There are different classes of communication channels with variable parameters. Nowadays the following models of such communication channels are known: 1. With casually changing signal phase. 2. With smooth (general) fading. 3. With multiplicative noise error. 4. With selective fading. Each class is characterized by its own model that makes it difficult to generally analyze a communication channel with variable parameters. In this connection the necessity arises to construct a universal model for identification of channels of all classes. A universal geometrical model of a communication channel with variable parameters, including the models mentioned above, is offered.

To improve the management of the frequency resource in the multi-channel section of the telecommunication system, the selectitve systems (SS) with high rectangularity of AFC are used. At that AFC and PFC for SS could have a complicated character [1]. In the given work the selective system with the high slope grade of AFC at its relatively smooth form was synthesized. The response of such a filter for PSK signal with the rectangular envelope of the elements was examined, and also the degree of squeezing from the adjacent channels at the relatively small overlap of filters AFC of the adjacent channels.
