Developing well-fit garments is relevant in the garment industry, especially to achieve the quality of corporate uniform wear. A garment that looks good must also fit the body. The first process for garment fitting is to develop the body pattern that acts as the form for body shape before translating it to the desired garment design. Thus, the focus of this study is to construct a good master block pattern that fit the body well. Size, shape, and proportions are considered factors that contribute to a well-fitted garment. This study involves anthropometric study, master block development, pattern assembly onto fabric, basic garment constructions, and fitting analytics. The fit analytics are a relevant part of a fit evaluation to model the best method to develop body patterns and wear analysis for each individual for better-fit garment consumption. The conclusion showed that using sophisticated Telestia-AB tools and Telestia body key dimensions expedites the process of body block pattern for fit evaluation. The wear trial process is to determine how the bodice block fits before transforming it into the design pattern for corporate wear. This research concludes that developing a proper body pattern based on the anthropometric data is crucial as the fit of the garment is achievable with the right pattern-making system and skillset.

Development of a generic timetabling and scheduling system based on the combinations of metaheuristics algorithm 基于元启发式算法组合的通用排课调度系统的开发

This research paper examines the usage of combining the meta-heuristic approaches for solving critical real-world optimization problems due to the hard and soft constraints. For the last few decades, developing an optimal solution for these problems were considered as a difficult task, and manual timetabling required an excessive amount of effort and time to deliver the quality results. This paper's objective is to address several approaches and develop a generic solution for solving a wide range of timetabling and scheduling problems. Many techniques and benchmark instances have been reviewed and presented to find a feasible solution in the literature section. This paper also investigates the performance based on the combination of meta-heuristic approaches to solve the problem and introduce the algorithm to allocate time slots to several resources according to their constraints satisfaction and violations. However, this algorithm may consider as a comprehensive benchmark instance and significant improvement for future researchers. Furthermore, the computational and experimental results of the algorithm determine the feasibility, effectiveness, robustness, and optimality of the proposed approach.

Ketika petugas berwenang melakukan aktivitas investigasi forensik digital, hal penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah menggunakan dan mengikuti proses di setiap tahapan yang ada pada kerangka investigasi. Tidak hanya mengikuti mekanisme yang tepat tetapi juga harus mengikuti aturan hukum yang berlaku. Namun ditemukan kejadian saat barang bukti yang dihadirkan dipersidangan ditolak pada perkara nomor: 85/PID.B/2012/PN.pwt, dikarenakan hasil rekaman CCTV tidak disertai alat bukti proses hashing yang dicetak dalam bentuk surat untuk melihat keaslian dari suatu file. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pihak pengadilan tidak bisa menerima begitu saja bukti yang diserahkan jika mereka tidak bisa memastikan bagaimana bukti tersebut ditangani. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk menghasilkan framework penangan awal untuk forensik CCTV melalui identifikasi ketentuan dan proses penting dari standar yang berlaku. This showed that the people at the judge cannot receive the things for the evidence offhand delivered if they cannot guarantee how that thing is handled. Therefore, this research did in resulting the first response to the framework for CCTV forensics by identifying the rule and important processes from the applied standard. This research used the document SNI 27037:2014 and SWGIT 1.0 2013.09.27, such that yield the recording of CCTV as the legal digital evidence for the judge.

Pengaruh Penambahan Ragi NKL dan Waktu Fermentasi terhadap Populasi Mikroorganisme selama Fermentasi Biji Kakao 发酵时间和发酵对可可豆发酵微生物的影响

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ragi NKL dan waktu fermentasi terhadap perubahan warna keping biji kakao yang dihasilkan selama fermentasi. Penelitian menggunakan perlakuan pertama (A0) tanpa inokulasi (kontrol), perlakuan kedua (A1) dengan penambahan ragi NKL 2% diberikan pada awal fermentasi, perlakuan ketiga (A2) penambahan NKL 0,5% awal fermentasi kemudian ditambahkan 0,5% pada 24 jam selanjunya, dan 1% NKL ragi pada 48 jam sebagai persentase berat ragi/berat biji kakao segar. Fermentasi dilakukan selama 120 jam. Populasi mikrobia diukur menggunakan metode pour plate, perubahan warna keping biji menggunakan Cut Test. Penelitian menghasilkan populasi S. cerevisiae, L. lactis dan A. aceti tertinggi diantara ketiga perlakuan pada fermentasi 24, 48 dan 72 jam. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NKL yeast addition and fermentation time on discoloration to cocoa bean ping produced during fermentation. The study used the first treatment (A0) without inoculation (control), the second treatment (A1) with the addition of 2% NKL yeast given at the beginning of fermentation, the third treatment (A2) the addition of NKL 0.5% initial fermentation then added 0.5% in the next 24 hours, and 1% NKL yeast at 48 hours as a percentage of yeast weight / weight of fresh cocoa beans. Fermentation is carried out for 120 hours. Microbial populations were measured using the pour plate method, discoloration of seed chips using the Cut Test. The study resulted in the highest populations of S. cerevisiae, L. lactis and A. aceti among the three treatments at 24, 48 and 72-hour fermentation. The most brown (Ao), (A1) and (A2) seed chips in the treatment (A2) were 97.01%.

