In order to fully test the resolvins E1 pharmacodynamics in mice with acute lung injury and evaluate the influence of RvE1 on inflammatory response. 30 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups, normal control group, ALI model control group and RvE1 treated group. The animal model of ALI was established by LPS intraperitoneal injection. After 12h, killed the experimental animals and observed the histological changes of the lung tissues, and test the wet-to-dry (W/D) ratio of the lung tissues. Measured the contents of TNF-a in BALF by ELISA and measured NF-κB in lung homogenate by western blotting. Histological studies showed the lung injury was significantly alleviated and the lung tissue structures became nearly normal, and the infiltrated inflammatory cells and exudates in alveolar and bronchial lumen were significant decrease in RvE1 treated group. The W/D ratio and contents of TNF-a in BALF and the level of NF-κB in RvE1 treated mice was significantly lower than those in ALI model control group. The test results show that RvE1 can inhibit inflammatory response and alleviate lung injury in mice with acute lung injury.

The temporal relation commonly exists in the concepts of events and it is a kind of natural connection among the information unit. It proposes a kind of temporal relation recognition of news events based on the co-occurrence of functional word and predicate for the news corpus in this paper. On the basis of extraction of news atomic events and excavation of determinants of temporal relations, construct the co-occurrence relation network of semantic knowledge base and verb sequence so as to build semantic temporal relation rule base for the recognition of temporal relation among news atomic events. The experimental result reveals that the temporal relation recognition of news atomic events based on the co-occurrence of functional word and predicate.

Taking a reinforcement engineering about existing foundation pit as the background, the FLAC3D is used to simulate the process of construction and pile-anchor supporting system. During the simulation Mohr-Coulomb model is used and contact elements are applied to the interfaces between anchor and soil. According to the measured data and parametric analysis results, the soil parameters are calculated with FLAC3D. By using these parameters, the existing supporting deformation under original scheme is calculated. The reinforcement scheme is adopted on the basis of calculation results. The analysis results of the deformation, that were calculated by this model, were generally in agreement with the measured data. Furthermore, the agreement shows that the FLAC3D model and analytical method are reliable. And the results of FLAC3D numerical simulations can satisfy the need of engineering, so it can be well applied to analyze and predict practical engineering.

At present, medication safety is the key event in hospital. This paper discusses the pharmacy stability of propofol and etomidate mixture and its clinical efficacy in combination. In order to solve the problem efficiently, we adopt a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR) to determinate the stability of propofol and etomidate mixture fristly. Then 120 patients of early pregnancy undergoing abortion surgeries were randomly assigned to propofol group(P group), etomidate group(E group) and propofol + etomidate group(EP group). Patients in P group were induced with 1% propofol 15ml. In E group, Patients were induced with 0.2% etomidate 15ml. In EP group, induction was performed with 1% propofol 10ml and 0.2% etomidate 5ml. To compare the results of hemodynamics, injection pain, myoclonus and recovery time among groups. As a results, the comparision of HPLC and H1-NMR showed nice chemical stability of samples. EP group has obvious advantages.

Nerve injuries found in previous studies need to be explained with appropriate simulation studies. This study employed an axonal model based on the Frankenhaeuser-Huxley (FH) equations to investigate the changes of membrane potentials and sodium currents during high frequency (HF) electrical stimulation. The HF electrical stimulation induced continuously changing high-amplitude membrane responses different from the normal action potentials (APs). The phenomena of steady state depolarization and hyper polarization were observed at relatively low (1 kHz) and high (10 kHz) frequency HF currents respectively, for which overall inward and outward sodium fluxes occurred. Although only inward sodium flux occurred at low amplitude (1 mA) HF current, both inward and outward sodium fluxes were observed at high amplitude (5 mA) HF current. Higher frequencies (10 kHz) of HF currents caused more inward sodium fluxes and had bigger inward-to-outward ratio values. The results suggested the existence of an optimal HF frequency for HF electrical nerve stimulation. Successful verification of this would promote the design of safe HF electrical nerve stimulation protocols.

In this paper, we proposed an effective remote medical nursing monitoring system, which makes full use of computer network technology. After surveying on the related works about remote monitoring system, we demonstrate how to exploit the remote monitoring mode in the health care system. The proposed remote medical nursing monitoring system consists of central server and several terminal equipments. For each equipment, telecontroller, camera, and care bed are installed. Particularly, our proposed monitoring system is made up of "Signal processing model", "Embedded development board", and "Data analysis model". The embedded board is utilized to transmit the digital signals to the remote server through wireless data transmission, and then the sensing signals are memorized. Finally, the doctors can make health care decisions by the data analysing algorithm and the data visualization approach.

The secant pile wall is a new type of foundation pit retaining structure. The Stress distribution and characteristics analysis are important to the study on the deformation of foundation pit retaining wall. In this paper, through the theoretical derivation and field testing, the force and bending moment of the secant pile wall are analyzed and discussed. Based on the analysis of the secant pile wall influence factors, combining with the theoretical formula of the reinforcement stress, the bending moments of the secant pile wall in different situations are deduced to ensure the theoretical values close to the measured value. The comprehensive effect coefficient i between the piles and soils is considered, the deduced formula of the stress and bending moment are amended. In the last, combining with the analysis of the field tests, the reasonable value rang of the comprehensive effect coefficient i is obtained, which can ensure the security of the foundation pit supporting. In this paper, the study result can provide theoretical directions for the deformation mechanism of the secant pile wall and simplify the calculation procedure of the secant pile wall, in finally, it will provide reliable basis for the design and construction of the foundation pit retaining structure.
