Haplotype structures are important in the study of human evolutionary history. These structures effectively simplify genome-wide association studies by reducing the number of mutations to be examined. Here, a haplotype block was analysed which located on 22q12.3 (Position: 34876961-34890077), a noncoding region of chromosome 22. Statistical tests suggested that the region is selectively neutral with a very low recombination rate. The genetic diversity analysis shows that the African population (AFR) has higher diversity than non-AFR populations. The results show that only 52 of 2,184 possible haplotypes are observed on this block. The haplotype distribution concentrates on 4~5 common haplotypes in non-African populations. However, the haplotypes are more evenly and more widely expressed in AFR. Due to genetic drift or sampling, these SNPs with strong LD(Linkage Disequilibrium) of this block is not observed in ASN. Results show that the strong LD structure was generated before humans left Africa.

Vehicle routing for delivering explosive during wartime is the key factor of improving efficiency of protecting ammunition in rear warehouse. In this essay, I will build up a mathematical model of multitasking vehicle routing with Time Window constraint and construct a mixed algorithm of genetic taboos with two-layer searching structure. The algorithm has better ability to optimization, operating efficiency and reliability compared with basic genetic algorithm.

With the popularity of multi-core and many-core platform, multi-core-oriented parallel programming and optimization has become a research hotspot in computer field. However, the vast majority of programmers are still continuing the traditional serial programming habits. Meanwhile, the mainstream algorithms are still in serial. Therefore, how to parallelize the serial programs effectively and write the multi-core programs efficiently is becoming an urgent problem in the field of multi-core programming. In this paper, the optimization of the heap sort algorithm has been achieved adopting the parallel technology based on openMP. Firstly, based on the hypercube model, the heap data to be sorted are divided into n (n is the computer thread amount) blocks called sub-heap which will be sorted respectively. Thus, the scale of the problem is decomposed into 1/n, secondly, the sorted sub-heaps will be merged using merge sort algorithm, finally, the parallel optimized heap sort algorithm is compared to the traditional heap sort algorithm. When the data quantity comes up to ten million bytes, the execution efficiency of the optimized parallel heap sort algorithm of this paper is improved significantly compared with the traditional serial heap sort algorithm on the experimental computer. Furthermore, the efficiency gap between the two algorithms will be intensified prominently with the increasing data quantity.

Due to the urgent needs for high precision surgical equipments in minimally invasive spine surgeries, a novel robot-assisted system for the accurate placement of pedicle screws in lumbar spinal surgeries is developed. The structure design of the robot is based on a macro-micro mechanism, which includes a serial mechanism and a bi-planar 5R parallel mechanism. The researchable workspace, kinematic model and dynamic model of the planar 5R mechanism are analyzed, based on which the links lengths of 5R mechanisms are optimized. This paper provides a reference for the structure design of new medical robots for minimally invasive spine surgeries.

Using the supporting theory of Surrounding Rock unstable circle, before supporting design, BA-II unstable circle tester of surrounding rock is used to test the unstable circle of the new excavated 20m soft rock roadway of +588m level main roadway. Analysis of the test result concludes that the unstable circle of soft rock roadway range from 1.06 to 1.70m. According to the test result, the roadway supporting scheme is improved, and provides technical reference for the soft rock roadway supporting design under similar engineering geology conditions.

Server load balancing based on SDN compared with the traditional load balancing method, can effectively improve the performance of the server load balancing, and reduce the complexity of implementation. Open flow is south interface protocol of SDN switch. The core of server load balancing based on SDN is dynamic building Open flow flow tables. This paper puts forward a dynamic flow table design algorithm which based on "single flow table" and "group flow table" combination, "Single flow table" can accurately monitor traffic of each client, "Group flow table" can effectively category client hosts. This algorithm does not only effectively avoid excessive number of flow tables, and better solve the defect that flow table matching range is too wide, experiments show that the algorithm has good feasibility and higher traffic scheduling performance of network.
