The article reveals the basic approaches of educational figures, government officials, scientists to determine the essence of the family as a social institution of personality education in the 20`s and 30`s of the 20 th century in Ukraine. The research showed that Ukrainian creators of the system of social education I. Grin'ko, J. Ryappo, M. Skrypnyk, O. Popov and others in their theoretical work revealed social education from different approaches and definitions of system-forming lines: defined social education as a system of education in general; as a upbringing based on social forms of life; recognized that: in the process of social upbringing the child is socialized, social skills are formed; the success of social education depends to a large extent on a wide range of forms and methods of work in a specially organized socio-pedagogical environment; an important place in the socialization of the child belongs to the educational capabilities of the children's team. All these approaches were considered as the conceptual (theoretical) foundations of educational work in children's educational institutions of different types in the context of the policy of creating their own national educational system. The scientific search has confirmed that the legal and regulatory framework of the Ukrainian social welfare was developed and adopted, in particular, the "Declaration on the social upbringing of children" (1920) determined not only the peculiarities of the educational system in the 20's of the 20th century in Ukraine, but also the development of the theoretical foundations of pedagogy, which were aimed at solving socio-pedagogical problems in the country during the investigated period and are also relevant today. The research has shown that modern social problems (child homelessness, unemployment, crime) can be eliminated not only by socio-economic means but also by pedagogical ones as evidenced by the implementation of the concept of social upbringing in Ukraine in the 20-30's of the 20th century. Although this system as a whole was used mainly in the context of political and ideological influence on the younger generation, which led to its destruction. The main idea of this work is to substantiate the influence of the emotional component of the brand on customers. The connection of the emotional perception at the brand with consumers is presented, the essence of the emotional component of the brand is revealed. The brand features formation, as well as the characteristic features of emotional branding, are considered. The emotional profile of the target audience is investigated, the benefits of the product that correspond to the emotional inquiry, values , and interests at the conscious or unconscious level are found. The article deals with the stage of formation of universal indicators of evaluation of biosphere compatible production on the principles of sustainable development. The concept of assessment consists in the universalisation of the assessment criteria adapted to the relevant industry in view of the environmental and economic constraints that operate in accordance with international environmental regulations. The limits of isolation of optimal solutions and algorithm of their estimation are presented. A list of economic and managerial independent factors (indicators) based on commonly accepted accounting indicators is proposed. Factors that impede the spread of best practices for sustainable production in diagnosing environmental and economic compliance are analyzed. On the basis of the analysis of impact factors, a list of coefficients and indicators that integrate the components of the socio-ecological-economic system into a single system of biosphere compatibility assessment and comprehensively characterize production is proposed. The article deals with the prohibition of interrogating a clergyman as a witness in criminal proceedings and releasing him from his duty of professional secrecy. Since, according to church norms, clergy are forbidden to divulge the secret of confession, it is proposed to change the wording of part 3 of Article 65 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. It is reasonable to exclude from this provision the possibility of exempting clergy from the obligation to keep confidential the information obtained by them in the confession of believers. The introduction of the amendments proposed by the author and amendments to the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine will allow to regulate properly the issue of prohibition of interrogation of a clergyman as a witness in criminal proceedings. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence of respect for the rights and freedoms of the individual and the citizen when conducting cash payments. The author has researched the essence of observing the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the sphere of prevention of administrative offense connected with carrying out cash payments, and also defined directions of development of the system of administrative responsibility in the specified sphere. The conclusion was drawn about the need to analyze case law in order to determine the legal conditions conducive to the commission of administrative offenses. The focus is on accounting for the planning of preventive work for new forms of economic activity, which may not provide for the permanent presence of the employee in the workplace. The article presents an analytical review of the status of use of bachelors of the specialty "Agricultural engineering" of interactive audiovisual online tools in the conditions of information and educational environment. The concept of interactive audiovisual online tools is defined. Research has been conducted on the types and status of use of STEM education elements; online learning tools; interactive tools for use in practical tasks, types of design and simulation programs used by bachelors in agricultural engineering. According to the results of the study, it was identified the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed audiovisual online tools in the course of training of the applicants for higher education in the specialty "Agroengineering" in the conditions of information and educational environment. The main tasks of estimation of foreign economic activity of the enterprise in strategic marketing in the WTO markets are formulated. The parameters for evaluating the performance of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, among which groups of economic parameters such as absolute and relative indicators, indicators of the effectiveness of foreign economic activity and structural parameters of export and import of production, are distinguished. The method of estimation of efficiency of realization of foreign economic strategy of industrial enterprise is presented. The export and import performance indicators are investigated and the aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of the effective marketing strategy at the enterprise are determined. The purpose of this work is the further development of ideas about the origin of humor [1-5]. A large number of studies and publications are devoted to the problem of humor. This is due to the fact that the ability to generate and perceive humor plays an important role in the psychological structure of the personality, as well as in the quality of interpersonal relations. In well-known publications [6-10], the questions of the manifestation of humor in different situations and in different types of people, the influence of humor on the perception of the life situations and the solution of different social and political problems and others are investigated. However, almost no attention is paid to identifying the essence of humor, the mechanisms of its origin and their connection with the processes of thinking. Methods: Analysis of current concepts of humor and laughter, discussing new possible approaches on this basis. Objectives: The nature of the humor. A large number of studies and publications are devoted to the problem of humor. This is due to the fact that the ability to generate and perceive humor plays an important role in the psychological structure of the personality, as well as in the quality of interpersonal relations. In well-known publications [6-10], the questions of the manifestation of humor in different situations and in different types of people, the influence of humor on the perception of the life situations and the solution of different social and political problems and others are investigated. However, almost no attention is paid to identifying the essence of humor, the mechanisms of its origin and their connection with the processes of thinking. Methods: Analysis of current concepts of humor and laughter, discussing new possible approaches on this basis. Objectives: The nature of the humor. Abbreviations: HTC (humor thought construct), AfG - affiliative style, SPG - self-supporting style, AgG - aggressive style, SPG - self-destructive style of humor; MP - understanding others 'emotions, M У - managing others' emotions, B П - managing their emotions, B У – understanding their emotions, В E - control of their expression, MEI - emotional personality, ВЕІ - internally personal emotional intelligence, РВЕ - understanding their own and others’ emotions, УВЕ - managing their and others' emotions. In the article the most actual problems of young people such as criminality, suicide and drugs are descavered. It is given their characteristic as a problem which is typical to the society of transitive period. The methodological background of the research includes systematic, historical and cognitive approaches. The optimum ways of solving the problem is offered.
