Study on the Construction of Technological Value Evaluation Model in Technology Transfer 技术转移中技术价值评价模型的构建研究

Based on the definition and the characteristics of technological commodity in technology transfer, the article stimulates the process of price-setting in practice and constructs a model of technical value evaluation. The model reduces the price range by adjusting the technical price from the licenser and the licensee. The method offers a scientific foundation for the price decision-making.

Research on Manufacturing SME Information Management Systems Based on Ajax and MVC 基于Ajax和MVC的制造业中小企业信息管理系统研究

In view of the low productivity and the difficulty in cost control caused by limited resources available to production management informatization platform of manufacturing SME, a set of information system for manufacturing SME based on Ajax technology and MVC pattern has been designed. The key description on contents, for example the sorting of specific internal business logic of enterprises, overall architecture design of the system and the application of Ajax asynchronous interactive technology and MVC pattern to the system, has informationized the production management processes of manufacturing SME and improved the market competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises. At present the system is being used in a certain refractory material manufacturing company. Practical use has proved that the system is reliable, highly effective and expandable.
针对制造业中小企业生产管理信息化平台资源有限造成的生产效率低、成本控制困难等问题,设计了一套基于Ajax技术和MVC模式的制造业中小企业信息系统。通过对企业内部具体业务逻辑的梳理、系统的总体架构设计以及Ajax异步交互技术和MVC模式在系统中的应用等内容的重点描述,实现了制造业中小企业生产管理流程的信息化,提高了企业的市场竞争力和经济效益。目前该系统已在某耐火材料制造公司应用。实际应用证明,该系统可靠、高效、可扩展性强。

An Improved Wireless Network Link-State Routing Algorithm 一种改进的无线网络链路状态路由算法

Of DSR protocol in wireless network is improved, and put forward a kind of multipath selection under the wireless network optimization MR - the DSR, link-state routing algorithm based on link of link quality to calculate more, realize to avoid and reduce the network load path jam. Presents a more link quality measure algorithm for multiple link choice under each link quality measurement, according to the measured results, use AODVjr algorithm on protocol is improved, with the node energy distribution strategy equilibrium overall load of the entire network. On OPENT simulator algorithm simulation experiment, the results show that the algorithm can guarantee the stability of the network in the event of a link failure conditions, can choose the optimal link, guarantee the robustness of the entire network.

Calls high-quality teachers. At the same time in the development of the society and inclusive education, special education teachers' professional qualities of the reality of our country, so we urgently felt, it is imminent to establish a high-quality professional team of special education teachers. This paper uses the method of questionnaire and data analysis, on China's central area of special education teachers in professional quality to conduct the investigation and study, found that the overall level of special education teachers' professional quality in the central region is relatively low, mainly displays in: the special education teacher professionalism is not high, professional theory knowledge is low, the ability of practice gap, scientific research ability is very low. Therefore, we should rebuild the teachers of ideological quality, strengthening the professional quality of teachers.

Time Synchronization of Wireless Recording System for Transformer Substation 变电站无线记录系统的时间同步

According to the requirements and characteristics of wireless recording system in transformer substation, the feasibility of Referenced Broad Synchronization (RBS) algorithm is analyzed. As the RBS has large overhead and poor fault tolerance, an improved RBS algorithm based on the best linear is proposed. The improved RBS algorithm establishes a new synchronization model on the basis of the system features and reduces the synchronization cost. It estimates clock offset and clock skew by using the minimum variance unbiased (MVU) estimation to compensate for the time, and also improves the synchronization accuracy by filtering abnormal data points. The simulation results demonstrate that the improved RBS algorithm can effectively reduce the number of exchange times of synchronization messages and improve the synchronization accuracy.
