Dental implants are considered the first choice to replace lost or non-restorable teeth. However, the posterior maxilla remains a challenge in its management because of the quality of bone in the posterior maxilla. Osseo densification (OD) concept has been proposed in the literature to improve primary implant stability, which is an important aspect of osseointegration. Densah bur is novel drills specially designed to enhance a bone density by Osseo densification, which in turn increases primary stability. This present study was conducted to assess crestal sinus floor elevation by osteotome in comparison to Densah bur in the posterior atrophic maxilla. This was a randomized controlled clinical trial conducted on 20 patients to evaluate available crestal bone height loss, implant stability after implant placement in healed posterior maxillary alveolar ridge, whole bone height, Schneiderian membrane trauma, and post-operative complication.

In the last decades of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century, Vietnam entered a period of strong industrialisation and modernisation. The growth rate of industrialisation and urbanisation in Dong Nai Province is very high, thus speeding up the process of modernisation. The rapid economic growth helps to improve the material and spiritual life of the people. In addition to economic development, new cultural and social issues have also emerged, especially changes in the cultural values of minority communities. This article studies the cultural changes of the ethnic Chơ-ro in Dong Nai Province. These changes stem from environmental changes such as life and economic activities and cultural exchange with other races living in the same area. Such changes are inevitable in ethnic minority communities in Vietnam. However, for the Chơ-ro people, this trend of change has become more intense, because people’s living environment has been greatly embroiled since 1950s. In addition, there is no emotional connection between their religious mentality, customs, and daily life. The traditional cultural value of Chơ-ro will gradually disappear under the current momentum and will be replaced by a new cultural value system.

Electrogastrogram (EGG) is the non-invasive graphical representation of stomach’s electrical activity for diagnosing stomach Disorders. EGG signal compression has an important role in Tele-diagnosis, Tele-prognosis and survival analysis of all stomach dysrhythmias, when the patient is geographically isolated. There are plenty of signal compression techniques available and proposed over years. Due to some drawbacks like high cost, signal loss and poor compression ratio leads the signal into inefficient at receiver’s end. The compression of digital EGG in telemedicine holds three major advantages like efficient & economic usage of storage data, reduction of the data transmission rate and good transmission bandwidth conversation. In this study EGG signals are tested with different wavelet transforms such as Biorthogonal, coiflet, Daubechies, Haar, reverse biorthogonal and symlet wavelet transforms using MATLAB software, in order to find best performance wavelet for telemedicine. The performance is mathematically analyzed using the values of Percent Root Mean Square Difference (PRD), Compression ratio (CR) and recovery ratio. The result of better compression performance in signal compression could definitely be a great asset in telemedicine field for transferring more quantities of Biological signals.

Their exist static noise margin (SNM) which degrades the device performance of memory architectures, majorly observed at write and read operation create write noise margin (WNM) and read noise margin (RNM). In this paper we discuss about the basic design of 6 transistor SRAM (6T SRAM) using 180nm and 45nm CMOS technology in Cadence Virtuoso with write noise margin analysis. The propagation delay, power dissipation, WNM are measured for both the technologies and observed that WNM is relatively low in 45nm.

As we know the deadly Coronavirus is spreading very fastly across the world it’s almost around 12 months gone but still, there is lack of vaccine manufacturer in India , the only way to stay protect and safe is in the form of taking precautions which may be in the terms of wearing PPE’s, masks, hand gloves, washing/sanitizing hands at regular interval and maintaining social distancing. The impact of Coronavirus is very deadly so precaution is very necessary. At the very early stage, the Govt. realized the threat by Coronavirus and implemented a nationwide lockdown which led to a drastic decrease in the chance of community spread. And we all experienced the lockdown and now we are in the second phase of deadly coronavirus and lockdown all over but country can’t be in lockdown forever otherwise it’s economy will be hit badly. So, in Unlock 1.O in first phase all the businesses and shops opened increasing the chance of spread of corona. So, first, all these shops were using sanitizers for the customer to disinfect themselves. In the rouse of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the dangers of cross-contamination remain soaring high. The odds are especially high with asymptomatic patients who are capable of dispersion of the contagion, even though they might not experience any deadly symptoms of the disease. The Novel Coronavirus is known to stay lively on lifeless surfaces for a prolonged period. Thus, the need of the hour is to introduce machines that would capably eliminate the virus and encumber the rapid spread of it. the “Full Body Sanitizing Machine” – a Personnel Sanitization Enclosure (PSE) that can efficiently eradicate the risks of infection and infection in high traffic areas. Now, we can take the customer disinfection process a notch above by Full Body Sanitizing Machine which can be constructed very easily and is also very cheap to construct. It is a Door and tunnel kind, in which 2 sides bounded with the S.S. sheet and the extra 2 edges are exposed for entry and exit purposes and it can also be walled with plastic sheets. When human arrives in the tunnel or machine, at that time the sensor, which is placed at top centre and senses human body and gives output to the motor and motor gets activated and the whole system triggers and all 8-10 sprayers get triggered and starts to spray towards the centre of the tunnel and all 8-10 sprayers spray on the human body and it will routinely stop after 10-15 seconds. Because 10-15 seconds is enough for Sanitization. When Sprayer stops then humans can leave from the front side means the exit side. So, this machine can sanitize 4-5 humans in a minute and 250-300 humans in an hour. This could be manufactured both in the Tunnel form as well as in a single frame. But the tunnel is most effective because it will concentrate the spray on the human and in the frame design the spray will not work effectively due to wind or any other reason. So, this report focuses on the development and analysis of these types of tunnels

- Pandemic of Covid-19 has marked new beginning of the many human endevours in the cultural, social, medical as well as employbility aspects. New phenomemnon such as work from home, digitization and online dependence has not only caused several problems and detriments for the working sector but also has created possiblities for newer version of employements. In India, women majorly are involved in each and every aspects of life but in an unorganized way. Need of the hour is to generate newer and novel working structures especially for women in this post covid era of the world. All the governmental and non governmental authorities and bodies must come together with this will and try to cashout such situation which will not only provide more and more employement to the women of India but also work in favour of several societal and cultural issues such as equity, equality, upliftment and empowerment for women in India. In this research paper we will propose several newer possiblities for women in post covid era and study the current situation of women in working sectors in India.

Hospitality is a rapidly expanding industry world-wide, and it is expected to remain a leading contributor to the global economy by generating desired foreign exchange reserves and simultaneously creating employment opportunities. Stress is simply a fact of nature forces from the inside or outside world affecting the individual. The individual responds to stress in ways that affect the individual as well as their environment. A productive employee is considered to be not only a good performer but also highly motivated with a positive attitude. The impact of stress on Performance, Attitude and Motivation is also discussed, it can help the employers too know their employees and empower them accordingly. We in this research study aim to understand the factors relating to satisfaction an dissatisfaction involved in the WLB conditions were they are working in. Further in this research paper we would also develop few techniques and measures which can be used by the hotel industries in future for efficient WLB management of their employees for better productivity and optimization of their human resource.

Timetabling problem is complex combinatorial resources allocation problems. There are two hard and soft constraints to be satisfied. The timetable is feasible if all hard constraints are satisfied. Besides, satisfying more of the soft constraints produces a high-quality timetable. Crow Search Algorithm (CSA) as an intelligence technique presents for solving timetable problem. CSA like all meta-heuristic optimization techniques is a nature-inspire of intelligent behavior of crows. The proposed CSA tested using the well-known benchmark of hard timetabling datasets (hdtt). The results show that the proposed CSA is superior to generate solutions in reasonable CPU time when compared with other literature techniques.
