The debate over whether "tongues" or "language" in the Bible, translated as "Bahasa Roh" in the Indonesian Bible version, still continues, especially among Pentecostal and Protestant communities. The ongoing discussion revolves around whether the baptism of the Holy Spirit continues to this day and whether the "Bahasa Roh" referred to in the Bible denotes meaningless utterances as practiced in modern Pentecostal churches. Pentecostals argue that speaking in tongues is the initial evidence and fundamental pattern of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, while others refute this claim. The primary basis for both arguments is 1 Corinthians 14:2. The purpose of this research is to uncover the true meaning of "Bahasa Roh" according to the Bible as written in 1 Corinthians 14:2. This research is qualitative research using the method of exegesis. The analyses used in this research are contextual analysis, grammatical analysis, and historical analysis. The results of the research reveal that γλώσσῃ (tongue) refers to utterances that cannot be understood and were never learned, as a result of the prompting of the Holy Spirit. As part of the gifts of the Spirit, it is necessary to serve one another well and glorify God, but it should not be the main focus because the most important aspect of all gifts is the driving motive, which is love.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity on the learning motivation of junior senior high school students in Cambridge School Surabaya. The method used a quantitative method which first carried out by testing the validity and reliability of the study, then normality test, the test variable X abd Y is completely normally distributed, with to test linearity to show results linearity. From the regression analysis, it is known that the calculated F value is 10.262 with a signicance level 0.002>0.05 which indicates that there is a directing variable of teacher creativity (X) on student’s learning motivation (Y). While the hypothesis testing is based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient2 (coefficient of determination) of 0.316 or 31.6%. Based on the results of the study, teacher creativity has a significant effect on the student learning motivation. This is evidenced by the acceptance of the results of hypothesis testing conducted by researchers. Therefore, in order to increase students’ learning motivation, teachers must be able to increase creativity in teaching.

Human life is inevitably intertwined with problems and difficulties. At times, individuals struggle to overcome the challenges they face, which can affect their thinking patterns and behaviors, leading to anxiety and depression. Counseling emerges as a vital service in human life to address these issues. There exist various methods and practices in counseling aimed at assisting individuals in resolving their problems. However, there lies a distinction between Secular Counseling and Biblical Counseling. This article emphasizes Biblical Counseling oriented towards and sourced from God's declarations. The aim of this research is to delve into matters related to: the significance of Anthropology in counseling, the concept of the Image of God within humanity, the purpose of human creation in Imago Dei, the connection between the fall of humanity and Imago Dei, and the implications of the Imago Dei concept in Biblical Counseling.

The development of technology has both positive and negative impacts on human life. One of the negative impacts is the prevalence of cyberbullying. Cyberbullying can affect anyone and involves various actions such as defamation, insults, intimidation, and discrimination. Its negative effects can harm both individuals and society at large. This study aims to understand the negative impacts of cyberbullying and efforts to prevent it. The research method used is qualitative with a literature review, involving the collection of data from books, journals, and previous studies. The data is analyzed critically and in-depth to support the propositions and ideas in this research. The results of the study indicate that cyberbullying has significant negative effects on individuals and society. These negative effects can include psychological trauma, reputation damage, and even death. Efforts to prevent cyberbullying need to be carried out comprehensively, starting from the family environment, church, and cooperation with the government.

Adultery is an offense or activity that is commonplace in large and metropolitan cities such as Jakarta. Perpetrators of adultery will usually receive legal and social sanctions from the surrounding community. The same thing happened to the woman who was caught in adultery in the text John 8:1-11. The woman was judged unfairly according to the law by the scribes and Pharisees. In contrast to the scribes, Jesus was there to provide forgiveness and assistance to the woman who committed adultery. Through this research, the author wants to provide the example and method that Jesus gave as a guide to how to deal with cases of adultery which are rampant among Christians in Jakarta. This research uses the hermeneutic method and literature study of the story of the woman who committed adultery in the text John 8:1-11. Through this research, it is hoped that Christians, especially God's servants, will be able to emulate the attitude of Jesus who forgave and accompanied every Christian in Jakarta who fell into the sin of adultery.