Theoretical research of the process of separating impurities from cotton flow on the vibrating inclined mesh surface 振动斜网面上棉花流中杂质分离过程的理论研究

The theoretical and experimental analysis of movement processes of raw cotton on the inclined surface (a tray) is given in the article and different factors influencing cotton cleaning process are studied. Based on developed models, there is an opportunity to determine the efficiency of raw cotton being cleaned under different angles of the inclined plane and the change in its volume. It was observed that pattern of change in coefficient of cotton cleaning efficiency by time as a result of vibration of a tray is closely dependent on compression module  and increase in cleaning efficiency was observed.

The effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the teaching of general engineering in higher education in Uzbekistan 信息和通信技术(ICT)在乌兹别克斯坦高等教育普通工程教学中的应用效果

This paper presents a systematic review of models and methodologies that integrate information and communication technologies (ICT) and education. The starting point of the review is the research questions, then keywords, selection of the databases, definition of the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the definition of the search chains, search process and selection of papers, the analysis of the paper, and the results of the systematic review to answer the questions posed. In the systematic review, 316 papers were found in three academic databases and 75 relevant papers were selected. The work developed intends to know the different models and methodologies that integrate ICT and education. The article describes the solution of problems on the subject "Descriptive geometry and engineering graphics" using computer programs and the role of pedagogical information technologies in the process of teaching students in higher educational institutions. Peculiarities of teaching descriptive geometry and engineering graphics as part of the course of engineering graphics aimed at the mastering of AutoCAD and Compass graphic editor's are considered by the authors. The authors recommend the incorporation of mini-lectures and computer workshops into the training process.

Experimental investigation of heat treated alloy for hardness using multiple linear regression model 热处理合金硬度的多元线性回归模型试验研究

Quenching media, temperature and time plays vital role to improve the mechanical properties of metal and alloys.  Tap water blend with cow urine different compositions hot metal at different temperature interval and quenched the blend and find the hardness values Al 2585 alloy. Cow urine contains different ingredients to enhance the mechanical properties of the meal and alloy. Ingredients like sodium and silicon some other elements present homogeneously improve properties like tensile strength, yield strength and hardness. Sodium refine the micro structure and silicon interlocking the grain boundaries of the metal. The model defined the relationship existing between the two variables of % of blend and temperature of specimen and hardness value, the dependent variables.  This was correlated with existing theories are the relationship between Hardness and two variables. A analytical model was developed for the fore casting of hardness, it was proved and certified to be a positive valuation tool for estimating the hardness on the heat treatment process.

Are our children financially illiterate? The case in Kedah 我们的孩子是财务文盲吗?吉打州的案例

The main objective of this paper is to identify the level of children financial literacy in Kedah and analyze the significant factors that influenced their level of financial literacy. This study surveyed 320 primary school students in Kedah, aged from 7 to 12 years old using mixed method. Results shows that children in Kedah is financially literate. Besides that, there are significant different in children financial literacy according to their parent education level, parental income, student class group and school location. Based on regression results, showed that saving behavior, spending behavior, peer role, school involvement, parent role, and technology are significantly influence children financial literacy.
本文的主要目的是确定在吉打州儿童的金融素养水平,并分析影响他们的金融素养水平的显著因素。本研究采用混合调查法,对吉打州320名7至12岁小学生进行调查。结果显示,吉打州的儿童具有财务知识。此外,父母受教育程度、父母收入、学生班级群体和学校位置对儿童金融素养的影响也存在显著差异。基于回归结果,发现储蓄行为、消费行为、同伴角色、学校参与、父母角色和技术对儿童金融素养有显著影响。

Development of a generic timetabling and scheduling system based on the combinations of Meta-Heuristics algorithm 基于元启发式算法组合的通用排课调度系统的开发

This research paper examines the usage of combining the meta-heuristic approaches for solving critical real-world optimization problems due to the hard and soft constraints. For the last few decades, developing an optimal solution for these problems were considered as a difficult task, and manual timetabling required an excessive amount of effort and time to deliver the quality results. This paper's objective is to address several approaches and develop a generic solution for solving a wide range of timetabling and scheduling problems. Many techniques and benchmark instances have been reviewed and presented to find a feasible solution in the literature section. This paper also investigates the performance based on the combination of meta-heuristic approaches to solve the problem and introduce the algorithm to allocate time slots to several resources according to their constraints satisfaction and violations. However, this algorithm may consider as a comprehensive benchmark instance and significant improvement for future researchers. Furthermore, the computational and experimental results of the algorithm determine the feasibility, effectiveness, robustness, and optimality of the proposed approach.

Review of hydric optimization in the Covid-19 era 新冠肺炎时代水利优化研究综述

Environmental education programs, assuming an intensive training of skills as the axis of solution in the face of scarce resources, have focused on the optimization of public services. In this sense, the objective of this work has been to observe the effects of an informative workshop in which the prevention and repair of leaks was promoted, as well as saving water through dosing and reuse. A quasi-experimental study was conducted with 100 intact subjects selected intentionally. The results show significant differences before and after the informative workshop. This is the case of the indicator of pluvial catchment that in a beginning was considered the reflective indicator of the factor, but that after the workshop it reduced its value. In contrast, the maintenance of hydraulic facilities revealed a domestic awareness of heritage conservation, although the segmentation of the information workshop is recommended to corroborate latent relationships between water optimization and heritage conservation.
