Evaluating the Input/Output Efficiency between Science-Technology and Finance via Analytic Hierarchy Process 基于层次分析法的科技与金融投入产出效率评价

This paper concentrates on the problem of Input/Output efficiency between science-technology and finance, and this problem is of great importance for modern society development. Firstly, we illustrate the analytic hierarchy process, which can adopt the relative evaluations computed by a decision maker. Considering the standard analytic hierarchy process model needs to exact judgments, it is impossible to obtain precise judgments by AHP. Therefore, we introduce fuzzy theory to the standard analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, an index system for the input/output efficiency evaluation problem is proposed, which covers two goals: 1) Financial investment, and 2) Science and technology output. Particularly, thirteen indexes are included in this index system. Finally, in the experiment, we collect experimental data from Chinese statistical yearbook, and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our method.

Application of GM Model in Coal Mine Water Inflow Prediction GM模型在煤矿涌水量预测中的应用

The aim of this study was to predict groundwater inflow of Bangladesh Barapukuria coal mine using grey theory. The mine water inflow is affected by geological and hydro geological conditions, precipitation, degree of exploration and mining conditions, as well as many incomplete and synthesis of uncertain or unknown factors, belonging to the grey system. In this paper, present mine water inflow data were analyzed in detail and a GM model was built. In addition, a program based on Mat lab was used to calculate the model. The prediction was compared with in-situ measured data to assess the reliability of the GM (1, 1) model. The results showed that grey theory model is reliable enough to conduct groundwater inflow prediction. The results calculated can be used to design coal mine drainage system and develop mine water prevention and control measures.

Urban Tourism Product Development Based on Multi-objective Optimization 基于多目标优化的城市旅游产品开发

The condition of urban tourism development, including the urban tourism resources, accessibility, visitor perceptions, cognitions, market segmentation, market demand and market competitors are analyzed. Then based on the current status of the development of urban tourism, the urban tourism product development and makes systematic study of each category is classified so as to arrive at the general idea of urban tourism product development. Qingdao urban tourism product development is selected as an example to analyze the condition of Qingdao urban tourism product development, and based on the current status and questions of Qingdao urban tourism product development, the enhancement suggestions of its development is proposed to improve the research system.

The Quantitative Research of Impact of Climate Change and Reservoir Operation on the Runoff Based on Computer Simulation 基于计算机模拟的气候变化与水库运行对径流影响定量研究

This paper builds an integrated platform by coupling SWAT model and RegCM3 model which is used in the lancing-Mekong river. Based on the integrated platform, and quantitatively studies the impact of the climate change and reservoir operation on the runoff of lower reaches of the Lancing-Mekong river in different scenarios. The results show that: In the next twenty years, both of climate change and reservoir operation will lead to a drop of the runoff. Of all the factors of Lancang-Mekong river runoff decrease, reservoir operation contributes to 12% and climate change 88%, so the major cause of the change of the runoff is climate change. In the impact factors of climate change, the contribution rate of temperature change accounts for 81% and precipitation change 19%. It's believed that the most important influence factor of the lower reaches of the Lancang-Mekong river runoff is temperature change.

Studies about the Time and Space Relationship for the Changes in Land Surface Cover in Chengghong New Area Based on GIS 基于GIS的城红新区地表覆盖变化时空关系研究

On the basis of the interpretation of the Landsat-5 TM imaging data of Chenggong New District for 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2009 and the landsat8 remote sensing image of the district in 2014 provided GIS Platform, the land use/cover diagram for the area was acquired and the area transformation probability matrix was calculated out. The thesis then adopted the matrix to perform analog analysis and forecast for the change trend of the land use dynamics of Chenggong County in the new 10a years. The results demonstrated that the land use/cover type in Chenggong experienced significant changes since 2000, including gradual enlargement of construction land and gradual decreasing in the area of dry land and water bodies. The research timely and accurately learnt about the change status of land use/cover in Chenggong New District and had certain significance to reasonable planning for the farmland and construction land in the district. Moreover, the research results provided theoretical basis for the forecasting of future land use status, reasonable planning for land use and the realization of sustainable utilization of land.

Significance and Countermeasures of Strengthening Process Settlement 加强工艺沉降的意义及对策

This paper analyses the main reasons of the ineffective implement of current settlement process, summarizes the significance of process settlement in project cost control and project pricing audit, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the process settlement from the aspects of a project contract signing in bidding, settlement auditing during the construction process and engineering dispute handling in construction processing.

Direct sleep experiment method as the evaluation index to discuss effects of sedative and sleeping of valerian extract water, valerian compound prescription and their respective extraction component. Valerian aqueous extract, compound preparation, valerian extract and ethyl acetate extract phase and the water extract of nbutanol extraction phase can Being shorten the sleep latency of mice, prolong the sleeping time of mice, no tolerance. The nbutanol extract of Valerian a water phase to shorten the sleep latency of mice, it is the best effect to prolong the sleeping time of mice.

Test and Simulation on Modal Analysis of Drum Washing Machine Cabinet 滚筒洗衣机箱体模态分析试验与仿真

Two methods of test with LMS vibration test system and simulation with ANSYS software were used to study the modals of drum washing machine cabinet, and the double results are compliance well. The error of natural frequencies of the cabinet obtained with the two methods is no more than 6.1%. The deformation of the given cabinet structure is very obvious for the inefficient rigidity, which will induce resonance. The natural frequency and the deformation positions can be changed from the side plates to the rear cover and the upper cover with structure improved from vertical groove to annular groove with the same motor excited. Simulation is a reliable ways to study the vibration performances.

Improved Conditional Dependency Networks for Multi-label Classification 多标签分类的改进条件依赖网络

Multi-label classification (MLC) is the supervised learning problem where an instance is associated with multiple labels, rather than with a single label. The widely known binary relevance method (BR) for multi-label classification considers each label as an independent binary problem and has been sidelined in the literature due to perceived inadequacy of label correlations. In this paper, we outline several BR-based classification methods and present our improved conditional dependency networks for multi-label classification (ICDN). ICDN inherits the framework of double layer based classifier chain (DCC) to exploit the label correlations in training stage and modifiers the conditional dependency networks (CDN) by initializing the input values of the second layer with the prediction values from the first layer during the testing stage. The main contribution of the algorithm is that it reduces randomization of input for the conditional dependency networks and improves convergence rate. Experiments on benchmark datasets demonstrate that ICDN obtains the best predictive performance across several datasets under several evaluation methods specifically designed for multi-label classification.

There is a widespread phenomenon in the enterprises of China that some of the enterprise's interim financial reports reflect negative profits index.In order to achieve the profits of the company,the managers of the enterprise will be regulated the artificial profits and the whitewash financial statements by a variety of methods.By these methods,the enterprises 's annual financial report provided a positive number in the finial year.The implementation of these actions will make the great infact on the corporate investors,shareholders,creditors and government departments.
