜图像的动脉和静脉的监督像素分类

With the emerging computation techniques in the field of medical science such as in Ophthalmology; it is often required an automated technique for identification of pathological condition such as diabetic retinopathy which might cause serious problems like blindness. Retinal diseases are often characterized by modification in retinal vessels. Retinal blood vessels observed with fundus imaging provides important indicators not only for clinical diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases but also for systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension etc. which manifest themselves in the retina. Quantitative structural analysis of the retinal vasculature not only helps in the diagnosis of retinopathies but also provides potential biomarkers of systemic diseases. Such as arteriole to venule width ratio (AVR) is a parameter indicative of microvascular health and systemic disease. In this paper we performed retinal vessel's pixel classification into arterioles and venules using Neural Network on DRIVE database. Two types of feed-forward Neural Network are used: Back Propagation Network (BPN) and Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN). BPN gives 83.9% and where as PNN gives 85.1% pixel classification on 20 images. The ROC curve for BPN and PNN has value 0.83 and 0.87 respectively for the DRIVE dataset.

Performance improvement of simple LSB watermarking using SVD 基于奇异值分解的简单LSB水印性能改进

Watermarking is a technique of embedding information or logo into a cover image which is used to verify the identity of its owner. Digital watermarking is the process of data hiding which provide security of data. Its used application is copyright protection of digital information. This paper explains the concept of LSB and modified LSB using SVD. This paper also represents the comparative analysis of simple LSB image and modified LSB image.

A 180 nm low power CMOS operational amplifier 180nm低功耗CMOS运算放大器

This paper presents the design of two-stage operational amplifier (Op Amp). The circuit was designed in standard 180 nm digital n-well CMOS process. The design consists of very less number of transistors, hence the design is area optimized. Achieved open loop gain of the amplifier is 74.89 dB. The unity gain bandwidth (UGB) is 7.3 MHz and the phase margin is 48 degree with a 10 pF capacitive and 1 M ohm resistive load. The average power consumption of the amplifier is 0.402 mW and slew rate is 10 V/us.

A PFC based bridgeless Sheppard-Taylor converter fed brushless DC motor drive 基于PFC的无桥谢泼德-泰勒变换器馈入无刷直流电动机驱动

A power factor correction (PFC) based bridgeless Sheppard-Taylor converter for feeding brushless DC (BLDC) motor dive is presented in this work. The voltage of DC bus of the voltage source inverter (VSI) feeding BLDC motor is adjusted for speed control. The BLDC motor is electronically commutated to operate the VSI in low switching frequency for reducing the switching losses in it. The proposed PFC converter is operated in discontinuous inductor current mode (DICM) for inherent power factor correction using a single voltage sensor. The performance of the proposed PFC converter feeding BLDC motor drive is evaluated for control of speed over a wide range. A unity power factor is achieved with power quality indices acceptable within the limits of IEC 61000-3-2.

Analysis of security trends and control methods in Android platform Android平台安全趋势及控制方法分析

We all are familiar with smart phones and their technical & functional enhancement which makes user life much easier. There are thousands of applications present in play store today which fulfils our everyday life's needs. These Online Application Stores gives user hundreds of thousands of application in one minute. All users are aware of the fact that any individual run its application in play store with no such high restrictions and policies. It is due to android environment in which applications are only verified through mechanism of digital signatures along with coarse grained grant from server developers of android ecosystems. Recently IccTA surveyed a range of approximate 3000 realtime based applications with accuracy of 88% and founded around 150 interlinked security leaks in 20 applications. These days, a high rate of privacy data leaks comes under surveillance which arises due to feeding personal information into heterogeneous applications. It is a big challenge for the debuggers to trace security procedures and policies to prevent data leakage. In this paper, we describe methods of detecting and preventing android privacy leakage through privacy control mechanisms of android systems.

Web based enterprise management for distributed heterogeneous computing environment: A review 分布式异构计算环境下基于Web的企业管理综述

Web Based Enterprise Management (WBEM) specifies standard for a unifying architecture that allows access to data from a variety of underlying technologies, platforms, and presents that data in a consistent fashion. The aim of this article is to systematically review of work done by various researchers regarding WBEM and provide guidelines to adopt Efficient XML Interchange (EXI) binary xml technology instead of xml in the WBEM architecture so that more improved results may be achieved in the distributed heterogeneous network. Study reflects that selection of methodology and parameters are application specific. Furthermore improved solution for WBEM using EXI is also discussed.

Digital life assistant using automated speech recognition 使用自动语音识别的数字生活助手

Physical interaction in order to provide commands or gain access to a computer system is now a history. Voice or speech stimulated systems are a part of modern Smartphone culture. Automatic Speech Recognition is an important application of artificial intelligence. This paper provides a brief description of what automatic speech recognition is its various types and a overview of how the process works. After a precise review of Hidden Markov Model (HMM) & Mel Spectrum Cestrum Coefficient (MFCC), this paper discusses about the history of this technology, future aspects and scope. Applications of the technology in various fields are also discussed.

Variation of estimated insolation from east to west in Uttar Pradesh, India 印度北方邦从东到西估计日晒的变化

Solar Energy at Allahabad east of Uttar Pradesh, India longitude 81.846 (81° 50' east), latitude 25.436 (25° 26' north) and Ghaziabad west of Uttar Pradesh, India longitude 77.417 (77° 25' east), latitude 28.667 (28° 40' north) depends the variation of Global and Diffuse component of solar radiation throughout the year. The analysis based estimation of diffuse solar radiation quantitatively wise is very high during the rainy season (last days of June, July and August) individually in both cities of the state. From the estimated values it is found that, solar energy can be much more utilized very efficiently throughout the year with the exception of rainy season from east to west of the state, Uttar Pradesh, India. In the paper discusses the variation of monthly average of sun shine hour and monthly variation of complete solar radiation are estimated and how much the solar radiation be utilize from east to west of the state Uttar Pradesh.
