This study reveals educational technology research trends in Indonesia for the consecutive ten years (2011-2020). The analysis included co-authorship, co-occurrence, citation, and co-citation by finding the top authors, universities, journals, the most used keywords, and citation variables. The data was taken from the Web of Science. A total of 248 studies were found and then shrunk into 59 studies related to educational technology. The mapping analysis used VOSviewer to visualize the selected studies. It was concluded that the Nurkhamid had the highest numbers of citations, while publications from Yogyakarta State University were declared as the most-cited papers. In terms of the most-cited journals (citation analysis), the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology was named on it, and Computers & Education was the most-cited based on co-citation analysis. Based on the co-occurrence analysis, some of the terms, including education, technology, activity theory, English, and science, were enunciated as the most used keywords in the selected period. Further analysis was discussed herein.

The problems faced by Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Taiwan, there are still several problems such as unpaid salaries, work accidents, Indonesian Migrant Workers repatriation, sexual harassment, abuse, and illegal/runaway Indonesian Migrant Workers. This problem has prompted Indonesia and Taiwan to renew the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries to resolve Indonesian Migrant Worker problems. There are 3 (three) ways to solve the problem, namely conducting Indonesia-Taiwan cooperation, recruiting/re-collecting Indonesian Migrant Worker' data, and protecting Indonesian Migrant Workers. These efforts have been made since the reforms in 2018; this is because previous actions did not go well; therefore, the two countries agreed again so that Indonesian Migrant Workers in Taiwan get protection and the problem can be resolved quickly. Then, after the cooperation renewal, the issues experienced by Indonesian Migrant Workers in Taiwan in 2020 were determined with a percentage of 83.3%. It means Indonesia has succeeded in resolving the Indonesian Migrant Workers problem with the efforts that have been agreed upon by Taiwan.

Forecasting and aggregate planning are crucial phases in production planning especially for oil refining company that takes expensive production cost. Accurate forecasting greatly influences the success of production planning since it is the starting point of production planning. Whereas aggregate planning becomes important because it functions to bridge between the demand or production target with the existing resource requirements. Seeing the importance of accurate forecasting and aggregate planning, this research emphasizes the use of Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) Algorithm to forecast Premium sales in Indonesia’s oil refining company. The comparison is also done between FTS with the other classical techniques in time series forecasting to test the reliability of algorithm and FTS outperforms the others based on the lowest MAPE value as much as 0.87%. FTS result is then used as an input in the aggregate planning by using heuristics method and comparing 3 strategies which are Level Strategy, Chase Strategy, and Hybrid Strategy. The result shows that Hybrid Strategy is the most efficient one because it produces the lowest production cost for three months production period as much as Rp 3,272,000,000.

The advancement in information technology is accelerating, affecting many industries. Government entities are one of the industries that have been affected. They adopt information technology (IT) to replace disorganized traditional business processes. This study observes that the IT innovation adoption in an organization will lead to some resistance. We bring a case of IT adoption to replace one part of a manual business process (letter management system) into a digitalized system called E-office in one of Indonesia’s governmental organizations. The adoption of IT causes some resistance within the organization, which motivates us to identify resistances before and during the adoption. We interview a team who oversees handling E-office implementation and discovered two types of resistances in technology adoption: delaying resistances and opposition resistances. Meanwhile, there are two types of behavioral resistances: reluctant compliance resistance and misguided application resistance. This research further provides details on the approaches used by the organization to mitigate resistances before and during the adoption of the E-office project's implementation.

The Objective of research is to get description ofContact Investigation in TB case findings on children at Public Health Center in Central Jakarta,Indonesia. Methods: The cohort research design was conducted on pulmonary TB patients of 34 children (ages <14 years) who have household contact as well as close contact with pulmonary TB positive patients atPublic Health Center in Central Jakarta during May-August 2018.Results: from 34 respondents, as many as 73.5% (24 children) lived one household with adultpulmonary TB patients. Children with TB positive was diagnosed from Clinical Symptom are 5,9%that is higher than national Indicator (3-5%).Conclusion: A government’s policy is needed to implement the contact Investigation of TuberculosisCase Findings on Children with Index Cases and used as a model for health workers

Evaluation of user experience (UX) in learning applications is now very important. Agood UX on MOOC will have an impact on increased completion rates and student satisfaction, student engagement, enhanced learning, and minimizing course implementation rework. In thisstudy, the authors use MOOC called E-learning: Open of Knowledge Sharing (eLOK) as theobject of research. User-centered metrics or known as HEART framework consisting of fivemetrics, including Happiness, Engagement, Adoption, Retention and Task Success. Theframework that the authors used to measure the UX of eLOK is HEART metrics. The instrumentthat used in this study is a questionnaire consists of 33 statements which delivered to 94 studentsas the sample of the research, with the the number of population 1500. The questionnaire hasbeen validated using SPSS 23 as the tools. The result of the validation is all the items of thequestionnaire are valid and reliable with the percentage of reliability is 96%. The result of thisstudy showed that the metrics obtained by Happiness was 76.5%, Engagement was 72.1%,Adoption was 73.6%, Retention was 72.6%, and Task Success was 78.6%. To achieve the GoalSignal-Metrics set on the HEART framework, it is necessary to re-design the eLOK display bypaying attention to UX and UI aspects, changing the greeting with user-guidance, improving pushnotification features and navigation.

The purpose of this study is to put educational messages and/ or teaching materials for children using songs that arevisualized using simple animation technology to channel children's fantasies and help children to be able to seesomething they perceive as real. The research method applied in this research is developmental research. The locationof the study is Semarang City by taking three primary schools for product trials. The trial that was carried out was atrial to include teaching materials or educational messages using children's songs with the theme of education whichhad been visualized in the form of simple animations. The steps taken by researchers are first, seeing and identifyingprimary learning themes. Second, study teaching material. Third, realizing the theme of learning/ teaching materialin the form of songs. Fourth, the finished songs are shown/ played to the teacher for input. Fifth, perfect the song.Sixth, animate the song with the research team. Seventh, provide song animation products for teachers to learn.Eighth, the trial of song animation products to be given/ taught to students by the teacher in class. The results of thestudy showed that through children's songs learning themed presented in the form of simple animations, children canchannel and develop their fantasies through songs that are taught and the real phenomena of song content can becaptured by students easily
