We describe a technique to eliminate multipath fading in point to point communications. The technique exploits our ability to control relative phase between desired signals arriving in the antenna beam and of undesired multipath signals coming from outside of the beam direction. Using out ability to control relative phase, we can in principle reduce the destructive interference know as multipath fading to arbitrarily small values.

The results of a detailed simulation obtained using a parallel FDTD method and the application of the proposed device to focusing and frequency-selective properties of flat conical diffactive elements in THz waveband are described. Introduction of novels diffractive element in the THz waveband is described. If offers the potential to realize novel types of devices for communications, sensing, integrated optics, networks, transmission lines, information protecting systems and so on. To this end, diffractive planar elements fabricated on non-flat surfaces make it possible to enrich, the "pool of devices" for applications including integrated optics at different waveband, including THz, and to design elements with novel properties and potentials.

There are some relations in the theory of communication named as invariants in terms of which noise immune (or invariant) to any kind of noise error communication systems are constructed. However the known approach has the following disadvantages: — By using relative amplitude modulation (RAM) in its classical representation with fluctuation noise, noise immunity appears to be very low. — Using invariants does not give the desirable result in increasing noise immunity in classical amplitude modulation. Free from the above mentioned disadvantages algorithm is presented below.

In this work results of the analysis of negative and positive factors are resulted at influence of a sound on an organism of the man. It is shown, that by influence of a sound intensity from 0,02 W/sm2to 5 W/sm2and frequencies from 10 Hz to 5000 Hz, a negative consequences of it is not revealed, but positive effects (for example, increase of efficiency and decrease in term of treatment, increase of physiotherapeutic efficiency, amplification of medical effect, increase in a tone and amplitude of reduction of muscles, reduction of side-effects, increase in local blood supply, improvement of function of sounded body) are possible.

Four miniaturized microstrip antennas with slots are discussed. It is proved that the four designs of slot-coupled patches lead to the size reduction of 20%, 22%, 33%and38% separately compared with conventional types, but at the same time, the other characteristics of the radiation are to some extent deteriorated such as gain, band width, and lobe width. And the penetrating analysis on how the shapes of the slots influence the characters of antenna is summarized as well.

A model of isotropic polycrystal is proposed. All crystallites are regarded as spheres having the same diameter d. The distance between the centers of the spheres cannot be less than d. The distribution of the centers of the crystallites in the polycrystal is described by the radial distribution function given by the rigid spheres model. In the framework of the model the charge carriers relaxation time τbon potential barriers, taking place at the surfaces of the crystallites, is dependent only on energy ε of the charge carrier (τb= τb(ε)). The calculation of the Hall-factor caused by the scattering on the potential barriers in the polycrystalline silicon is presented.

On base of the decomposition of function from many varyables on simple in dimensions functions a classification of nonlinear models is entered for a family of the formal models of nonlinear devices in class of Volterra-Wiener systems. DC models for FET are built as nonlinear two-port networks in classes A, AB, B and C operations. Bernstein polynoms are used for the monotone approximation of measured output and transfer characteristics, which can be used in further identification processes.
