A number of indicators can show developments in the Islamic banking industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe and interpret the results of observations regarding the Development of the Sharia Banking Industry, especially in Financing Distributed (PYD) in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the approach used is library (library research) in which the collection of data and information obtained from library sources (readings) derived from books, journals, articles, and other reading material that has relevance to the topics in this research. Observations were made by examining the theories, concepts, statistical data, and regulations related to this research. So that in each analysis the main reference is found in the source of data concerning the development of the Islamic banking industry, especially in the financing channeled. The results of the study show that the PYD in the Islamic banking industry continued to show an increase from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2019 the PYD was at 343 trillion rupiah with a growth percentage of 12.94%.

This research was conducted to find out how much influence the Training and Motivation on Employee Productivity at Bank Syariah Syariah Bandung Branch Office Suniaraja. This study employs associative quantitative method, with a population of all bank employees and using saturated or census samples so that a questionnaire of 42 is needed to determine employee responses. Use the same pattern. In addition to data from questionnaires that were processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application, the authors also obtained data from experts' theories about training and motivation for employee productivity to strengthen analysis.Theresults showed that the trigger event was dominated by motivation rather than training. This can be seen from the test results between the two variables after the indicators are entered, the validity test, the validity test and other calculation results.As if combined between the two, this study revealed that the existence of training and providing motivation is very influential on employee productivity.

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence the bank's internal factors such as Equity, Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) as a mediator and external or macroeconomic factors namely inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on profitability represented by Return on Assets (ROA) at Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period 2008-2018. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from the publication of quarterly financial statements from 2008 to quarter 2 of 2018. The method that used in this research is path analysis with SPSS 20.0 as the analytical tool. The results of the study partially test the hypothesis (t-test), in substructure I shows that the capital variable has a significant negative effect on NPF, BOPO and inflation has a significant positive effect on NPF, FDR and GDP do not significantly influence NPF at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. In substructure II partially, Capital, BOPO, significant negative effect on ROA, FDR and NPF has a significant positive effect on ROA, Inflation and GDP does not significantly influence ROA while simultaneously significantly influencing ROA. Based on the sobel test, capital has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, BOPO has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, FDR has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, Inflation has a significant effect on ROA through NPF, while GDP has no significant effect on ROA through NPF.

This research is objective, using quantitative methods and included in explanatory research. As both, because this study connects three variables, namely the implementation of promotions, price levels, and locations. Based on the results of the study, promotion variables, price levels, and location simultaneously have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of 93.4%. From the results of calculations using SPSS 16.0 for Windows, it shows that Fcount> Ftable ie, 562,106> 2.67 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that simultaneously there is a significant influence between promotion (X1), price level (X2), and location (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y).

The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . This research is motivated by a fundamental problem in all organizations, namely the events that occur in the field of organizational dynamics which, according to the initial hypothesis, there are problems regarding polarization and optimization of the ability to empower Human Resources, especially in terms of motivation. The task of the organization is how to manage human resources in order to carry out the tasks as expected to achieve organizational goals. Then the organization must be able to build and improve employee performance. This can be accomplished in several ways. In this case the researchers tested the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Ujung Berung Bandung Syariah Instisabi Cooperative. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the motivation has on employee performance at the Ujung Berung Bandung Syariah Instisabi Cooperative. This journal is expected to be useful for Instisabi Sharia Cooperatives in order to improve employee performance and as input or reference for further research.The research method used in this study is to use an associative quantitative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires and then processed using SPSS 23 applications. Researchers also obtained data from the theory of experts. This theory is used to strengthen analysis.The results showed that the motivation variable showed a significant effect on employee performance. The predictive ability of these variables on the level of employee performance in this study amounted to 0.202 or 20.2% while the remaining 79.8% was influenced by other factors not included in the study.

This study aims to measure and analyze the effect of operational efficiency which is proxied by bank financial ratios consisting of the ratio of Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Allowance for Earning Asset Losses (PPAP), Non-Performing Finance (NPF), to Return on Assets (ROA). The method used in this research is an explanatory method. The sample of this research is 11 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) with the use of purposive sampling technique in determining the sample. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from annual bank reports from 2010 to 2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research aims to determine the influence of knowledge, ability and experience of work to the performance of employee at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. The object of research is the performance of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja. This type of research is associative quantitative, the type of data is primary data, and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the type of sample used is a saturated sample, with samples are the entire population of employees at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja of 43 persons. The results showed that there was no influence between knowledge to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja, with the results of tcount ttable value (4,110> 2,023), and there are influence of knowledge, ability, and simultaneous work experience to employee performance at BRI Syariah Bandung Suniaraja with the results of Fcount> Ftable (5.958> 2.85).

This study aims to determine how the influence of DPK, Murabaha NPF, and inflation towards Murabaha Financing partially or simultaneously at the Indonesian Sharia Commercial Bank for the period of 2016-2018. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary data. Secondary data were obtained from Shariah Banking Statistics reports published by the Otoiritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia int the period January 2016 -December 2018. The data in this study were 36 data. The technique analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23 application programs. The results of this study indicate that based on a hypothesis test that is partially (t-test) that DPK and inflation have significant negative effect on Murabahah Financing. Whereas NPF Murabaha has insignificant negative effect in Murabaha Financing. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test (F-Test) show that DPK, NPF Murbahah, and Inflation simultaneously or together have a significant effect on Murabaha Financing.
