Indicator empowerment is an important step in the process of combat decision-making, which directly affects the reliability and correctness of decision-making. In this paper, the method of determining the comprehensive weight coefficient of the combination of subjective and objective weighting methods is studied. Firstly, based on the analysis of the characteristics of the two weighting methods, the idea of combining the two methods is put forward. Secondly, the concrete steps of determining the weight coefficient are given by means of least square, deviation maximization and unit constraint. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.

With the rapid development of Internet, the use of network is becoming more and more widespread, and the distance is no longer a communication barrier between people. In order to solve the problem that the user needs to install program to the client and considers the differences of equipments & operating systems, this paper proposes a solution of IMSW (Instant Messaging System based on Web). It introduces the system architecture of IMSW, illustrates the function of the system, and describes the realization of three key technologies (such as Bootstrap responsive design, MD5 +salt encryption algorithm and video call) in detail. The system runs well, and it has a certain guiding significance for the project development of Instant Messaging.

In this paper, we proposed an automated test framework, logical test device which makes complex avionics systems transparent and jump machines which ensure data security of SUT (System Under Test). Based on this test framework, we mainly proposed a universal test language for avionics systems. The key feature of our test language is to introduce device type data and device collaboration operations which support automatic collaboration between logical test device and jump machines, meanwhile make test language more universal. This test language has been applied to the actual avionics system testing in China Academy of Electronics and Information Technology. Relative to avionics system testing before automation, our test language changes work pattern of avionics system testing and improves the test efficiency.

The 3D video game applications by using mobile device with limited resource have been growing and their requirements also have been complicated. Many virtual reality (VR) applications based on a 3D video game need to handle diverse sensors and user inputs continuously in a streaming manner. In this paper, we mainly focused on how to reduce the gap between mobile device with limited resources and complex functions including rendering image. In order to extend capabilities of mobile device, we apply computation off-loading when rendering and moving images to the mobile device. For this work we apply Docker as cloud container technologies that can be used to take the requirement of resource intensive VR application by computation off-loading.

The design is based on single-chip's control to steering engine, which enables the camera to be operated by a remote-controller and has a broad market and great development.

Type 2 diabetes has a quite high incidence all over the world. For the prevention and treatment of Type 2 diabetes, early detection is demanded. Nowadays, data mining techniques are gaining increasing importance in medical diagnosis field by their classification capability. In this paper, a hybrid prediction model is proposed to help the diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes. In the proposed model, K-means is used for data reduction with J48 decision tree as a classifier for classification. In order to get the experimental result, we used the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset from UCI Machine Learning Repository. The result shows that the proposed model has reached better accuracy compared to other previous studies that mentioned in the literature. On the basis of the result, it can be proven that the proposed model would be helpful in Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.

Belief propagation (BP) algorithm is commonly used in soft decoding of Low Density Parity Check Code (LDPC). However, a significant disadvantage of this method is that the computational complexity is high in high order M-QAM modulation. This paper proposes an optimized algorithm to reduce the posterior probability calculation in soft decoding, which estimates an approximate decision point in the constellation map via channel equalization. Then a contractible constellation decision space is delimited by the approximate decision point and its surrounding points with the minimum European distance. Compared with the conventional soft decoding, simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the computational complexity of BP decoding with tiny loss of the decoding accuracy. The proposed algorithm reduces nearly 96 percent of the computational complexity of posterior probability in the case of 256QAM modulation.

This paper proposed a novel attack-defend game based on failure rate and mean time to repair. The game method can exclude irrational strategies and take network availability loss into account. It can also reduce computation complexity. The experiment validates the application of game model optimization and attack prediction, and discusses further expansion of the method.

Chicago Public School (CPS) allocates billions of dollars to hundreds of public schools including new schools in its system based on prediction of enrollment number for the next year, of which ninth grade is most difficult to be projected. In this project, we propose a method called conditional logistic regression to help them improve the enrollment projection on new high schools. We also design an ensemble model to predict ninth grade. Based on our experiments on two years, our method is better than the current method of CPS.

Making a scientific and reasonable production plan is often a difficult matter in a manufacturing enterprise. The formulation and dynamic adjustment of production plans are limited by many aspects, including design process, product order requests, manufacturing resource coordination, production process connection and other aspects. On the basis of analyzing the production management process of a manufacturing enterprise, a set of production operation management model, data model and multi-resource dynamic scheduling mechanism is proposed. With multi-layer architecture and Web component development technology, a production management system is established, which provides functions such as order management, composition and decomposition of the production plan, manufacturing resources management and balance, process route planning, production scheduling, manufacturing execution management and so forth, and which has realized that the main functions of ERP and MES meet the demands of the enterprise. At the same time, the system has achieved the integration of design and manufacture process in the production process through the integration of upstream and downstream applications with PDM, CAPP, PCS, etc., getting a good application in practical production.
