The purpose is to study and analyze the youngest cities in Ukraine and compare them. The prerequisites for the emergence of the cities of Novoyavorivsk and Slavutych were studied. The factors that influenced the choice of construction site were identified. The nature of development and prospects for further development of cities have been determined. The features of urban development of both cities were studied. Population density analysis is conducted and age characteristics are given. The results of the comparison were statements that highlight the problems of urban planning and ways of solving them in the construction of Slavutych and Novoyavorivsk. The scope of the article's results can be architectural practice in the field of urban planning. The national habitation of Japan and Ukraine during the Neolithic period is studied: comparison of methods of erection of frame structures, influence of lifestyle on the appearance of dwelling in both countries, as well as influence of religion on the arrangement of habitation in Ukraine and Japan, their common and distinctive features. The methods of preserving the architectural monuments in Japan, as well as the forecasts regarding the further state of traditional folk habitation in Ukraine without urgent restoration and renovation. The article depicts the forming of professional self – determination of future chemistry teachers in the conditions of competency approach. The notions “professional self – determination”, “competence”, “competency approach” were determined. The purpose of the research was to analysіs elements of substantive competency of Chemistry teacher, the direction of their development, the structure and the concept of the directions of the future competence development. The article also demonstrates characteristic features of professional – pedagogical competence of modern chemistry teacher. The meaning of students mastering the methodology of teaching Chemistry and passing pedagogical practice for forming teacher competence was demonstrated. The article deals with the problem of gifted children. It focuses on the teacher preparation for gifted children. The author analyses the American experience of partnership between universities, schools and public organization in the process of teacher preparation for work with gifted and talented children. It is stated that in the United States, reform of partnerships between different organizations in the preparation of teachers for work with gifted children begins at the level of university training programs for such teachers, extends to schools, where teachers with gifted children work, and further covers the society as a whole. Topical issues of remote assessment of the forest pathological condition of forests are substantiated, in particular, it is emphasized that today this type of decryption is the least developed link in the section of forest decoding. This is due to the unstable manifestation and diagnosis on the materials of aeronautical surveys of signs of deciphering trees and plantations of varying degrees of attenuation and drying. Forest decoding of aerospace imagery materials today is the process of recognizing aerial objects depicted on aerospace images and establishing their quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The subject of the work is the fundamental aspects of forest decoding, which in turn can be visual (eye, analytical), measuring, automatic (machine), as well as complex-analytical or automated (interactive). For all types of visual decoding of the investigated forest objects, as a rule, characterize, on the basis of decryption signs, its image on an aerial photo or space picture (on paper or computer screen) with the naked eye or by means of magnifying or stereoscopic devices. Therefore, methodological correctness and clarity in deciphering satellite images of forest arrays obtained through satellite communication channels is quite important today, using satellite and internet technologies. The purpose of the study is to study and systematize materials for deciphering geoinformation images of forests that were obtained by satellite sounding of forests in Ukraine as a whole, and in the Zhytomyr region in particular. The main methods of carrying out the works are the computational-analytical on the collection and processing of the results of space images of satellite sounding of forests located in the territory of Zhytomyr region. In addition, it should be noted that remote satellite sensing of forests enables, with the correct methodological decryption of space images, not only to monitor, but also to make a prediction of the spread of harmful organisms in the forests of Zhytomyr region. The main methods of carrying out the works are the computational-analytical on the collection and processing of the results of space images of satellite sounding of forests located in the territory of Zhytomyr region. Reducing the damage and loss of root crops during their mechanized harvesting, or performing the operation of trimming the remnants of the root from the heads of the roots, is an urgent scientific task. Improving the quality of root crop harvesting is achieved through the development and justification of the parameters of improved designs of trimmings of the remains of the boar from the heads of the roots. In the article, on the basis of the analysis of methods of removal of the remains of a hillock from the heads of root crops and working bodies, an improved design of the cutter of the heads of roots is proposed, which is made on the principle of "passive copier-active knife". The article is devoted to the history of the emergence and formation of international humanitarian law ( « laws and customs of war » ) . The author notes that decisive steps were taken here in the nineteenth century, as rapid progress in the development of weapons and martial arts led to a sharp increase in the number of casualties. In this regard, much attention is paid to the figure of Swiss businessman and public figure Henri Dunan. It is stated in the article that it was the activity of the latter that became the basis for the adoption of the famous Geneva Convention (1864) « On improving the fate of wounded and sick warriors in the land war » . The article substantiates of the clinical relevance problem of HPV-associated chronic cervicitis in reproductive age women. The study used modern diagnostic methods for this disease. The article based an analysis of the literature and our own observations, we studied some methods of treatment of HPV-associated cervicitis and made a clinical comparison of the use of suppositories and proteflazide alcohol solution, combined therapy of inozine pranobex with simultaneous local ectocervix destruction (laser vaporization) as part of complex treatment and relapse prevention of this pathology in reproductive age women. The study used modern diagnostic methods for this disease. The article based an analysis of the literature and our own observations, we studied some methods of treatment of HPV-associated cervicitis and made a clinical comparison of the use of suppositories and proteflazide alcohol solution, combined therapy of inozine pranobex with simultaneous local ectocervix destruction (laser vaporization) as part of complex treatment and relapse prevention of this pathology in reproductive age women.
