This study examines the influence of service quality and company image on the intention to revisit customer satisfaction. Employing a quantitative methodology, the research provides explanatory analysis. The sample consists of customers who have visited Mall Olympic Garden (MOG) more than twice, one of the largest modern shopping centers in Malang city. A nonprobability sampling method, specifically simple random sampling, was utilized, with a sample size of 150 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal a significant relationship between service quality and company image and their impact on the intention to revisit. Furthermore, service quality and company image significantly influence customer satisfaction, increasing the intention to revisit. The mediating role of customer satisfaction is evident in the relationship between service quality, company image, and intention to revisit. These results suggest that modern shopping centers like MOG can sustain their existence amidst the growing trend of online shopping lifestyles by maintaining service quality and company image amidst competition in Malang City's shopping centers.

The Supreme Court has issued PERMA No. 2 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Settlement of Disputes on Government Actions and the Authority to Adjudicate Unlawful Acts by Government Agencies and/or Officials (Onrechmatige Overheidsdaad), with the aim of being a guideline in terms of the authority to adjudicate onrechtmatige overheidsdaad cases, as well as as statutory provisions and regulations in terms of governance method of resolving disputes regarding unlawful acts committed by government agencies or government officials, which has now become the absolute authority of the State Administrative Court (PERATUN). Regarding Legal Politics, the issuance of PERMA No. 2 of 2019 is important to study and research, because it has created a new "legal situation" and "legal consequences", namely regarding the authority to adjudicate overheidsdaad cases that are onrechtmatige, as well as regarding legal provisions regarding dispute resolution procedures against the government. From this research it can be concluded that with the enactment of PERMA Regulation No. 2 of 2019, cases of unlawful acts by government agencies and/or officials, which previously fell under the authority of the general judiciary to be examined and tried in the District Court, but are now expressly regulated. Becomes the authority of PERATUN and is tried at the State Administrative Court, so its implementation actually still requires improvements, so that in the future it can be implemented even better.
最高法院发布了关于政府行为和政府机构和/或官员非法行为裁决权纠纷解决准则(Onrechmatige Overheidsdaad)的 PERMA No.2 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Settlement of Disputes on Government Actions and the Authority to Adjudicate Unlawful Acts by Government Agencies and/or Officials (Onrechmatige Overheidsdaad),其目的是成为关于政府机构或政府官员违法行为案件裁决权方面的准则,以及关于解决政府机构或政府官员违法行为争议的治理方法方面的法律规定和条例,目前已成为国家行政法院(PERATUN)的绝对权威。

Religion is a part of the spiritual life of society, a superstructure phenomenon moving and changing strongly at all times along with the socio-economic development of any country. In recent times, the religion in Vietnam has had a great influence on traditional customs and practices in both directions: positive and negative. On the one hand, it contributes to restoring many good traditional customs and practices of the nation, contributing to changing the lifestyle and behavior of a part of the people; On the other hand, the religion revives many outdated depraved customs and practices, deforming and fading some traditional customs and practices. These impacts have been posing many problems to be resolved for Vietnam in the process of building and developing the country in the new era. Vietnam has been being in the process of increasingly deepening international integration, which is expected to continue to cause many difficulties and obstacles for State management of religion, because religious activities are often associated with cultural activities. Cultural diversity leads to religious diversity.

Basic health services for the people of the city of Bandung have not yet been done optimally. The Regional Government (PEMDA) has been collaborating across sectors with the Health Service to provide basic health services in the community. The limited number of health workers at the Community Health Center is a real fact that cannot be denied. Community service at the Higher Education of Health has not been yet in line with community needs. This research deals with regional government policies based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government which states that to improve public health, it needs to empower the community through cross-sectors including the role of The Higher Education of Health in implementing the tridharma, such as community service in handling public health problems. The reaseach uses an empirical normative legal method, the nature of the research is qualitative, and the research results are analyzed using positive law, circular in nature. The results of research indicate that from the data analysis at 3 (three) institutions of Higher Education of Health and 3 (three) sub-districts in the city of Bandung show that the Regional Government has not maximally included the role of the private sector in basic health services, namely health education; cross-sector collaboration is only incidental and higher health education implements the community service (”Penmas”) for lecturers simply to meet the needs of Lecturer Workload reports (BKD). The research results conclude that public health services in the community have not yet been done optimally due to limited health personnel and The local government's policy in basic health services in the community dealing with collaboration with health service is still limited, too, whereas cross-sector collaboration, namely higher education of Health, is only incidental in nature. It is recommended that local government utilizes the potential of health workers in higher education of Health and collaborates across sectors in regional development, in order to improve public health.

