: Fear of failure refers to the inclination to assess potential threats and experience anxiety in situations that carry the risk of failure. A total of 288 participants were surveyed using the revised fear of failure scale to evaluate the level of fear of failure among college students in Guangzhou. The study found that (1) the results showed that college students' total score of fear of failure is relatively high, and the average score is above the critical value of 3 points; (2) female college students scored significantly higher than male students on the subscales of “upsetting important others” and “losing social influence”; (3) college students who majored in liberal arts scored significantly higher than those who majored in science on the subscale of “losing social influence”.

: With the development of social economy and the increase of population mobility, migrant children have become an increasingly serious social problem. These migrant children are faced with learning adjustment problems, including academic difficulties, psychological stress and social barriers. To help these migrant children adapt better to the school environment, school management needs to adopt a series of countermeasures. The aim of this thesis is to study the learning adjustment problems of migrant children and to propose corresponding school management countermeasures to promote their overall development.

: The early childhood transition has always been a concern for educators, as it is related to children's learning and lifelong sustainable development, and is an important issue for the high-quality development of basic education in our country. This article first analyzes the common problems that exist in the early childhood transition, and then explores the application of children's diaries in this stage, analyzing their role and significance in communication skills, home-school collaboration, and psychological well-being. The study found that children can use diary writing to promote language expression, enhance family relationships, and improve emotional states, providing effective tools and methods for the early childhood transition. This article also introduces the writing methods and practical applications of children's diaries, and proposes prospects and suggestions for future research.

: This study centers on an in-depth discussion of the factors that influence the persistence of college students' dance learning under the perspective of perceived value. This study first identified perceived value, individual interest, self-efficacy and teaching support as key factors that may affect college students' persistence in dance learning through literature review and theoretical analysis. Subsequently, questionnaires and interviews were used to conduct an empirical study with college students. The results of the study showed that perceived value plays a key role in the persistence of college students' dance learning. When college students perceived that dance learning could bring them physical and mental pleasure, enhance their social skills, or help them in their future career development, their motivation and persistence increased significantly. In addition, individual interest and self-efficacy are also important factors affecting the persistence of college students' dance learning. Instructional support, such as guidance from teachers and encouragement from peers, was also effective in promoting college students' persistence in dance learning. The results of this study have important theoretical and practical implications for understanding the motivators of college students' persistence in dance learning, as well as providing strong strategic recommendations for optimizing college dance education. Future research can further explore other factors that may affect persistence in learning to enrich and deepen the results of this study.
