GREEN ROOFS AS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF MODERN URBAN ENVIRONMENT 绿色屋顶是现代城市环境的重要组成部分

The need for the realization of green roof spaces has grown significantly in the last few decades, due to increasingly compacted urban spaces, which deprives urbanized territories of green areas. The positive sanitary and hygienic effect, the retention of dust particles and the improvement of the microclimate of roof gardens is a fact. This report presents comparative analyzes with selected european examples in the construction of green roofs. Suitable plant species and their requirements for this type of environment are described. Possibilities for a more tendentious integration of this type of landscaping in Bulgaria are presented.

On June 27, 2023, an Ordinance was adopted amending and supplementing the Ordinance on the construction, maintenance and protection of the green system of the Metropolitan Municipality. Unfortunately, the general impression in the professional community is that a rare chance to synchronize the regulatory framework in line with globally established practices was wasted. the adopted changes in the regulation significantly deepen the problems of the green system in the city of Sofia and distance the urban development of the capital from world practice.

The launch of the Southern European Gas Corridor, the real prospect of increasing gas transit volumes for Georgia, has made even more critical the need to build an underground gas storage facility in Georgia. The technical and economic evaluation of gas storage in different prospective locations has already been done, there is also a gas storage project. The prospects for the construction of a gas storage facility in Georgia, and the need for the existence of a gas storage facility as an important tool for the country's energy security are discussed in the article.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MANAGEMENT OF A COMORBID PATIENT. LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM FROM THE EYES OF A FAMILY DOCTOR 合并症患者的处理特点。从一个家庭医生的角度来看这个问题

In the realities of today, family doctors are increasingly faced with comorbid patients. Moreover, with an increase in the life expectancy of people, this problem becomes large and infinitely diverse. Comorbidity can reduce patient adherence to treatment, including due to the use of multicomponent therapy regimens, which, in turn, leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of the treatment. In this regard, there is a need for individual selection of therapeutic regimens with minimal drug interactions. This imposes certain conditions on the family doctor in terms of continuous improvement in the study of the latest protocols and treatment regimens of all therapeutic specialties. This article presents a clinical case of a comorbid patient with pathology of the cardiovascular and digestive systems. The choice of a diagnostic and treatment algorithm was based on modern Ukrainian and foreign recommendations. Emphasis is placed on the stratification of both cardiac and gastroenterological risk factors, and the strategy for choosing proton pump inhibitors depending on the clinical dynamics. On a specific clinical example, an algorithm for choosing the diagnosis and treatment of a comorbid patient under different scenarios of pathology development, taking into account existing approaches and recommendations, is demonstrated. It has been shown that the problem of comorbidity leaves many questions for practitioners and often requires broad knowledge from the attending physician, and sometimes a multidisciplinary approach.

In the condition of globalization, one of the cornerstones of the economic growth, sustainable development and raising of the level of education of a country lies in its innovative and technological development. The current irreversible global process of digitalization offers us wide spectre of services in every field, among them, it enables higher educational institutions to promote access to education for individuals of different social level through digital transformation, to integrate modern technologies in the teaching and evaluation process and to make the decision-making process flexible and effective in terms of administration. It is also noteworthy that the digitalization process ensures the formation of those necessary instruments and skills, which, based on the transdisciplinary perspective, will facilitate overcoming of global problems (poverty, health problems, inclusive education, social inequality, environmental conditions etc).

DETERMINING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF THE RIVER SECTION IN RELATIVE TERMS 确定河段的相对能源效率

Electricity production in Georgia heavily relies on the hydropower sector, making it crucial to develop and advance in this area to attain energy independence. Thus, this article presents an opinion on the potential of utilizing Georgia's hydropower resources. The article provides a quantitative criterion for determining the energy efficiency of the river section in relative terms, namely: following the corresponding river fall per unit, length of the river section, and the related water consumption per unit capacity. Accordingly, we will provide a practical example of evaluating a river section's energy efficiency using the mentioned criteria.

The advancement and utilization of computer technologies for studying and diagnosing the technical state of dynamic systems are closely linked to scientific and technological progress. Among these technologies, fractal technologies hold a prominent position [1]. Time series data, which record changes in controlled parameters over time, are commonly used for diagnosing technical objects and systems. The use of fractals will also be of interest in assessing the resonant frequency characteristics of oscillatory systems [3]. The informational characteristics of topologically distributed networks (e.g., computer, cellular) significantly depend on their geometry, node placement, and inter-node distances. The fractal dimension, a fundamental characteristic of networks, plays a crucial role in this context [2]. The research paper presents a methodology for modeling and synthesizing large networks using the node density function, which follows a power function with a fractal dimension. This characteristic aligns with Zipf's law of population distribution around urban centers. The paper also provides fractality degree indices for the network diagram. Software tools such as LabVIEW play a significant role in scientific research and experiment automation.

The study selected a technical solution to improve the quality of rubber products in rolls with roller modernization based on the addition of grooves. The essence of roller modernization is that the second of each pair of ring sections of rolls is equipped with small grooves, as well as the ring sections of each roll are made on removable ring sectors fixed on it. Such a proposed upgrade of rollers will help improve the quality of manufactured rubber products by rollers.

STUDY OF THE STRUCTURE AND HEAT GENERATION ABILITY OF Fe2O3 MAGNETIC MATERIALS Fe2O3磁性材料的结构和产热能力研究

In recent years, research on the use of magnetic nanomaterials in biomedicine, especially in hyperthermia treatment of tumors, has been developing rapidly. The basic principle of tumor heat therapy is to bring magnetic powder together with other drugs to the site of the tumor and, when exposed to a high-frequency alternating magnetic field, the particles release heat and stop the growth of tumor cells. Magnetic materials with the ability to release heat are powder magnetic materials with ferrimagnetic properties.This article presents the results of a study of the microstructure and heat release ability of iron oxide ferromagnets synthesized by microwaves.
近年来,磁性纳米材料在生物医学特别是肿瘤热疗中的应用研究得到了迅速发展。肿瘤热疗的基本原理是将磁粉与其他药物一起带到肿瘤部位,当暴露于高频交变磁场时,颗粒释放热量并阻止肿瘤细胞的生长。具有放热能力的磁性材料是具有铁磁性质的粉末磁性材料。本文介绍了微波合成氧化铁铁磁体的微观结构和放热性能的研究结果。

EARLY PHYSICAL THERAPY MEF2C HAPLOID DEFICIENCY SYNDROME (5Q14.3 MICRODELETION) 早期物理治疗mef2c单倍体缺乏综合征(5q14.3微缺失)

MEF2C haploid deficiency syndrome is caused by a mutation of the MEF2C gene, which causes dysfunction of a protein essential for the proper functioning of the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, neurological, craniofacial, and immune systems. A deletion mutation occurs when part of a chromosome is missing. Signs and symptoms vary widely and usually first appear when the patient is between 5 months and 2 years old. This  is mainly a review and partly research article. The mentioned syndrome is still in the process of research, since the patients with this syndrome are very few worldwide, and there are 2 patients in Georgia, one of them started treatment from the age of 7 months, when a delay in the stages of development was noticed, namely physical therapy, which was carried out  5 days a week, the improvement started from the first month. This  also confirms that before anomalous movements become dominant, intervention should take place and be tailored to the areas that need it at that stage; along with gross motor function, fine motor skills improved, as well as eye-hand coordination; if we evaluate the general condition, this observation led to purposeful movements of the patient. I think this article will help physical therapists and the patient's parents to focus on early intervention in terms of gross motor function, as a result of which the general condition of the patient improves.
