Hydrocortisone sodium succinate is an anti-inflammatory adrenocortical steroid. This highly water-soluble sodium succinate ester of hydrocortisone permits the immediate intravenous administration of high doses of hydrocortisone in a small volume of diluent and is particularly useful where high blood levels of hydrocortisone are required rapidly. A-Hydrocort sterile powder is available for intravenous or intramuscular administration. 100 mg− Vials containing hydrocortisone sodium succinate equivalent to 100 mg hydrocortisone, also 0.8 mg monobasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 8.73 mg dibasic sodium phosphate anhydrous. When necessary, the pH was adjusted with sodium hydroxide so that the pH of the reconstituted solution is within the USP specified range of 7 to 8 (Figure 1). Abstract

There was yet not perceived to be a contradiction in science between at the same time being objective and progressive. A century ago, though philosophers and scientist discovered the problem language poses for science: there is a difference between the world and the words. The response from the scientist was paradoxically to defend objectivity. Thus, when sociology was established as a science around the year 1900 it became inherently contradictory, i.e., at the same time being objective and geared at social reforms. (cf. Lindgren 2011) In this article is attempted an outline of a possible solution to this problem in terms of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The conclusion is: by taking understanding as the point of departure sociology can be progressive: promoting the good society and still be a scienc

Across the different geographical regions of Nepal, there is a diversity of food habits and cultural and traditional food beliefs which affect health and nutrition in both positive and negative ways. [1-3]. Several misconceptions and beliefs regarding food and healthseeking behaviours still exist in the community [4-7]. Sufficient healthy food is important for children and pregnant and lactating women, but insufficient food consumption may lead to children becoming malnourished. Pregnant women are more likely to have a low birth weight baby, develop anaemia, have complications during delivery and there is a high mortality risk for both mothers Abstract Background: The main purpose of this study was to explore the experience of food beliefs among mothers from Kaski district of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. In Nepal, there are few studies conducted based in the social sciences.

Neuroleptic Cardiomyopathy: Let’s Get Acquainted 神经松弛性心肌病:让我们认识一下

The presented mini-review summarizes the results of our own research and rather rare literature data on the problem of neuroleptic cardiomyopathy. The aspects of etiology, epidemiology, clinical course, electrocardiographic signs and pathomorphology of the disease are briefly considered. The question of nosological independence of neuroleptic cardiomyopathy is raised. Neuroleptic (antipsychotic) cardiomyopathy (NCMP) is a little known to a wide range of doctors iatrogenic pathology. It is associated with a side cardiotoxic effect of antipsychotic drugs [1-9]. The disease belongs to secondary specific metabolic dilated cardiomyopathies [10-12] and is characterized by diffusion damage of a myocardium, by sharp decrease in its contractile function and by the progressing of congestive chronic heart failure (CHF) [8,10,11,13-17].

I have words the imbalance of the oxidative-deoxidative state of a special substance happen at it is original prefect balance, the words can use to define my theory of the oxidative-deoxidative Imbalance in life value. I have first time to use the word in 2004 at my working speeches at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. The oxidative state means the Reactive oxygen species (ROS) and reactive nitrogen species (RNS) generation with over producing over the deoxidative state in body, also toxic reagents as paraquat and H2O2 can induce oxidative stress. In traditional, ROS generation as (OH, O2-, ROO, RO) have critical role in oxidative stress, then combined RNS generation as (ONOO, RSNO) can make the oxidative stress in whole meaning at ROS/ RNS induction to interrupt damage DNA construct, cell, lipids, proteins and other macromolecules. In biological state, ROS or RNS are generate in natural to take some important roles at cell signaling and homeostasis functional; under oxidative interruption, over products from endogenous and exogeneous detect deoxidative defend state to maintain balance of the two sides.

Practical Considerations in Pharmaceutical Production Scale-Up- This paper is meant to provide a high-level overview of the steps required to prepare the bulk drug substance API. From first-in-human and through each of the clinical trial stages and into commercialization, scale-up of formulation design is a natural part of pharmaceutical development. At each stage of process development, the batch size increases, from laboratory-scale batches that may be quite small to support preclinical and early clinical stages, to pilot batches that are used in process development, and finally to the production-scale batches needed to support commercialization.
