The research has been based on surgical experience of multiple decades and on retrospect study of more that 4000 clinical cases, among them 3500 surgical invasion due to different types of traumas. Since it relies on the latter, it shows the evolution of our approaches towards severe cerebral cranial traumon includes different matters regarding diagnostics and surgical treatment with neuropathogenetic approach. We have shown the advantages of certain surgical procedures in cases of cerebral cranial trauma and also the way approaches were changing after introduction of high medical technology and taking into consideration bio mechanisms and pathological data. Computer diagnostics changed several surgical procedures and opportunities. In cases of traumas impacted in immobilized condition method of choice used to be plastic craniotomy, when in cases of cerebral congestion would cause decompression, placing bone fragment under the skin. 902 surgeries were performed among 1990. In 894 cases surgeries were performed using plastic trepanation, 217 among them was performed with improved modified method. In cases of negligible brain congestion, bone fragment was left in its place without suture fixation and after the congestion resolution fragment would return to its anatomical location. In several times it would be ligated in 2-3 points. This method was the most efficient in bi-frontal low craniotomy. The need of removing bone fragment was observed in zero cases. In cases of acceleration traumas, which is characterized by diffuse damage, multifocal hemorrhages and bruises, in 157 cases double decompression method was used, in some case with falcostomy, effective in 49 cases. Trafination and resection trepanation were removed from practice. Trafination method was sometimes use in cases of chronic hematomas and acute hydromas. In Recurrent and chronic hydromas method was less effective, in such conditions plastic trepanation method was used in order to create extra space for fluid. In singular cases of collapsed brain and for resolving tunica arachnoidea broken surface, we used to infuse 25-35 cubic oxygen or 20-25 distillate in spinal cord. This method was proved effective in 70 cases. Therefore, taking into consideration patho-mechanisms and pathology data, using differential pathogenetic methods of surgical invasion and computer monitoring of post-operative period we managed to decrease mortality in severecerebro-cranial traumas to 29-30% comparing to pre computer periods 36-38 % and comparing to data of other clinics 35-45%.

The Asian continent is currently undergoing a phase of project and technology implementation as various investments are made in various engineering sectors to support the continent's rapid development. Management of a business through technology projects is similar to management of a business through the use of technology. To facilitate the rapid development of Asia, project and technology management is emerging as one of the most important disciplines for making sense of the large amounts of funding that are committed to numerous projects of this type. Engineering projects in Asia have not performed particularly well in the past. The majority of major public sector projects in Asia result in substantial cost and time overruns, draining national resources and delaying the benefits to the continent as a whole. Consequently, the project's benefits will be delayed. There have been reports that some engineering infrastructure projects have taken three times longer to complete than originally intended and approved, which has led the state, in conjunction with the nodal agencies responsible for overseeing public projects, to seriously consider ways to significantly improve the situation. The Asian economies are among the fastest growing economies in the world, and they are among the fastest growing economies in the world. A growing number of countries in the west are closely watching the fastgrowing Asian economies and strive to become part of this growth process in their own right as well, in order to become a part of this growth process in their own right.

Teenagers are not welcome in playgrounds - parents recognize them as a risk to younger children and the city government - to the facilities, but what teenagers suffer from is a place where they can gather and do something together. If the municipality provides decent open spaces for teenagers to know as themselves and a place to socialize without public pressure, then they will be able to channel their energy in a constructive way and the public opinion of teenagers will improve.

Background: Some patients with structural heart disease are typically treated or improved by minimally invasive surgeries. Aim: To summarize the efficacy and experience in the treatment of congenital heart disease (CHD) using the second generation of Amplatzer patent ductus arteriosus (ADO- II) occluder. Methods: A total of 37 patients who were admitted to the cardiac surgery department of our hospital from June 2014 to April 2019 were included. After preoperative echocardiography and clinical screening, intraoperative transthoracic echocardiography, and cardiovascular angiography, postoperative echocardiography was carried out to evaluate the incidence of residual shunt and the location and morphology of the ADO-II occluder, as well as postoperative complications. Results: All patients were successfully treated using the ADO-II occluder. There were 27 (73%) cases with patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), as well as 5 (13.5%) cases with ventricular septal defect (VSD), 1 case (2.7%) with VSD combined with PDA, 1 case (2.7%) with aortopulmonary collateral arteries combined with PDA, 1 case (2.7%) with right coronary artery-right atrial fistula, and 2 (5.4%) cases were recanalized after ligation of the main pulmonary artery. All patients had no obvious abnormality in ECG reexamination one month after surgery; The x-ray showed no displacement and shedding, and no long-term significant residual shunt was found in transthoracic echocardiography. No death was reported. Conclusions: The ADO-II occluder is relatively simple to operate, with a high success rate and few complications, and it can be applied to not only PDA occlusion but also to other CHDs, making it worthy of further clinical promotion under the premise of grasping the indicators of interventional therapy.

In the limited volume of the article, we will only consider activities that can gain added value when implemented in a post-industrial environment, not activities for teenagers in general. Attention has been paid to activities that can benefit from elements specific to the specific environment - building stock, materials, etc. The article examines the potential of these areas to create plots that better suit teenagers and the possibilities for adhoc transformations in play spaces that better meet the complex needs of teenagers for outdoor activities.

