The article discusses the development of innovative processes in grain production. It has been shown that grain production at all times has been and remains the main branch of agriculture, providing the country’s population needs for bread products and exerting influence on the development of animal husbandry and other sectors of the agri-food complex, the state of its economy and sustainable development. Grain farming is presented as a static multifunctional and system-forming industry, which decisively forms the basis for the effective functioning of the entire agro-industrial complex. The development of domestic grain production, the increase in its competitiveness and efficiency, due to the increased need to increase production efficiency based on the development of the achievements of the scientific and technological process, was noted.

The problems of monetary circulation regulation are considered in the paper. A scheme is proposed for modeling the regulation process of monetary circulation. A software package has been developed for processing the knowledge and opinions of experts by the method of hierarchy analysis and by reducing numerical machine experiments to econometric models of monetary circulation. Examples of a result fragment of processing the expert opinions are given.

Mobile phones based on GSM technology for blind people are available worldwide. GSM phones have Braille keypad with large keys that helps blind people to understand the digits and the presence of voice response for key press helps them to understand the numbers. The proposed prototype allows the blind to easily use mobile phones for voice calls, as well as messaging. This paper presents the development of a new phone which is designed to help blind and visually impaired people make phone calls. This phone is beneficial through its innovative concept, its simplicity, and its availability at an affordable cost.

In this article, we performed the positioning modeling of several phantoms on the VERO radiation device. We used different positioning methods to position several phantoms and checking functionality. As reference phantom, we used pelvic phantom to check the accuracy of the registration algorithm in terms of using bony anatomy information or artificial markers positions. All data and images which were used in this article were taken by the linear accelerator (Linac) of the University Clinic of Erlangen.

The purpose of this work is to test the combination of various sets of descriptors in the framework of kNN-QSAR method, including the SiRMS descriptors, which allow interpreting the constructed model. An example of case study and interpretation is shown based on the set, that is consist of 90 nitroaromatic compounds tested for in vivo toxicity. Firstly, was investigated different sets of descriptors generated by the Rcdk package, from which the Simulated Annealing (SA) procedure selects different sets of descriptors, which then utilized to develop regression models. Then the other descriptor generation systems - Dragon 6.0 and SIRMS were used. Important conclusion of this study is that once again confirmed the need to select the appropriate set of descriptors in each particular case, which was many times emphasized by other authors. In addition, this work gives an example of proper interpretation of the constructed models.
