Defining Satellite Robotics Surgery using IOT 使用物联网定义卫星机器人手术

Now days Internet of Things (IoT) is making everything, remote control and remote operating possible and change imagination of objects communication into reality using Satellite based USN (Ubiquitous Sensing Network). IoT is all ultimate communication technology where not only living but also all non-living things can communicate, command, control, process using their unique RFIDs and USN. Hence it would be possible what I hypothesis “Satellite Robotic Surgery using IoT”. I have drawing one model to explain how this happen will possible in near future labeled as “Satellite Robotics Surgery Model (SRSM)”. Let me explain you how it would be engineer and functional (Figure 1).

Heart-Lung Machine: Seven Decades of Challenging Work 心肺机:七十年的挑战工作

Heart-lung machine (HLM), also called oxygenator pump or cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) pump (Figure 1), aims to provide extracorporeal circulation (ECC) with maintenance of oxygenated blood flow to the body organs when the device is connected to the arteriovenous system. The HLM is an essential component of openheart surgery to bypass the circulatory system of the heart and lungs, termed CPB. The main principle is to draw the blood from the major veins (venae cavae) to an oxygenator in the HLM where it is re-oxygenated, and then pumped into the arterial system (ascending aorta). Additionally, the myocardial contractility during CPB can be halted by running a cardioplegic solution containing potassium citrate. The initial concept to constitute an artificial circulation and hence CPB was stated in the 19th century on the basis that the contractility of muscle could be restored by perfusion of an oxygenated blood under pressure to enable better perfusion of isolated organs. Therefore, there was a need to develop an artificial heart-lung system to perfuse an oxygenated solution without interruption of blood flow, which became a real in the beginning of the 20th century after discovery of the ABO blood group system to reduce inconveniences of incompatibility, in addition to discovery of heparin to inhibit coagulation [1].

Psychosis are very common in medical problem about Forty percent of the people that, have anxiety or depression which are associated to physical illness. By which, psychiatric problem is an important part of medical attention and many people usually have psychiatric drugs associated to other treatments. In reality, research which is to be done in Nineteen Seventy-Four demonstrated that integrated therapy (i.e. combined use of medication and psychotherapy) is not harmful to the patient, but is actually useful. However, the conflict between pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy had already made a great disservice to patients, sometimes delaying the required drug treatment (e.g. the importance of duration of untreated psychosis for the prognosis of schizophrenia) or other avoiding effective psychological interventions that could lead to a better quality of life and reduce the risk of suicide. This may be the case when considering dialectical behaviour therapy or exposure and response prevention techniques in cognitive behavioural therapy for borderline personality disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder, respectively. Unfortunately, today, despite a muchvaunted integration of treatments, on the one hand we often deal with reductionist attitudes that judge psychotherapy as irrelevant and consider drug therapy alone sufficient for treatment.

Diagnosis and Immunotherapy Strategies for Melanoma: A Review 黑色素瘤的诊断和免疫治疗策略:综述

Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. Melanoma skin cancer is made up of abnormal pigment cells (melanocytes). Melanocytes are located at the bottom of the epidermis. These cells make melanin, which spreads to the top of the epidermis and gives skin its colour. Melanoma is usually brown or black in colour because the cell still makes melanin. Melanoma is more dangerous than other skin cancers because it more likely to spread if it is not found early. However, most melanomas about 84 out of 100 are found early before they have spread and so are likely to be cured with treatments. Melanoma can occur on any skin surface. In men, it’s often found on the skin on the head, on the neck, or between the shoulders and the hips. In women, it’s often found on the skin on the lower legs or between the shoulders and the hips. Melanoma is rare in people with dark skin. When it does develop in people with dark skin, it’s usually found under the fingernails, under the toenails, on the palms of the hands, or on the soles of the feet. Although one of the less common types of skin cancer, melanoma is considered the most serious type of skin cancer because it is more likely to spread to other parts of the body, especially if not detected early. The earlier melanoma is found, the more successful treatment is likely to be. Despite the many investigations in this field and a rapidly growing knowledge base, classification according to specific mutational profiles is not yet validated. Further investigations are required for validation and refinement, and to possibly identify additional factors.

Many people now understand the complexities outside of themselves but many do not know how they themselves work. By knowing how complex the human body is as a biological engine, we will certainly appreciate the creator’s greatness. Books that contain basic information about the functioning of human organs are written in simple language styles and the use of minimal scientific terms. Every description of an organ is accompanied by a diagram. As such, this book is appropriate for general reading, and those who do not have basic science at secondary level can understand it. This book will also be used as an additional reading book for those who are on preuniversity courses, physiotherapists, therapists, nursing and other paramedics.

In modern conditions, the spiritual development of society is becoming one of the most crucial factors in ensuring its national security. Contradictory influence of globalization on modern life reveals, along with its positive trends, and negative, associated with its influence on the growth of spiritual threats. In this regard, only familiarizing with the invaluable cultural heritage, modern achievements, the formation of free, independent thinking will help to develop among the population especially among the younger generation immunity in relation to spiritual threats. Therefore, the qualitative features of the spiritual world of the individual, social strata and groups determine the state of social relations in the aspect of their stability and stability, the dynamics of development and reproduction. Socio-philosophical analysis of the spiritual sphere as a factor of national security focuses on the consideration of universal meanings, essential features and characteristics, depththe actualized phenomena of social life.
