The Reconstruction of Kichijoji Village Land Allotment in Tama District Musashi Province - Results and Discussion of Automated Drafting Based on Records of Land Survey in 1664 - 武藏省多摩区吉市寺寺村土地分配的重建——1664年基于土地测量记录的自动制图结果与讨论

: The purpose of this research is to reconstruct Kichijoji Village’s land allotment using records from a land survey conducted in 1664. In the drafting process, coordinate geometry and ver­ sioning functions were used to maintain the accuracy and efficiency of the work process involved in searching for the precise land allotment. From the reconstructed land allotment, it was revealed that the conversion of the unit of length 1 “Ken” as approximately 1.97 m was used for the zoning of Kichijoji Village instead of the conventional conversion of approximately 1.82 m. This paper also points out the possibility that the land survey conducted by the urban planner of Tokugawa Shogun­ ate with the Dutch East India Company before its development of Kichijoji Village influenced the difference in the conversion of “Ken.”

Spatial Data Infrastructure of IoT×GIS 空间数据基础设施IoT×GIS

: In addition to big data and artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT) is a new tech-nology which is gaining much attention from wide range of industries in recent years. Since the data collected by the IoT sensor is related to the position information, it can be said that IoT and GIS are strongly related. GIS combines spatial and sensor data based on position information, and extracts new information. As diverse spatial data plays an important role to extract various information, spatial data infrastructure is required. Spatial data infrastructure is the fundamental data developed by various organiza-tions, and provided through electronic media or networks. In this paper, IoT applications used in various fields and spatial data used therein are cited, and the utilization situation, tendency of spatial data and its infrastructure are discussed.

Convergence of IoT and GIS for Civil Infrastructure Management 物联网与GIS在民用基础设施管理中的融合

: Civil infrastructure which supports our lives exists in every field of physical space. In order to continue to use this enormous civil infrastructure, it is necessary to plan and process civil infrastructure management in which finding damaged parts and making appropriate repairs. How -ever, human and budget resources have been limited to realize sufficient management in the current situation. As a breakthrough, the realization of the smart infrastructure management by fusion of IoT which can monitors and analyzes everything in the physical space with GIS which can link physical space and cyber one is expected. In this paper, we discuss the possibility of civil infrastructure management by making full use of IoT in various physical spaces, and the needs of GIS.
