Analysis of a Haplotype Structure in a Non-coding Region of Human Chromosome 22 人类22号染色体非编码区单倍型结构分析

Haplotype structures are important in the study of human evolutionary history. These structures effectively simplify genome-wide association studies by reducing the number of mutations to be examined. Here, a haplotype block was analysed which located on 22q12.3 (Position: 34876961-34890077), a noncoding region of chromosome 22. Statistical tests suggested that the region is selectively neutral with a very low recombination rate. The genetic diversity analysis shows that the African population (AFR) has higher diversity than non-AFR populations. The results show that only 52 of 2,184 possible haplotypes are observed on this block. The haplotype distribution concentrates on 4~5 common haplotypes in non-African populations. However, the haplotypes are more evenly and more widely expressed in AFR. Due to genetic drift or sampling, these SNPs with strong LD(Linkage Disequilibrium) of this block is not observed in ASN. Results show that the strong LD structure was generated before humans left Africa.

Multitasking Vehicle Routing for Delivering the Explosive during Wartime Based on a Mixed Algorithm of Genetic Taboos 基于遗传禁忌混合算法的战时多任务载具投送路径

Vehicle routing for delivering explosive during wartime is the key factor of improving efficiency of protecting ammunition in rear warehouse. In this essay, I will build up a mathematical model of multitasking vehicle routing with Time Window constraint and construct a mixed algorithm of genetic taboos with two-layer searching structure. The algorithm has better ability to optimization, operating efficiency and reliability compared with basic genetic algorithm.

Design of the Multi-channel Ultrasonic Signal Acquisition and Denoising Based on FPGA 基于FPGA的多通道超声信号采集与去噪设计

Ultrasonic signal acquisition and denoising processing are the important parts of nondestructive testing. This paper shows a new design based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) to overcome the disadvantage of the traditional design such as data acquisition control by the lower computer and processing by the up computer. This design can not only improve the speed of data acquisition but also reduce the random noise efficiently. The whole system is miniaturized by using a single chip to decrease many peripheral instruments and reduce cost and power dissipation.

A K-Means Clustering Algorithm Based on Double Attributes of Objects 基于对象双属性的K-Means聚类算法

The K-means clustering algorithm have played an important role in the data analysis, pattern recognition, image processing, and market research. Classical K-means algorithm randomly selected initial cluster centers, so that the clustering results unstable. In this paper, through deeply study on classical k-means algorithm, we proposed a new K - means algorithm of Clustering based on double attributes of objects. The algorithm is based on the dissimilarity degree matrix which generated by high density set to construct the Huffman tree, and then according to K value to select initial cluster centers points in the Huffman tree, using this method effectively overcomes the defects of classical K-means algorithm for clustering random selection caused the initial cluster centers result unstable defects. In this paper, the new algorithm uses two UCI data sets to validate. The results of experiment show that the new k-means algorithm can choose the initial cluster center of high quality stable, so as to get better clustering results.

In this system, the key technologies are described in the process of city three dimension electronic map system development. The basic functions are given. Also Marker landmark and Info Window and route guidance are designed The output of the city three dimension map based on 3DMAX is used to combine with baidu powerful electronic map API interface. Some key codes are given to achieve the display view, map zoom, map type switch, information query, bus query, query school, layer management and route query and other functions.

Image Restoration Algorithm of Smoothness Constraints Constructed by Adaptive Fuzzy Edge Evaluation Function 自适应模糊边缘评价函数构造平滑约束的图像恢复算法

Image restoration is an important research field of image processing. The purpose of image restoration is to improve the observed visual effect of image to make it close to the original image. This paper proposes an image restoration algorithm of smoothness constraints constructed by adaptive fuzzy edge evaluation function. First, image degradation/restoration model is introduced, based on the degradation function to solve the ill-posed problem of image restoration. Then, with the process of iteration, more image details can be detected, while the algorithm adaptively produces a more reasonable smoothness constraints. This algorithm can base on restricted adaptive image restoration algorithm, by increasing the sophistication of weight to improve the recovery of adaptive control capabilities. Finally, an experiment can be conducted to prove the effectiveness and feasibility of the image restoration algorithm proposed in this paper.

Evaluation of Risk Assessments and Management for Landscape Engineering 景观工程风险评估与管理评价

Security of landscape engineering includes ecological security and personal safety. In this paper, two aspects of qualitative risk will be assessed in landscape engineering. In terms of ecological security, it has some major risks which includes department of community stability, soil quality which cannot meet the requirements of plant growth and plant pest disasters. In the process of construction, risks include fall from high-altitude, mechanical injury, electric shock and improper use of pesticides. In response to these security, we raise landscape engineering safety to measure and increase the diversity of plant communities, which emphasis on application of native plant species improve community stability. Plant quarantine, soil testing and other methods are employed to control plant pests and soil quality. Safety training and education and standardize operations are used to ensure the personal safety.

A Hybrid Genetic Algorithm for Make-Up Examination Arrangement 补考安排的混合遗传算法

This paper presents a hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the make-up examination arrangement problem. The objective of make-up examination arrangement to minimize the number of classrooms is analyzed, and a greedy algorithm and an original mutation operator are devised to achieve this goal. This new operator, combined with a crossover and a local search operator which are used to minimize the number of timeslots, leads to a very powerful genetic algorithm. Experiment shows that the solutions of this hybrid genetic algorithm are of excellent quality, providing a theoretical foundation for the practical application.
提出了一种解决补考安排问题的混合遗传算法。分析了补考安排中教室数量最少的目标,设计了贪心算法和原始变异算子来实现这一目标。这种新算子与交叉算子和局部搜索算子相结合,使时隙数量最小化,从而形成了一种非常强大的遗传算法。实验表明,该混合遗传算法的解质量优良,为实际应用提供了理论基础。