The priority elements of the e-government system with Blockchain technologies in the most important socially oriented areas are the electronic health system, electronic education and science system, electronic environment, etc., the introduction of which is designed to make public information open to the public, in particular on the state of the environment, directions and volumes of use of public funds, Land Management, the state of development and use of mineral resources, etc.; automate some processes of management of the relevant areas (personnel, monitoring, finance, reporting); improve the Electronic Document Management System in educational and scientific institutions, healthcare and the environment; ensure that users of the system can receive services in the relevant areas through online services, including checking the validity of documents, registering in electronic queues, and so on. It should be noted that educational institutions provide applicants with "information", which in the learning process should turn into "knowledge". We note that the main difference between knowledge and information is the degree of organization and consciousness of Primary Data. In our opinion, the main difference lies not only in the degree of organization and consciousness of primary data but also in the orientation. So, information is the" raw material " for the formation of knowledge, the main resource, service, and product. Knowledge, in our opinion, is systematic, structured information that an individual has. That is, knowledge is a quality of the individual. A modern successful person needs to learn throughout his life. At the same time, the ability to make decisions independently, the ability to think, and the ability to solve complex interdisciplinary problems in non-standard situations become essential. This makes it necessary for a modern person to have the skills to search, analyze and process information in accordance with the methodology of scientific knowledge using digital technologies. The foundation for obtaining knowledge by a person is education, in the process of which educational institutions provide the applicant with "information" that he must turn into "knowledge". The process of converting information into knowledge in the modern environment is possible only if the information and research competencies are formed.

The study selected a technical solution to improve the mixing of polymeric materials in the extruder with the modernization of the worm based on the execution of a detachable mixing and dispersing section. It is formed by a pair of elements, each in the form of a cylinder with coots evenly made along the side surface inclined towards one of its bases, converging to nothing. This design of the extruder worm eliminates the formation of stagnant zones, but also due to the alternation in the circular direction of each element of the specified section of the annular sections and sections in the form of circular segments, it provides a high mixing and dispersing effect of the machine as a whole.

Today, in the term "landscape architect", we rather refer to a set of different professions, which in their synergistic connection give the appearance of modern landscape architecture. All these sub-professions from day to day are becoming more and more comprehensive and, accordingly, more and more independent, requiring their own set of competencies, and this necessitates the profiling of the educational process so that it meets the new needs of the labor market.

The work is based on the analysis of the surgical treatment of 181 injured persons with traumatic subdural hydromas. The clynic and pathogenic peculiarities, as well as neurological symptoms of the subdural hydromas, without complications of satellite forms of traumatic brain injury, have been specified. For the first time has been noticed the quite common feature of subdural hydromas – clynic stages of development of subdural hydromas; neurological symptoms have been described, which is characteristic of the transformation of original, not complicated stage of subdural hydromas to complicated, persistent clynic stage. The usage of comparison of intra-surgical findings and clynic-neurological features enabled to identify of the correlation and dependence of pathanatomic states of the brain, caused by the damaging impact of the mass accumulation of liquid in a subdural hollow in case of persistent clynic forms of subdural hydromas. It has been specified that the persistent clynic form more often takes place in case of inertial injuries and in case of valve formation of hydromas. It is demonstrated that in the case of persistent clynic forms, limbic puncture and forced dehydration therapy are not appropriate, as they can worsen dislocation processes and the state of the injured. Based on the sufficient clynic material, it has been proven that in the complicated, persistent clynic stage, the only effective remedy is the extended brain-plastic kranitomiya, with introsurgic correction of the collated brain by means of the introduction of 10-15 milliliters of distilled solution or 20-25 cub. of air to lateral ventricles through their lower horn and thus creating in the end of supplementary, reserve space, by means of exfoliation around the trepan hole of skin-apponeurotic patch from the periosteum, in the depth of 10-15 sm, for “withdrawal” of cerebrospinal fluid, which is permanently entering subdural hollow, in order to avoid the formation of conditions for mass effect, compression and dislocation of the brain. Alongside the innovative surgical methods of treatment of the injured persons, it is recommended, with the aim of improvement in reanimation measures for brain flood supply and perfusion of the brain, the means which are upgrading left ventricles mass blood flood. In cases of complicated, persistent forms of subdural hydromas, it is highly advisable to apply repeated big surgery than prolonged conservative treatment and forced dehydration therapy.

In cases of complicated, persistent forms of subdural hydromas, it is highly advisable to apply repeated big surgery than prolonged conservative treatment and forced dehydration therapy.","PeriodicalId":19855,"journal":{"name":"Pharmacy World & Science","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86623872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A strong wind significantly affects the living conditions and economic activity of a person and society, because it can cause damage to the communal economy of cities, destroy buildings, and disrupt communication and transport. This research is devoted to the determination of the modern spatiotemporal distribution of strong wind at the stations of the Odesa region for 2005–2020, as well as the circulation and thermodynamic conditions of its strengthening. Revealed the weakening of the wind speed from 3,4 to 2,8 m/s at the stations of the Odesa region for 2005-2020 compared to the previous climatic period of 1961-1990, with the exception of Bilhorod- Dnistrovskyi. Found the intensity of the wind regime decreased most strongly in the south of the region. Determined that strong winds arose mainly over Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Chornomorsk, and Odesa-AMSC during cyclonic circulation with large baric gradients. Revealed the predominance of stable stratified air with moderate wind shear from the surface to the level of 925 hPa on the eve of the strong wind in the Odesa region.
