An influence of photolithography mistakes which are arisen as a result of planar shift of aluminum terminals formed on the surface of silicon chip is described. The planar shift of these terminals away from one of symmetry axis of Greek Cross shaped Four-Terminal Silicon Piezoresistive (FTSP) Transducer is considered. Some physical features of anisotropic behavior of deformed silicon under the applied mechanical pressure are taken into consideration. Both cases of power supplying of FTSP transducer with constant voltage supply and constant current supply are analyzed. All calculations were carried out with Couple-Field Finite-Element Method (FEM) realized in ANSYSTMsoftware. It follows from calculations that photolithography mistakes can bring a significant investment into the deviation of characteristics of FTSP transducer.

An analysis is presented of a class of asymmetric multi-element directional couplers (ADC) for any number of elements and with tandem section (TS) as the first of its. A table of element values is given for three-and four-element 3-dB couplers for various ripple levels. It is shown that described approach overcomes the tight coupling problem associated with the method proposed by R. Levy, but that it introduces a bandwidth contraction penalty.

We introduce various notions of partial topos, i.e. “topos without terminal object”. The strongest one, called local topos, is motivated by the key examples of finite trees and sheaves with compact support. Local toposes satisfy all the usual exactness properties of toposes but are neither cartesian closed nor have a subobject classifier. Examples for the weaker notions are local homemorphisms and discrete fibrations. Finally, for partial toposes with supports we show how they can be completed to toposes via an inverse limit construction.

The results of calculations of MW electromagnetic (EM) oscillations penetration depth into biological tissue (BT) under treatment by MW irradiator for reflexotherapy are discussed. The irradiator was made of the segment of coaxial waveguide. It is shown that in order to satisfy the reflexotherapy requirements on locality and MW EM oscillations penetration depth into BT it is necessary to use coaxial waveguide having inner electrode radius ∼0.5 mm and outer electrode radius of ∼1 - 1.5 mm.

Absct: Taking place th1e elements of normal LPDA, a log-periodic bow-tie dlipole antenna is pmposed in this paper in order to reduce the size of the antenna, which operates in a broadband of 0.4GHz2GHz. Both of this antenna and the normal LPDA are designed and simulated with the application of CST MICROWAVE S DIO''' software based on the Finite Integral Method. The simulation results and analyses are presented, to show that the antenna achieves the purpose of miniature by compressing the necessary lateral and loongitudinal size to 2/3 of the normal log-periodic antenna. while Keeping its radcliation charactenrstics such as VSWR, rad'iate pattern and gain nearly Constant.

On the basis of decomposition and current strips methods the matrix method of calculation inductive and inter-inductive parameters of the equivalent circuit of high-power microwaves film resistors is submitted. To growth of frequency there is a redistribution of a current in cross section of the film resistor. As thus magnetic interaction between separate sites of cross section changes equivalent inductance of a resistive film also changes. In this work the algorithm of calculation of the equivalent inductance taking into account non-uniform distribution of currents is given. It is shown that at thickness of a film much less than skin layer and preservation of parameters of blocks on which the cross section is broken, equivalent inductance decreases on 5% in comparison with inductance on zero frequency.
