This study aimed at examining the effect of: (1) handling customer complaints toward consumer loyalty,(2) customer trust toward consumer loyalty, (3) handling customer complaints and customer trust toward consumer loyalty Gojek to college student Ganesha University of Education. The research design of this study was causal quantitative research. The object of this research were the handling customer complaints, customer trust and consumer loyalty. The subject of this research were college student Ganesha University of Education customer Gojek. The total sampel of this study were 95 people. The data collection of this study were questionnaire and multiple linear regresion analysis. The results showed that: (1) handling customer complaints has a positive and significant effect toward consumer loyalty, (2) customer trust has a positive and significant effect toward consumer loyalty, (3) handling customer complaints and customer trust have a significant effect toward consumer loyalty. This study aimed at analyzing the effect of the influence of competence and work environment on business performance of citrus farm at Banjar Dinas Taksu Desa Batur Selatan Kecamatan Kintamani either partially or simultaneously. It was causal quantitative data and the object of this study is the influence of competence and work environment on business performance. The subject of study is businessmen at Banjar Dinas Taksu Desa Batur Selatan Kecamatan Kintamani. The population in this study amounted to 37 respondents. The data collected in this study by using questionnaire, and document recording, and then analyzed by multiple liniar regression analysis in SPSS For Windows Versi 16.0. It shows that: competence and work environment simultaneously and significantly influence business performance of citrus farm at Banjar Dinas Taksu Desa Batur Selatan Kecamatan Kintamani.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) workload on work stress, (2) the work environment is able to moderate the effect of workload on work stress. The research design in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were all employees at BPBD Buleleng Regency, and the objects of this study were workload, work environment, and work stress. The population of this research is 78 employees. The entire population was used as a data collection unit in this study, namely (1) interviews, (2) document recording, (3) questionnaires, then analyzed using moderation regression analysis (difference in absolute values). The results obtained in this study indicate that (1) workload has a significant positive effect on work stress. (2) the work environment cannot moderate the relationship between workload and work stress, the work environment variable becomes a moderating predictor variable. This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) workload and work motivation on job satisfaction, (2) workload on work motivation, (3) workload on job satisfaction, (4) work motivation on job satisfaction for employees at class LAPAS IIB Singaraja. The research design used is quantitative causal. The subject of this research is the security officer of Class IIb Singaraja Prison, the object of this research is workload, work motivation, and job satisfaction. The population in this study was 35 respondents. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Workload and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Workload has a negative effect on work motivation, (3) Workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction, (4) Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. positive on job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance of the Tanimbar Islands District Regional Development Planning Agency with motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is all permanent employees of BAPPEDA Tanimbar Islands Regency as many as 50 people. The data collection method in this study was carried out by means of a questionnaire (questionnaire), data analysis method in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study are. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance but has a significant effect on motivation. Work ethic has a significant effect on performance, but does not significantly influence motivation. Motivation has no significant effect on performance, Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on performance through motivation and Work Ethic does not have a significant effect on performance through motivation.

This research is intended to examine the influences of (1) service quality towards customers’ satisfaction, (2) service quality towards custormers’ loyalty, (3) customers’ satisfaction towards customers’ loyalty, and (4) customers’ satisfaction in mediating service quality towards customers’ loyalty in LPD Desa Adat Ularan. The research design of this research used casual quantitative research. The subject of this research is the customers of LPD Desa Adat Ularan, and the object of this research is the quality of services, customers’ satisfaction, and customers’ loyalty. The sample of this research involved 100 respondents. Therefore, the data of this research were collected through document recording, questionnaire design, and analyzed by path analysis. The results of this research showed that: (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect towards customers’ satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect towards customers’ loyalty, (3) customers’ satisfaction has a positive and significant effect towards customers’ loyalty, and (4) customers’ satisfaction partialy mediate the effect of services quality towards customers’ loyalty in LPD Desa Adat Ularan.

This research aims to examine the effect of (1) training on employee performance (2) work motivation on employee performance (3) training on work motivation (4) training and work motivation on employee performance corporate division at PT Telkom Singaraja Access. The research design used in this research were causal quantitative. The object of this study were training, work motivation, and employee performance. The subjects of this study were all employees of the corporate division consisting of the IOAN division, WIFI & BGES division totaling 34 people. Data collected by recording documents, interviews, observations and questionnaires and analyzed by path analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that (1) training had a positive effect on employee performance by 33.5% (2) work motivation had a positive effect on employee performance by 18.6% (3) training had a positive effect on work motivation by 51.6% (4) training and work motivation had an effect on employee performance by 87.9%, which means that overall, the level of employee performance influenced by training and work motivation.

The complexity of business problems in corporate organizations often becomes an unavoidable problem for business people, there are many factors that cause problems to occur but these problems can be avoided by implementing systems thinking as one of the solutions. The system thinking method is applied to connect system elements into a unit to achieve organizational goals. Systems thinking is applied to meet the needs of the organization in solving problems, determining solutions and predicting the sustainability of the organization in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of using systems thinking on consulting firm organizations with a descriptive study method using literature studies to collect data. The results obtained are the system thinking method applied in PT Sampul Kreatif Teknologi for the organization's business activities to be effective in generating profits to achieve goals.

This study aimed to clarify the effect of Theory of Planned Behavior on the intentions use an online performance evaluation system (SPK). This research used a causal quantitative design. 40 police officers aged 30 years and a minimum working period of 10 years were involved in this research. Data were collected used questionnaire method and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there were positive and significant influences from (1) attitudes toward intentions using online SPK, (2) subjective norms on intentions using online SPK, (3) perceived behavior control on intentions using SPK and (4) attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control of intentions using online SPK. This means that if want to increase intention to use SPK online, then the commander must ensure that members have a positive attitude, support each member to understand each other and teach and control themselves in using the SPK online.
