The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the public perception of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and analyze the factors that caused traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation as data collection instruments. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The type of data used is primary data. Primary data in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study revealed 1) public perception of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the condition of traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is still quite severe, especially during rush hours, among others, in the morning when people leave for work, go to school and others etc., during the day during lunchtime, and in the afternoon when people will return home. Jam also occurs around tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. 2) Factors causing traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, caused by the increasing ownership of private vehicles, the low price of cars, public vehicles do not have their own lines. And the community is still reluctant to use public transportation.

The purpose of this research was to find out how the perception of Malaysian society towards Indonesian Workers (TKI) in Malaysia. This research is descriptive intended to describe carefully the particular social phenomena that are being studied by developing concepts and gathering facts by using observation, interview and documentation studies in data collection. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained from Indonesian workers in Malaysia. Primary data is collected by interviewing resource persons and conducting observations or open observations related to the perception of the Malaysian public towards Indonesian migrant workers. The subject of this study is that the Malaysians themselves can provide their views or perceptions of migrant workers, not limited to their social status. The analysis results of this study include: 1) Protection and Legal Status of Indonesian Migrant Workers in Malaysia, 2) The Influence of Indonesian Migrant Workers on availability of employment in Malaysia, 3) Interaction between Indonesian labor migrants and Malaysian society,4) Problems faced by Indonesian labor migrants in Malaysia.

Abstract Perception in relation to environment, which is process by individuals organize and interpret the impression of their senses to give meaning to their environment. With the perception, attitude will be formed which stable tendency to act in certain situations. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of the people in Malaysia towards to waste management which seen from the role of the people in waste management, the motivation of the people to participate and the activities of people participation in waste management. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using observation, interview, and documentation study techniques in data collection. The results of the analysis of this study are: a) public perception of waste management in Malaysia b) efforts made by the government in relation to waste management in Malaysia c) impact of increasing waste production in Malaysia. The purpose of this research to find out about community perceptions toward health quality services provided by the Malaysia government. The type of research was used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained from interviews with the public about the perception of health quality services provided by the Malaysia government. The results of the research obtained the data that community perceptions of health quality services provided by the Malaysia government to indigenous people with the migrant population were the same, the difference was that the financing of treatment for migrants was slightly more expensive than the indigenous population. Both in the royal hospital and in private hospitals. The Malaysian government sets Universal Coverage, that was, all citizens were guaranteed health services received by paying only 1 RM (Malaysian Ringgit) for treatment with a general practitioner and 5 RM for treatment with a specialist. However, severe illnesses were not included in this health financing system because it was expensive. In medicine must be ensured complete self-document so that treatment can run well.

In economy perception, the phenomenon of foreign labormigration in Malaysia might cause a socio-psychological impact, in this case a negative impact, on the labor's family left in the home country. Foreign labors in Malaysia, especially the male ones who are also the head of family, have changed their family's life pattern.This change disturbs their lives and, in most cases, sometimes could lead to stress andfamily problems. Human migration is a phenomenon inseparable from development process inIndonesia. It is found in many regions in Indonesia. Indonesia is an example of a country where the phenomenon of interzonal migration andinternational migration happen everytime. One of the nearest country where many Indonesian labors migrate is Malaysia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of tourist muslin on infrastructure facilities to support halal tourism in Malaysia. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, with accidental sampling techniques, where the sample is Muslim tourists who were met at the time of the research. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation, then the data obtained are analyzed using descriptive methods to present the facts encountered during the research process. The results show that in terms of facilities, such as transportation, accommodation, food, places of worship are very easy to reach and support the implementation of halal tourism. In terms of supporting infrastructure has also been very good, seen from the smooth flow of transportation and communication for Muslim tourists in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. So, the perception of Muslim tourists on the facilities for supporting halal tourism in the City of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia has been very good and in accordance with the standard facilities for supporting halal tourism infrastructure, as well as increasing tourists' insight into Islamic culture in Southeast Asia.

This study aims to collect, process, analyze and describe social interactions between indigenous and non-indigenous communities in Malaysia. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative data. Data collected using techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in the study was carried out using data reduction techniques, data interpretation and reduction of conclusions. The results showed that the Malay or indigenous community consisting of native Malaysians and Islamic and non-indigenous majority consisted of Chinese, Indians, Arabs and Thais, where they interacted with indigenous and non-indigenous populations who had an influence on the growth of life the community. The form of interaction varies based on motivation and interaction. 1) Interaction is carried out for business transactions, becausemany tourists go to Malaysia as a consumer and businessman as a means of the necessary facilities.2) Interaction activities when indigenous and non-indigenous communities meet at work, tourist attractions, schools, hospitals, highways. The meeting was like in school with motivation for friendship, finance, and romance. 3) Interactions that occur when both parties explore informationsuch as culture, language, and personal data. Interaction is more common when both parties go to a place and make a meeting. Interaction can be distinguished between indigenous and non-indigenous communities from language and physical form differences. The impacts of these changes are relationships, social, cultural, and linguistic.

The results showed that people used various types of public transportation in Malaysia according to their daily needs. To avoid congestion, many people use trains, other than that people also often use buses, also now since the emergence of online transportation such as Grab, many people have also switched to using Grab, besides that, Taxis are usually used by people every day.

This research was aimed to analyze the characteristics and community perceptions of street hawkers in Malaysia and their impact on environment. To collect the data, this descriptive qualitative research used instruments such as observation, interview and documentation. The data collected were primary and secondary data. The findings revealed street hawker characteristics and community perceptions of their existence in Malaysia.
