Education is the foundation of a country's scientific and technological development. Improving the comprehensive quality of teachers through education is crucial to the cultivation of high-quality talents. Educational resource sharing can provide more learning resources and support organizations for teachers' education. Thus, we propose a model of the teacher education resource sharing platform based on a consortium blockchain. The characteristics such as identity authentication, secured information, traceability, and automatic execution of transactions by smart contracts in the blockchain protect resource property rights, improve information security, enhance trust between users, and construct the teacher education resource sharing platform.

In recent years, online gambling crime has been high, seriously threatening China's economic security and the security of citizens' property. In addition, online gambling crime patterns are diverse. Though investigators extract helpful information from massive data, it takes a lot of time and workforce. To achieve the purpose of “from person to case” active investigation, we propose to build a warning platform for online gambling to assist investigators in cracking down on online gambling crimes. The development trend of online gambling in China is summarized to extract the characteristics and risk factors of online gambling criminals and build a front-end and back-end platform for early warning, which provides a solution to reduce the occurrence of online gambling crimes.

With the advancement and popularization of science and technology, much research explores the provision of health care services or health management with the assistance of information technology in addition to traditional clinical diagnosis. Personal Health Records (PHR) are available for personalized health record information in the autonomous management system. The personal health record system is to improve disease management or strengthen personal health management. However, users are concerned about the safety and confidentiality of PHR in healthcare systems. In 2008, the blockchain architecture was proposed by Satoshi as a peer-to-peer network architecture that contains a Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). In this study, we proposed a blockchain-based PHR system using the homomorphic encryption to improve the privacy and security of the users. It allows a third party to perform operations on the ciphertext which can be retrieved correctly later, while the privacy and security of the nodes on the chain are ensured and provided for multiple users to protect the security of their information.

In recent years, science teaching and learning has been changed from onsite to online activity since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation affects students familiar with the online classroom. Regarding this situation, science teachers design their lessons with a combination of on-screen learning activities. In addition, digital boardgame has been recognized as an educational tool for motivating and engaging students in learning science concepts. In this study, we explored students' attraction toward digital boardgame while they participated in the board game. To examine students' experiences with the digital board game for learning the energy conversion concept, we used eye tracking software and hardware of the Tobii eye tracker to collect their eye behavior while they were playing the digital board game. The data collected from eye tracking was analyzed to reveal students' attraction. Data collection was carried out with 6 K-12 education students. The result of student attraction toward digital board game is discussed in this article.

The data processing technology makes big data have a more important utilization value. College one-card data is an important part of campus big data. By analyzing college students' one-card data, unknown information can be mined. We analyze the data of college students' all-in-one card, including consumption information, book borrowing information, access control information, and other information which reflect students' activity behavior and predict students' learning situation for early warnings for students' graduation possibility. In addition, this information can also effectively help college administrators grasp the recent state of students on time, and then make corresponding psychological analyses and counseling for guiding contemporary college students to form a correct outlook on life and values.

The 4G network is popular and the 5G network is now promoted globally. Short videos have a high utilization rate due to fragmented time, various forms, strong interactivity, and fast transmission speed. Owing to the network and videos, mobile internet users quickly learn about travel destinations. Sharing travel experiences, short video apps are created with travel themes to vigorously tap potential users and promote travel consumption. Considering such a situation, this study was carried out to explore the impact of short video applications on tourists' behavioral intentions. The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to construct the evaluation system in this study. The result helps tourism practitioners promote and disseminate tourist attractions on Ancient Post Road in Southern Guangdong effectively which is an example travel site in this study. At the same time, grassroots management and decision-making departments were helped to make targeted short video release decisions for tourist attractions. There is an enhanced willingness for tourism behavior and tourism favorability, and the tourism development and economic improvement of towns along Ancient Post Road in Southern Guangdong could be enabled based on the research result.

The use of augmented reality (AR) technology has increased the diversity of implementation. With this technology, users can construct an enhanced and augmented reality that can aid in knowledge acquisition by fusing observable, real-world occurrences with animated graphics, written data, or inserted images. Using a mobile augmented reality platform, instructors improve the pedagogical value of their courses while also assisting students in exploring resources in realistic ways. The objective of this research is to develop an augmented reality to encourage students' attitudes and acceptability of science students being taught series circuits via augmented reality. 33 sixth-grade pupils took part in this study in the northeastern region of Thailand. Designing augmented reality was based on a misconception. Prior research revealed common misconceptions among students, including “No light comes on if the switch is off, and parallel connections provide superior lighting than series connections.”. In addition, the architecture of augmented reality focused on a 3D display that showed a flow of electricity and electron and adjusted many parameters to measure voltage and electric current. The evaluation was conducted post-intervention. Students' attitudes and acceptance toward augmented reality were collected and discussed.

In a super-aging society, the problem of aging of the physical and cognitive functions of older adults receiving home care is becoming more serious. In the previous study, we developed a spoken dialogue agent system that allowed older adults to communicate with machines by voice. However, it was difficult to visualize the thoughts extracted from the spoken dialog of the elderly in detail. Therefore, this study was carried out to extract the emotional characteristics of the elderly and propose a method to visualize them quantitatively. The proposed method uses AI technology to extract and express emotional features from multiple perspectives while protecting the privacy of the elderly. In this way, the method objectively reflects the personality and preferences of the elderly and leads to the prevention of dementia.

It has become more crucial for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) providers to offer an operational environment with high stability and availability due to the fast expansion of the IaaS industry. Maintaining network connectivity after real-time virtual machine migration is a crucial challenge. In this study, we provide a Handover technique to keep users' TCP connections active following real-time wide-area network migration. Most Unix-based operating systems support handover. Furthermore, they include a protection mechanism against Distributed Denial of Service. We develop a reliable method of thwarting DDoS assaults with the implementation of handover and the remaining parts of the DDoS defense system. We also implement a false three-way handover to prevent the connection from being blocked by the NAT router after the changeover. Most Unix-based operating systems support handover.

The development of intelligent manufacturing poses a new challenge to the training of mechanical professionals. The traditional curriculum teaching methods lack the training of students' comprehensive analysis and application ability. To solve this problem, a curriculum teaching method based on “cross integration” is proposed. By reforming the traditional curriculum teaching module structure, improving the curriculum teaching plan, and exploring the implementation of different teaching methods in the innovative curriculum system such as online and offline hybrid teaching, project-oriented teaching and problem-oriented teaching are proposed to meet the teaching needs of the multi-disciplinary intelligent manufacturing curriculum. It can be used as a reference for the reform and upgrading of the curriculum of mechanical and other traditional engineering majors.
