The demand and the satisfaction of the reader are a service and creative system that is circuitous. So this paper attempts to construct a synthetic evaluation model of reader satisfaction in virtue of the relevant theory of the management psychology and the fuzzy math, and we have made a practical research and analysis on one university library with this model.

The correct, high efficiency power grid operating condition display is guarantee of the power system operating stability. Now, power grid operating condition display is not intuitive, vivid ,and efficiency is not high. The paper proposes the concept of power grid knowledge visualization, designs power grid visualization platform. Using power grid visualization technology based on PFCM(Probabilistic Fuzzy Cognitive Map),power grid operating fundamental data can be transform into power grid operating knowledge. Base on VR(Virtual Reality) technology, display the knowledge in graphics mode which can be easy to understand and analysis.

Temporal information is an important characteristic of event. It can be used in information retrieval process to organize the returned result. In Chinese, the presentations of time expression are very complex, which make it difficult to both accurately recognize a time expression and precisely connecting it with a given event in a web page that contains multiple events. To address these problems, this paper presents an innovative event time extraction model. Rather than just rely on local context within a web page or a text, this model applies global context provided by all the web pages that had been automatically judged as related with a given event. Our experiment results based on the evaluation criterions show the feasibility of the provided model.

This paper studies structure design and control system of 3KW wind and solar hybrid power systems for 3G base station. The system merges into 3G base stations to save power in order to fully ensure that base stations can supply power normally in any case. Wind and solar hybrid power systems consist of three parts; the first part is wind power generation system, which is composed of a non-controlled rectifier, a boost converter and so on; the second part is mainly composed of solar cell panel power generation system, wind power generation system and solar cell panel power generation system are complementary; the third part is single-phase power supply inverter, wind power and solar cell panel power connected parallel with reserved power of 3G base stations access into single-phase power supply inverter, and then turn into 220V, 50Hz power to supply for 3G base stations. On the different weather conditions, wind and solar hybrid are complementary. Wind and solar hybrid power systems is effective by system simulation on the different weather and load and simulation experiments of single-phase inverter.

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is widely applied to fault diagnosis of machines. However, this classification method has some weaknesses. For example, it cannot separate fuzzy information, particularly sensitive to the interference and the isolated points of the training samples. Besides, it has great demand for memory in calculation. In view of the problems mentioned above, a binary tree-based fuzzy SVM multi-classification algorithm (BTFSVM) has been put forward. This paper focuses on the study of the application of the Morphology Analysis and the theory BTFSVM (MA-BTFSVM) to fault diagnosis on the bearing of ships. Simulation experiments show that the algorithm has better anti-interference ability and classification effects than others. Consideration should be taken into account that it can be further applicable to the diagnosis on other mechanical faults of ships.

As the emergency happens, the emergency materials need to be deployed rapidly and efficiently for the emergency rescue. In that case, we should design the quick and efficient emergency procurement mechanism. This paper analyzes the evolutionarily stable strategies of suppliers during the emergency procurement bidding process based on the evolutionary game theory. The result shows that there will be a multi-supplier mechanism with a main supplier and some sub-suppliers in the bidding process, and the main supplier will change continually. Therefore, the government should provide the equitable atmosphere and quoted price mechanism. Finally¿this paper put forward the suggestions on the emergency procurement mechanism.

Community detection is always an outstanding problem in the study of networked systems such as social networks and computer networks. In this paper, a novel method based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to detect community structures by optimizing network modularity. At the beginning, an improved spectral method is used to transform community detection into a cluster problem and the weighted distance which combine eigenvalues and eigenvectors is advanced to measure the dissimilarity of two nodes. Then, PSO is employed for cluster analysis. There are two definitive features in our algorithm: first, the number of communities can be determined automatically; second, the particle has low-dimensional structure by using only the corresponding components of the first nontrivial eigenvector to express community centers. The application in three real-world networks demonstrates that the algorithm obtains higher modularity over other methods (e.g., the Girvan-Newman algorithm and the Newman-fast algorithm) and achieves good partition results.

Considering that knowledge of intangible cultural heritage includes accumulated concealed experiences in the long term, it is difficult for the existing forms of multimedia to completely represent the complex relationship among different knowledge. A framework is designed to express and share knowledge based on ontology. The knowledge of "Dragon Boat Festival" illustrates how to determine the research scope, and then construct knowledge ontology model based on CIDOC CRM according to the entities and properties. Finally, a prototype is implemented through the key technology of Web 2.0.

Due to the rapid growth of computer science, image processing technology has recently been widely applied to various fields such as video-conferencing, computer vision and face tracking. However, the development of tracking systems is at a standstill because most studies have used the still camera and pure background. In an effort for advancement, this study proposes a wireless real-time tracking system based on background subtraction, the Gauss motion model, and the Otsu algorithm, to identify a moving object and then pursue it. This system consists of (a) a tracking platform with ARM and robot and (b) an image recognition system that regulates the location of the robot to trace the object and identifies the location of the object from the real-time image, respectively. In practice, the results of this study show that the proposed system can effectively trace the specific moving object and mark the object in the center of the view.
