Pengaruh Product Usability Dan Cashback Promotion Terhadap Brand Loyalty Layanan Digital Wallet Di Indonesia Pengaruh产品可用性Dan Cashback促销Terhadap品牌忠诚度Layanan数字钱包Di印度尼西亚

Digital Wallet was a financial technology that was currently being used by people in Indonesia. However, the majority of users of this service were less loyal because they often use more than 1 application. In this study the authors analyzed the influence of product usability and cashback promotion factors on brand loyalty of digital wallet service users. The results of this study indicate that the product usability and cashback promotion factors have a significant positive effect on brand loyalty of digital wallet service users both simultaneously and partially. This proves that these two factors are determinants of how loyal the community is to a brand of digital wallet services.

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) Emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance, (2) Emotional intelligence on employee performance, (3) Work environment on employee performance. This study used a causal quantitative research design, the subjects in this study were all employees at CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana, the population in this study was 48 employees.Data collected by structured interview techniques and questionnaires. The results of the research on multiple linear regression analysis show that simultaneously.(1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, (2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV Bali Coco Fiber.
本研究旨在考察:(1)情绪智力和工作环境对员工绩效的影响;(2)情绪智力对员工绩效的影响;(3)工作环境对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用因果定量研究设计,研究对象为CV Bali Coco Fiber Jembrana的所有员工,研究人群为48名员工。通过结构化访谈技术和问卷调查收集数据。多元线性回归分析的研究结果同时表明:(1)情绪智力对工作环境有正向显著影响;(2)情绪智力对员工绩效有正向显著影响;(3)工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著影响。

This research aimed to examine the  customer effect expectations and service quality of customer satisfaction at PDAM Buleleng Regency both partial and simultan. The research design used a quantitative causal. PDAM Buleleng Regency customers as subject and the customer expectation, service quality, customer satisfaction as object,. The sample amounted 80 people. The data from questionnaire and then analyzed used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: (1) there are significant effect between customer expectations to  customer satisfaction, (2) between service expectations to customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect, (3) between service quality to customer satisfaction had a significant effect.
本研究旨在探讨PDAM布列冷酒店顾客满意的效果预期与服务品质,包括局部与同步两方面。研究设计采用定量因果分析。PDAM以顾客为主体,以顾客期望、服务质量、顾客满意为对象。样本总数为80人。然后对问卷数据进行多元线性回归分析。结果表明:(1)顾客期望对顾客满意有显著影响;(2)服务期望对顾客满意有正向显著影响;(3)服务质量对顾客满意有显著影响。

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

This paper aimed to prove the influence of the physical work environment, culture of organization and work environment, on the performance of employees of PT.Suri Tani Pemuka. This research is a causal quantitative research design, with the data collection method is a survey. The population of this study included all employees of PT. Suri Tani Pemuka, 42 people, with the objects of this research are the work environment, culture of organization, and performance of the employee. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that culture of organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the p-value is 0.002