The correlation between individuals and policies has been a longstanding concern within the realm of public policy analysis. However, scant attention has been paid to rigorous investigations into people's contentment with existing policies. Research focusing on good governance, characterized by attributes such as participatory, consensus-oriented, transparent and accountable, responsive and effective, efficient, equitable, inclusive and following the rule of law, has laid the groundwork for a constructive evaluation framework for each nation's governance, particularly in the evaluation of public policies. The evaluation of people's satisfaction constitutes a pivotal component of policy assessment. Individuals possess the right to understand and be informed about policy issues, their underlying rationales, and the benefits they accrue to the populace at large, thereby ensuring alignment with the country's political directives and policies. Evaluating satisfaction through the lens of good governance theory enriches analyses and discussions concerning the determinants of public satisfaction with the policy-making process, thereby broadening the discourse on policies centered around human welfare. Consequently, it offers insightful implications for national strategies. Vietnam is one of the developing countries that always listens to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, improves policies in accordance with reality, and ensures the leadership of the Party and State. The article uses qualitative methods to systematize the research model and uses quantitative methods to show factors affecting people's policy satisfaction

Education is an important aspect of life. Various obstacles arise that affect the quality of education. One of these obstacles is that there are still several cases related to bullying, sexual violence, brawls, intolerance and various other problems, including promiscuity which of course affects the mental health of students at school. Students who have low mental health will have an impact on not achieving student well-being at school. Based on the results of the analysis of the Psychological Well-Being categorization, students identified as having very low and low psychological well-being were 108 students with a percentage of 20% of the total sample taken. Apart from that, students who were identified as having moderate psychological well-being were 247 or 67% of the total sample. Meanwhile, there are 13 students who have a high psychological well-being category or only 4%. These results strengthen the finding that most students tend to have less psychological well-being which has the potential to have an impact on students' mental health at school. However, it also has the potential to improve if mental health-based guidance and counselling services are provided with various supports from parties at the school.

This study aims to analyse the mechanisms of consumer dispute resolution through the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency (BPSK) in Central Lampung and to measure the effectiveness of such dispute settlement. The research used is a normativeempirical approach. The results of the research show that the settlement of consumer disputes through BPSK can be done through mediation, conciliation, or arbitration according to the agreement of the parties. While a settlement by arbitration still stands aside for the dissatisfied parties to undertake legal action through litigation. The effectiveness of dispute resolution through BPSK can be measured through several factors such as the mechanism of resolution, the credibility of members of the BSPK, the means and facilities available, the complexity of the dispute, as well as success in enforcing the judgment. Stronger legal protection is needed to ensure compliance of business operators with BPSK decisions, with stronger sanctions and more effective law enforcement for violations as well as increased consumer awareness of their rights and the role of BSPK in dispute resolution is needed through more intensive warrened and educational campaigns.

This study investigates the phonological challenges encountered by Vietnamese learners of English and explores the strategies employed to address these challenges. A mixed-methods approach was employed, comprising a quantitative survey administered to 152 participants and semi-structured interviews conducted with a subset of 7 participants. Quantitative analysis of survey data revealed perceived difficulty levels for various phonological aspects of English pronunciation, with reconciling spelling and pronunciation emerging as the most challenging aspect. Qualitative interviews provided deeper insights into learners' experiences, highlighting additional phonological challenges such as distinguishing between vowel sounds and mastering intonation patterns. Participants reported employing a range of strategies, including regular practice, utilization of resources, and participation in interactive learning experiences, to address pronunciation difficulties. The implications of this research are twofold. Firstly, it contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding English pronunciation learning among Vietnamese learners. Secondly, the identified strategies offer valuable insights for language teaching and support. Educators can tailor their teaching approaches to address the specific phonological challenges highlighted in this study, fostering more effective English pronunciation acquisition among Vietnamese learners. Additionally, the findings underscore the importance of providing diverse learning resources and opportunities for interactive practice to enhance pronunciation skills. These implications not only enrich our understanding of language acquisition processes but also have practical implications for educators, curriculum developers, and language learners alike.
{"title":"Common Pronunciation Errors among Vietnamese Learners of English from Phonological Perspectives","authors":"Le Quang Dung","doi":"10.47191/ijsshr/v7-i05-74","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47191/ijsshr/v7-i05-74","url":null,"abstract":"This study investigates the phonological challenges encountered by Vietnamese learners of English and explores the strategies employed to address these challenges. A mixed-methods approach was employed, comprising a quantitative survey administered to 152 participants and semi-structured interviews conducted with a subset of 7 participants. Quantitative analysis of survey data revealed perceived difficulty levels for various phonological aspects of English pronunciation, with reconciling spelling and pronunciation emerging as the most challenging aspect. Qualitative interviews provided deeper insights into learners' experiences, highlighting additional phonological challenges such as distinguishing between vowel sounds and mastering intonation patterns. Participants reported employing a range of strategies, including regular practice, utilization of resources, and participation in interactive learning experiences, to address pronunciation difficulties. The implications of this research are twofold. Firstly, it contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding English pronunciation learning among Vietnamese learners. Secondly, the identified strategies offer valuable insights for language teaching and support. Educators can tailor their teaching approaches to address the specific phonological challenges highlighted in this study, fostering more effective English pronunciation acquisition among Vietnamese learners. Additionally, the findings underscore the importance of providing diverse learning resources and opportunities for interactive practice to enhance pronunciation skills. These implications not only enrich our understanding of language acquisition processes but also have practical implications for educators, curriculum developers, and language learners alike.","PeriodicalId":183161,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Social Science and Human Research","volume":"60 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141112582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