Penulisan ini adalah suatu bentuk kajian teologis mengenai topik misiologi yang tertulis dalam teks Alkitab Injil Matius pasal 10, yang menguraikan dan mengelaborasi poin-poin penting dan makna-makna yang terkandung dalam teks tersebut terkait dengan pengutusan injil atau misiologi. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Analisa topikal untuk menggali, menguraikan, dan menjelaskan dengan lebih rinci isi pesan daripada teks yang dipelajari. Adapun instrument daripada studi ini menyangkut analisa teks bahasa asli yang digunakan dalam penulisan Kitab Injil yakni bahasa Yunani. Dengan menggunakan analisa gramatikal, leksikal, kontekstual dan juga historikal, penulis menguraikan makna dari setiap pesan yang terkandung dalam teks untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Melalui studi ini terlahir 9 poin penting yang terkandung di dalam teks tersebut terkait dengan misiologi, meliputi substansi misiologi, tata cara misiologi, alasan misiologi, sebab dan akibat, aturan dan larangan, dan janji perlindungan Ilahi. Hasil daripada pembelajaran teks ini juga memberikan pencerahan bahwa suatu perintah penginjilan yang sangat penting memang berasal dari Yesus, untuk umat-Nya, oleh karena kuasa-Nya, pada waktu-Nya dan dengan cara-Nya. Meskipun Yesus tidak pernah berkata bahwa pengutusan ini mudah dan mulus, bahkan dikatakan akan banyak terjadi kesulitan, namun diberikan juga janji peneguhan bahwa Roh Allah selalu menyertai setiap pribadi yang diutus.

Pernyataan Tuhan Yesus tentang memberi lebih banyak dalam Lukas 21:3 telah menjadi sebuah pro kontra, karena bersamaan dengan pernyataan tersebut Yesus menyebut nominal persembahan janda tersebut adalah dua peser, sebagai mata uang Yunani yang terkecil. Jika demikian apa makna memberi lebih banyak? Beberapa penafsir melihat makna klausa memberi lebih banyak adalah memiliki makna kiasan, karena yang terpenting adalah masalah motivasi memberi bukan masalah jumlah. Sedangkan penafsir yang lain melihat makna klausa tersebut adalah literal dan benar-benar merujuk pada jumlah persembahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki makna klausa “Memberi Lebih Banyak” dalam Lukas 21:3 sehingga umat Tuhan memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep memberi yang benar berdasarkan apa yang Yesus katakan secara eksplisit dalam nas. Doktrin prapengetahuan Allah dan hubungannya dengan predestinasi merupakan salah satu teka-teki paling menantang dalam teologi untuk dipecahkan. Doktin ini hanya dapat dipahami sejauh Allah mengungkapkannya di dalam Alkitab, dan itu pun beragam penafsiran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan sejarah doktrin ini dan hubungannya dengan predestinasi Allah, yang sejarahnya ditelusuri dari abad pertama hingga abad kesepuluh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan sejarah doktrin ini dan hubungannya dengan predestinasi Allah, yang sejarahnya ditelusuri dari abad pertama hingga abad kesepuluh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mempelajari literatur atau tulisan bapa-bapa gereja dari abad pertama hingga abad kesepuluh. Setiap jemaat gereja diharapkan dapat mengalami pertumbuhan iman. Tetapi pada faktanya masih banyak jemaat yang belum mengalami pertumbuhan iman sebagaimana mestinya. Di GBI Narwastu Mujizat Sidoarjo sendiri, terdapat jemaat yang kurang berminat mengikuti pendalaman Alkitab dan melupakan khotbah yang disampaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Khotbah Gembala terhadap Pertumbuhan Iman Jemaat di GBI Narwastu Mujizat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan hubungan yang positif antara Khotbah Gembala dengan Pertumbuhan Iman Jemaat di GBI Narwastu Mujizat, dengan sumbangsih sebesar 72% yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kesiapan guru atau pendidik dalam menghadapi dinamika Generasi A (Generasi Alpha) dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di tengah kemajuan teknologi. Generasi Alpha mewakili kelompok yang lahir setelah tahun 2010 dan tumbuh dalam masyarakat yang sangat terdigitalisasi dan canggih secara teknologi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada eksplorasi kesiapan pendidikan untuk secara efektif melibatkan dan mendidik Generasi Alpha guna meningkatkan hasil pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan, dengan cara mengumpulkan data tentang tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para guru dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi belajar yang unik dari Generasi Alpha. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki strategi dan pendekatan yang digunakan oleh pendidik untuk memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ini akan berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai peran guru dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan Generasi Alpha, dan memberikan wawasan mengenai kompetensi dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan hasil pendidikan di era digital
