The purpose of this study was to create an innovation of PMT-P processed from dates, black seed and olive oil, then to test macronutrient levels and organoleptic tests. This study was true experimental research. It was carried out in two places, namely macronutrient testing at the Fishery Products Chemistry Laboratory, Riau University and organoleptic tests on 25 untrained panelists in the working area of Nilam Sari Community Health Center, Bukittinggi City on December 2020 - January 2021. The results of this study indicated that the levels of macronutrients in the innovation of processed PMT-P per chip (10gr) and in the control, namely; carbohydrates 4.1197 g and 1.1322 g, protein 0.7866 g and 0, 1922 g, fat 1.8051 and 0.6784 g. In the organoleptic test, it was found that 52% of panelists chose to like and 36% really liked the smell of cookies, 68% of panelists chose to like and 32% really liked the color of cookies, 44% of panelists chose to like and 48% really liked the taste of cookies, and 44% panelists chose to like and 48% really like the texture of cookies. Nutritional problems have an impact on the decline in the quality of human resources resulting in failure of physical growth, mental development and intelligence, decreased productivity, increased morbidity and mortality of children under five. Optimizing the handling of nutritional problems in toddlers can be done through the development of supplementary food formulas by considering aspects of nutrition, health benefits, acceptability and resistance as well as the advantages of local food resources. Prolonged labor is one of the causes of maternal death. The percentage of this case is 20% of all cases of causes of maternal death and 60% of cases of prolonged labor are inadequate. The inadequacy occurs because many women undergo an active phase for more than 6 hours and the cervical opening acceleration is less than 1 hour / cm. The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Egg Tea on the First Stage of Labor at BPM "A" Agam Regency in 2021. It was quasi experimental study with posttest design with only none equivalent control. This study was conducted at BPM "A" Agam Regency on February-March 2021. The samples were 20 people (1 control groups and 1 treatment groups). The data were collected through interviews and direct observation. The measuring instrument used pathograph. Then, it was analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis by using the T test. The results of the study found the average childbirth in the control group was 3.3 hours and the average delivery in the treatment group was 2.6 hours. There is an effect of egg tea administration on the duration of delivery when I, with the result of a symp.sig value of 0.026 < α 0.05. In short, there was an effect of egg tea on the duration of the first stage of labor at BPM "A" Agam Regency in 2021. It is hoped that midwives improve the quality of delivery to women who give birth by carrying out proper handling of women who are at risk of dehydration and lack of energy during the labor process. how to rehydrate by consuming egg tea. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator of health status. However, in reality the problem of maternal mortality and morbidity in Indonesia is still a big problem. Maternal mortality occurs due to several factors. One of them is hemorrhage 30.3%. Postpartum hemorrhage is caused by uterine atony 70%, trauma 20%, and rest placenta 10%. Uterine atony can be prevented through postpartum exercise and relaxation techniques. This study aimed to determine The Effectiveness of Postpartum Exercise and Relaxation Techniques on Uterine Involution in Normal Post-Copy Mothers in Gedang Community Health Center Working Area in 2020.It was Quasi Experimental Research (quasi-experimental) with posttest only design with two comparison treatment. The population was all postpartum mothers with normal delivery on November 2020. Total sampling technique had been used to choose the samples. The data were collected through direct observations by using observation sheet instrument. The data were analyzed by Mann Whitney test. The results showed that in the group given postpartum exercise intervention 14.50> the group that was given postpartum exercise intervention and relaxation techniques. It means that the subinvolution score was greater. Mann Whitney test ρ<0.05, it indicates that the mean rank difference between the two groups was significant. In short, postpartum exercise and relaxation technique were effective in accelerating the process of uterine involution.Last, it is suggested to the midwives to improve and perform midwifery services by applying postpartum exercise methods and relaxation techniques to make the uterine involution process runs well.
