Based on the definition and the characteristics of technological commodity in technology transfer, the article stimulates the process of price-setting in practice and constructs a model of technical value evaluation. The model reduces the price range by adjusting the technical price from the licenser and the licensee. The method offers a scientific foundation for the price decision-making.

In view of the low productivity and the difficulty in cost control caused by limited resources available to production management informatization platform of manufacturing SME, a set of information system for manufacturing SME based on Ajax technology and MVC pattern has been designed. The key description on contents, for example the sorting of specific internal business logic of enterprises, overall architecture design of the system and the application of Ajax asynchronous interactive technology and MVC pattern to the system, has informationized the production management processes of manufacturing SME and improved the market competitiveness and economic benefits of enterprises. At present the system is being used in a certain refractory material manufacturing company. Practical use has proved that the system is reliable, highly effective and expandable.

According to the requirements and characteristics of wireless recording system in transformer substation, the feasibility of Referenced Broad Synchronization (RBS) algorithm is analyzed. As the RBS has large overhead and poor fault tolerance, an improved RBS algorithm based on the best linear is proposed. The improved RBS algorithm establishes a new synchronization model on the basis of the system features and reduces the synchronization cost. It estimates clock offset and clock skew by using the minimum variance unbiased (MVU) estimation to compensate for the time, and also improves the synchronization accuracy by filtering abnormal data points. The simulation results demonstrate that the improved RBS algorithm can effectively reduce the number of exchange times of synchronization messages and improve the synchronization accuracy.
