: People in daily life often show some behavior errors. For example, you are in the familiar street on the wrong direction, these phenomena that cognitive-based mistakes on simple tasks that a person normally should be capable of completing without error are known as cognitive failures. We summarize the four main theoretical explanations about cognitive failure: perceptual load theory, executive-attention theory, overload theory and complaint hypothesis. The purpose of this study is to provide some inspirations and references for the follow-up study.

: Research on how Chinese students perceive their social presence, especially in the UK's higher education and online environment, has received less attention. This qualitative study will fill the research gap by providing data to understand Chinese students' attitudes towards Zoom-based student-led online learning projects, aiming to explore how Chinese students perceive social presence and what factors influence their social presence. We collected data by conducting semi-structured interviews with seven postgraduate students who attended an online Zoom-based student-led project, "Holistic Academic and Research Reflective Practice". It is found that students’ perceived social presence can be grouped into three themes: conceptualization of social presence; the level of perceived social presence in the online environments; and the perceived importance of social presence. The factors that affect the social presence of Chinese students can be put into three categories: social context, online communication, and interactivity. We suggest that students should always be aware of the impact of emotional values and human interaction in online learning environments in order to have a positive learning experience. Chinese students who want to take part in more interactive online learning environments should think about how to build a healthy sense of social presence.

: In the preschool education stage, children are at the stage of being full of curiosity about the outside world, and scientific inquiry activity is an important activity to satisfy children's curiosity, and is also one of children's favorite activities. At the same time, it plays a great role in promoting children's cognitive, emotional, physical, social and other aspects of development. Observation, as an important professional ability of teachers, is an important means for teachers to obtain the level and characteristics of children's development. Therefore, preschool teachers need to innovate their observation methods, deeply understand the changes of children's psychology and needs in autonomous games, so as to gain more teaching experience, which is of great significance to improve teaching quality and promote children's development.

: With the temporary victory of the task of poverty alleviation through education in China, great achievements have been made in the material assistance of schools and students, and poverty alleviation through education has entered a new historical stage. Early education poverty alleviation mainly solves the material problems of children's schooling and effectively guarantees the right of school-age children. However, with the development of education poverty alleviation, some new problems have emerged for left behind children. For example, it is difficult to take into account the help and guidance of students' learning interests, psychological emotions and other dimensions. Many students choose to drop out of school because of psychological problems such as inferiority and weariness. When the needs of students at the material level are met to a certain extent, higher-level spiritual needs will be generated. Whether the high-level needs can be responded and met will have a direct and important impact on students' social, healthy psychology, social emotions and behaviors. Through interviews with primary school teachers and managers in Yunnan Province, and a questionnaire survey of some left behind children in primary schools, we accurately grasp the spiritual needs and psychological status of left behind children in the post poverty alleviation era. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, we propose a targeted path for the construction of psychological health of left behind children.
