Research on Three-Dimensional Point Clouds Processing for Standing Tree Volume Based on Laser Scanner 基于激光扫描仪的立木体三维点云处理研究

In this paper, a measurement approach for standing tree volume based on laser scanner is presented, which uses geometry analysis to process three-Dimensional point cloud data and makes a program with VC++ and Matlab. As shown by the test, the standing tree volume can be worked out fast and exactly and the error of which is less than 3 percent. If more trees are scanned simultaneously, the forest inventory will be measured automatically and substantive manpower and material resources will be saved.

A Model Analyzing Method for OWL-S Services Composition Based on High Level Petri Net 基于高级Petri网的OWL-S服务组合模型分析方法

To analyze model of Web Services composition, firstly analyze and abstract dataflow and control construct in OWL-S process to build High Level Petri Net model, then describe Petri Net in Poses++ language, at last simulate Petri Net with Poses++ to check data type and deadlock and calculate service performance. The experiment shows that this model analyzing method is able to accomplish type checking and deadlock and performance analyzing.

WordNet-Based Way to Identify Chinglish in Automated Essay Scoring Systems 基于wordnet的自动作文评分系统中中式英语的识别方法

Recent years have witnessed the success of Automated Essay Scoring (AES) in western countries. However, its further promotion in China is limited by the negative transfer of non-native learners. Therefore, this paper proposed a new way to identify Chinglish, which obstructs the development of AES in China. This WordNet-based method starts with dealing with semantic relations between English verbs, calculates semantic distances between subjects and objects, and then realizes the identification of Chinglish by threshold. Experiments conducted in one university show that the proposed way performs well in identifying Chinglish in college students' English essays.

PH-SSBM: Phrase Semantic Similarity Based Model for Document Clustering 基于短语语义相似度的文档聚类模型

In this paper, a novel document representation model the Phrases Semantic Similarity Based Model (PHSSBM), is proposed. This model combines phrases analysis as well as words analysis with the use of WordNet as background knowledge to explore better ways of documents representation for clustering. The PH-SSBM assigns semantic weights to both document words and phrases. The new weights reflect the semantic relatedness between documents terms and capture the semantic information in the documents. The PH-SSBM finds similarity between documents based on matching terms (phrases and words) and their semantic weights. Experimental results show that the phrases semantic similarity based model (PH-SSBM) in conjunction with WordNet has a promising performance improvement for text clustering.

The Design and Implementation of the Model Base System Based on the Hierarchical Model 基于层次模型的模型库系统的设计与实现

As the hierarchical model belongs to the graphical model, operation and management will be inconvenient if stored in the form of a graphical file. In this paper, a new way is put forward in which the hierarchical model can be represented and stored via the database table. So a common model base system is designed. It implemented to make users achieve desired results without programming changes. When calling or safeguarding the model, they only need to operate the interface visualization. At the end, the correctness and practicability of this system is proved with AHP as an example.

This paper analyzes the features of multimedia data transmission for virtual class teaching system, and introduces the related multicast technology. Then it introduces a planning project of Intra-domain and Interdomain multicast network. Related experiments show that such a project can reduce the load of backbone net effectively and improve the utilization of network.

Quantity Flexibility Contract with Effort Cost Sharing in Perishable Product's Supply Chain 易腐产品供应链中努力成本分担的数量柔性契约

A supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer was considered in the paper, on the premise of retailer's effort being relative with demand and false failure return, the mathematical models of quantity flexibility contract with sales effort effects were established, Since a retailer needs to spend corresponding cost when he makes effort, the traditional quantity flexibility contract is proven not to coordinate the supply chain any more. But by adding the effort cost sharing to the traditional quantity flexibility contract, the coordination of supply chain can be carried out, and the optimal procedure is given, and the optimal supply chain contracts parameters are determined.

The Design of Evaluation Index System of Growth Capacity of Small & Medium-Sized Enterprises and Its Empirical Analysis 中小企业成长性评价指标体系设计及实证分析

With the continuous development of market economy, the position of small & medium-sized enterprises (abbreviation: SMEs) became more and more important in Chinese national economy. However, as a result of the increasingly competitive market economy and the internal reasons of SMEs, the SMEs generally have shorter life expectancy. In order to grasp, in terms of whole, the growth status and development trends of SMEs, in this paper, we firstly proposed the necessity building the evaluation index system of growth capacity of SMEs, then we constructed the evaluation index system and introduced evaluation method. At last, we carried out an empirical analysis with above-mentioned methods and came to the relevant conclusions.

Multi-target Tracking Based on Dynamic Cells in Wireless Sensor Networks 基于动态单元的无线传感器网络多目标跟踪

To develop effective multi-target tracking system in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), researches have been made on the collaborative signal processing (CSP) model and the Load Balancing Tree(LBA). An event triggering multi-target tracking model based on dynamic Cells is brought up. In this paper, the entire region is divided into grids. As a target appeared, the nearest Local Aggregator(LA) awoke all nodes in adjacent eight grids to compose a Cell. Then the Cell began tracking target. Multi-Cell can tracking multitarget independently and simultaneously. The paper defined Main target and Sub-target and divided multi-target tracking into three situations: non-intersection targets, intersection targets with partially overlap Cell, intersection targets with completely overlap Cell. The simulation result proved that the algorithm is timely and effectively.

{"title":"Multi-target Tracking Based on Dynamic Cells in Wireless Sensor Networks","authors":"Lin Fan, Zhongmin Wang, Hai Wang","doi":"10.1109/KAM.2009.177","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/KAM.2009.177","url":null,"abstract":"To develop effective multi-target tracking system in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), researches have been made on the collaborative signal processing (CSP) model and the Load Balancing Tree(LBA). An event triggering multi-target tracking model based on dynamic Cells is brought up. In this paper, the entire region is divided into grids. As a target appeared, the nearest Local Aggregator(LA) awoke all nodes in adjacent eight grids to compose a Cell. Then the Cell began tracking target. Multi-Cell can tracking multitarget independently and simultaneously. The paper defined Main target and Sub-target and divided multi-target tracking into three situations: non-intersection targets, intersection targets with partially overlap Cell, intersection targets with completely overlap Cell.
