The situation prediction of air defense battles is a decision-making of complicated and random dynamic system. Therefore, the study on situation prediction method, which is suitable for air defense battles, has very great instructional meanings for battlefield conductor to make proper wartime decisions. In order to reduce the situation prediction error, the prediction method by using the fuzzy time series is applied to solve the problems of situation prediction of air defense battles with fuzzy information. And a simulation is given to evaluate the proposed method.

The mathematic model of the hydraulic servo system can be simplified as a series connection of a servo valve friction dead zone nonlinear and a linear three-order system. The servo valve friction dead zone nonlinear is always static. The paper proposed a method that an inverse model which realized on neural networks is used for compensting the dead zone nonlinear. On the other hand, the parameters of the part of the linear is always perturbation with the influence of pressure of oil supply, the viscosity of oil and the temperature of environment. So fuzzy and PI control algorith are used for solving the above problem. The result of simulation show that the method can effectively deal with the servo valve friction dead zone nonlinear and resist the parameters perturbation of controlled object.

Existing methods on outlier detection doesn't take the semantic knowledge of the dataset into considerations. They only try to find outliers from dataset itself, which prevents from finding more meaningful outliers. In this paper, we consider the problem of outlier detection integrating semantic relations hidden in Web logs. We give a new definition of semantic outlier. A measure for identifying the degree of each object being an outlier is presented, which is called Likelihood of Semantic Outlier (LSO). A semantic outlier is a data point, which behaves differently from other data points in the same cluster, while looks normal with respect to data points in another cluster. An efficient algorithm of mining semantic outliers based on LSO is also proposed. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated on the real data, and the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient and effective.

In the modern society, barcode has integrated into people's daily life. Nowadays, a simple 1-dimension barcode cannot bear the loadings of complicated information, and the 2-dimension barcode occupies the barcode end-market in no time with the coming the Internet of Things (IOT) era. As the times require emerges the colorcode technology with the bottleneck of 2-dimension barcode such as techs, terminals, information capacity, etc. On the market adaptability, the colorcode owns more advantages than the existent 1 & 2-dimentsion barcode, especially features on the efficiency, convenience, reliability, and inexpensive of recognition with the brand new method of information carrier and reader method adopted. However, there are several technological issues that need perfecting for the widespread use of colorcode, especially the color distortion resulted error code is one of the most important topic of colorcode recognition. Therefore, this document started from the colorcode recognition issue, and then discussed the encountered problems in the colorcode recognition with the principles of physics, chromatology, etc. applied, and proposed corresponding normalized solutions, which are intended to improve on the error correcting capability and extend the range of application.

This article concerns the multi-aircraft reroute planning problem. We represent the problem through an artificial potential field model, with improvements of the model to adapt to conflict resolution in multiple aircrafts path planning. In addition, rotational forces are added around aircrafts and restricted areas to prevent the aircrafts from being caught in potential minimums. The simulation results show a minimum separation of 6.4925km between aircrafts, and a minimum separation of 14.48km between aircrafts and dangerous weather, which proved the method effective in solving multi-aircraft rerouting problems.

The horizontal autonomous behavior agent of AUV is designed which takes the behavior of agent as a dynamic interaction process between AUV and environment. The vertical autonomous behavior agent is designed by fuzzy theory to integrate the depth keeping behavior and height keeping behavior. In order to coordinate the horizontal and vertical autonomous behavior agents, the coordination principle based on mission decomposing and task execution language is proposed. The mission is decomposed in sequential tasks, and the task execution language of particular task is defined, which can convert the execution of task to synchronous autonomous behavior agents, and then coordinate behaviors according to priority rules. The 3-D simulation method and mission case are designed to verify the developed behavior system. The results of simulation show that the designing and coordination principles of autonomous behavior agent are correct and practical.

A novel low power wide division ratio range programmable divider is presented. It employs the division ratio control-bits (DRCBs) to shut off the certain latches and/or ANDlatches on occasion, which then have no contribution to the operation of the entire divider. The proposed divider allows a power reduction up to 56.25% when the division ratio is 4. The average power reduction is over 18.77%.

In this paper we present a new participle algorithm—MMRM algorithm. The new participle algorithm is based on the semantic conceptual and it has the practical application in the digital museum. It can eliminate the different meanings of Chinese syncopation in our natural language query system, therefore it greatly support the syntax analysis and translation between the natural language query and SQL.

For optimizing parameters and restraining process noise and measurement noise in PID controller, ant colony algorithm was introduced to improve Kalman filtering method, and the PID controller parameters optimization method based on Kalman filter and ant colony algorithm was put forward. This method optimized PID parameters by ant colony algorithm, and restrained process noise and measurement noise by Kalman filter. The simulation result showed that, the improved filtering method had high efficiency, a global PID parameters optimization was achieved, the error caused by system process noise and measurement noise was reduced, the control effect was greatly improved and enhanced.

Web log contains large volume of user browsing information. How to mine user browsing patterns is an important research topic. On the analysis of the present algorithms for mining user interests, user-interest can be used for mining user browsing patterns. In order to cluster overlapping objects effectively, a new concept-Cut Plane is introduced. And for achieving reasonable and acceptable running speed, representative set is presented too. On all of these foundations, RSBUBP (Representative Set Based User Browsing Patterns) algorithm is proposed. Experiments showed that it was accurate and scalable. It's suitable for application in E-business, such as to optimize Web site or to design personalized service.
