This study aims to examine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, and earnings per share on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Purposive sampling technique was applied to 26 companies that match to the criteria. This study uses a causal quantitative research design. Data was collected by document recording and it was analysed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that (1) ROE, DER, and EPS significantly affected stock price. (2) ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price. (3) DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock price. (4) EPS partially has a positive and significant effect on stock price
本研究旨在研究股本回报率、债务股本比和每股收益对印尼证券交易所上市的食品和饮料子行业公司股票价格的影响。对符合标准的26家企业采用了有目的的抽样方法。本研究采用因果定量研究设计。采用文献记录法收集资料,采用多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明:(1)ROE、DER和EPS对股价有显著影响。(2)净资产收益率对股价有部分正向显著影响。(3) DER对股价有部分显著负向影响。(4)每股收益对股价有部分正向显著影响

The boom of K-Pop, especially among teenagers, has its own value for businesses that "smell" Korea. What is needed is mobilization and orchestration strategy. The mindset now is no longer conquering but creating collaboration. This study discusses strategies used by Korean culinary hawker business owners. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation. Business can be started from what we really like or are currently liking, especially when it comes to a phenomenon. Today's business can take advantage of the orchestration mobilization strategy that results in a collaboration in creating harmonization

The purpose of this investigation was to assess how the influence of brand perception and product quality on purchasing decisions of Asus brand laptops in Singaraja City, simultaneously or partially. The approach used is causal quantitative and the sample selection is done randomly (random sampling). A total of 100 respondents became the sample involved. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to collect data, and data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are, (1) Product quality and brand perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Asus brand laptops in Singaraja City. (2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Asus brand laptops in Singaraja City. (3) However, brand image does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Asus brand laptops in Singaraja City

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and service quality simultaneously or partially on the decision to use Titipan Kilat expedition services in Buleleng Regency. The research design used in this study is causal quantitative. Determination of the sample in this study using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The instrument used in data collection is by using a questionnaire method and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) brand image and service quality have a significant effect on the decision to use Titipan Kilat services in Buleleng Regency. (2) brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Titipan Kilat expedition services in Buleleng Regency. (3) service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use Titipan Kilat expedition services in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to examine the effect of (1) transformational leadership and motivation on performance (2) transformational leadership on performance (3) motivation on performance. The subjects of this study were earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. While the object of this research is, transformational leadership, motivation and performance. The population used in this study was 35 earthenware’s craftsman at Banyuning Village. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in this study were using a observation, document recording, questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using with multiple linear regression test. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership and motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance (2) transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on performance (3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance.

This study was proposed to investigate the effect of service quality, brand image, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on customer satisfaction. ThIs study was using quantitative design which had causal characteristic. In this research, the subjects came from the Grab Food customers in Bali during the COVID-19 pandemic and the objects of the research were service quality, electronic word of mouth (W-WOM), brand image, and customer satisfaction. Questionnaire and document recording were used to gather the data and then analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. The results portrayed that (1) service quality, brand image and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) have a significant and positive influence toward Grab Food customer satisfaction (2) service quality has a significant and positive influence toward customer satisfaction, (3) brand image has a significant and positive influence toward customer satisfaction, and (4) electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) has a significant and positive influence toward customer satisfaction for Grab Food customers in Bali during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Faktor - Faktor Yang Menentukan Keputusan Pembelian Produk Virtual Dalam Online Games Mobile Legends 驱动网上移动游戏传奇虚拟产品购买决策的因素

This study aims to determine (1) the factors that determine the purchasing decision of virtual products in online games Mobile Legends, and (2) the most dominant factor determining the decision of purchasing virtual products in online games Mobile Legends. This research uses a type of quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires and analyzed with factor analysis. The samples in this study were students of Ganesha University of Education with purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) the factors that determine the decision to purchase virtual products are social value factors, functional value factors, emotional value factors, and (2) the dominant factor determining virtual product purchasing decisions is the social value factor with varimax rotation value of 31.882%

This study aims to determine effect of work environment and work stress on the performance of nurses at RSU Kertha Usada amid the COVID-19 pandemic. By examining three variables, namely work environment and work stress as independent variables and performance as dependent variables. This study involved 107 samples of permanent nurses at RSU Kertha Usada. Data were collected using a questionnaire method and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) work environment and work stress have a significant effect on performance by 24.1%. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance by 36.3%. (3) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on performance by 22.9%. (4) The work environment negatively and significantly affects work stress by 34.0%.

Risiko Bisnis Dan Struktur Modal Perusahaan Yang Tergabung Di LQ-45 参与LQ-45的企业风险和资本结构

The purpose of this researchis to examine the effect of business risk on the capital structure of companies that are members of the LQ-45 index. This type of researchis quantitative research. The population is the companies that are included in the LQ-45 index during 2017-2019. The sample determination using purposivesampling method using certain criteria. Data is collected using the documentation method, where data is obtained from financial reports which are accessed through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple regression analysis technique using SPSS application. The data results show that business risk has a significant negative effect on capital structure.

This study aims to examine the effects on job satisfaction of the following factors: (1) competence, (2) work environment, (3) competence and work environment. The subjects of this study are rice farmers in Ambengan Village. The total population of this research was 285 persons, out which a sample of 74 persons was used for this study. The research objects of this study are competence, work environment, and job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The data was collected through the questionnaire method, and later a multiple linear regression analysis was performed. The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of rice farmers in Ambengan Village. (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of rice farmers in Ambengan Village. (3) Both competence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of rice farmers in Ambengan Village.
本研究旨在探讨以下因素对工作满意度的影响:(1)胜任力;(2)工作环境;(3)胜任力与工作环境。本研究的对象是Ambengan村的稻农。本研究的总人数为285人,其中74人被用作本研究的样本。本研究的研究对象为胜任力、工作环境和工作满意度。本研究采用定量方法。通过问卷调查法收集数据,然后进行多元线性回归分析。研究结果表明:(1)胜任力对安本甘村稻农的工作满意度有显著的正向影响。(2)工作环境对安本甘村稻农的工作满意度有正向显著影响。(3)胜任力和工作环境对安本甘村稻农工作满意度均有显著正向影响。
