. The Aceh Youth and Sports Service is one of the official containers in recruiting and fostering junior and senior high school-level youth athletes in Aceh every year. With this activity, it is hoped that in PPLPD coaching, the coaches, especially in the sport of combat degree, can find new athletes who will be fostered and guided according to their abilities and talents so that these athletes can achieve optimal performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The findings are obtained through statistical procedures and other numerical calculations. This study's population comprised seven athletes from PPLPD Aceh who PPLPD coached. The instruments used to collect this research data are body pressure tests, double punches, and inner circle kicks. Based on the research results, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) with the test results, PPLPD athletes assisted by the Aceh Provincial must train harder and be disciplined again by following the physical condition training program delivered by sports experts; 2) the speed of Aceh PPLPD athletes' punches and kicks can exceed West Java PPLP athletes, the results of this study can be used as a guideline for other researchers in relatively similar situations or contexts in different fields to improve coach performance. The suggestions that can be given are as follows: 1) the technological system needs to be improved further to improve the quality of athletes in the future and the long term; 2) coaches are expected to provide direction and constructive criticism to their athletes. Coaches can also explain mistakes and shortcomings in detail during training and matches.

. The abuse of narcotics and dangerous drugs in Indonesia in recent years has become a severe problem and creates a very worrying situation. Victims of drug abuse have expanded in such a way beyond the boundaries of social strata, age, and gender. Drugs have penetrated not only urban areas but also rural areas and beyond national borders, which results in very detrimental consequences for individuals, society, the country, and especially the younger generation. It can even threaten the nation's life and cultural values, weakening national resilience. The law functions as the protection of human interests. For human interests to be protected, the law must be implemented.

. This study aims to analyse the effect of self-efficacy, employee engagement, and perceived organisation support of nurses working in health centres throughout Aikmel sub-district, East Lombok, namely North Aikmel Health Center, Aikmel Health Center and Kalijaga Health Center. This study used a sample of 69 people. The type of research used is causal associative with questionnaire techniques, interviews and documentation equipped with data collection tools, namely questionnaires. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression, where the variable X 1 is self-efficacy, X 2 is employee engagement, X 3 is perceived organisation support, and the Y-variable is performance. This research has a T-test, an F-test as a model test, and a determinant test. The results of this study showed that two independent variables, namely self-efficacy and perceived organisation support, significantly affected the dependent variable, namely nurse performance. At the same time, employee engagement had an effect but was not significant on nurse performance.

. Yenisey's inscriptions are important written sources of Old Turkic. Semantic change, conversion, derivation, and compounding are word-formation methods in the Yenisey inscriptions language. While derivation and compounding are marked methods of word formation where new words are made by adding new affixes or words, semantic change and conversion do not have these explicit means that define them. The last two methods are based on changing meanings or forms of words without adding any new morphemes. Various types of semantic change include metaphor, metonymy, generalization, specialization, amelioration, and pejoration. Among them, metaphor, specialization, amelioration, and pejoration can be seen in Yenisei inscriptions. The words teŋri 'God', qara ' ordinary people' and 'cattle', örüŋ ' silver things' are formed by semantic change. Changing the parts of speech to which the words belong is called conversion. The noun bäŋgü ' memorial, inscription', the adverbs tükäti 'totally', bašlayu 'firstly, to begin with, beginning', üzä 'above' and the functional parts of speech qata 'times' , birlä 'with, together' are formed by conversion. Adjectives with the suffix - sïz can also become adverbs, including buŋusuz 'without a grief, happily'. The research shows that although Turkic languages are agglutinative and possess many derivational suffixes, other word-formation ways do not need adding any new morphemes to words. The products of these methods are relatively few, but they are among the words used frequently.

. This study aims to conduct a juridical review of the authority to seize evidence as regulated in the Indonesian Criminal Procedure Law (KUHAP) and Book II of the Technical Guidelines for the Administration and Technicalities of General and Special Criminal Justice by the Supreme Court. The research involves the analysis of legal texts, namely KUHAP and relevant technical guidelines, and the review of pertinent literature. The research findings reveal that the Supreme Court clearly outlines the authority to seize evidence in the Indonesian criminal procedure in KUHAP and Book II of the Technical Guidelines for the Administration and Technicalities of General and Special Criminal Justice. However, certain ambiguities and variations in interpretation exist in its practical implementation. Therefore, there is a need for harmonisation and refinement of regulations and an enhancement of the understanding and awareness among legal practitioners regarding the authority to seize evidence. This research contributes significantly to understanding the role of evidence seizure in the Indonesian criminal justice system. It could improve legal practices related to the exercise of this authority.

. The article researches the history and sociological substantiation of ELF (English as Lingua Franca) in Azerbaijan. The author indicates the unique historical role of mercantile activities in extending the borders of EFL. It is also stated that the English language would be on a narrow scale long before ELF was used in Azerbaijan. The paper argues that scientific and linguistic literature supports the idea that English as a Foreign Language (EFL) served as an extension for ELF usage. At the same time, some linguists make a controversial statement that the reason English is spreading around the world at the moment is because of its utility as a lingua franca. It also analyses the distinct stages of ELF use in Azerbaijan and illustrates the historical facts necessitating the vast in - country spread and usage of ELF. Following the in - depth analyses of ELF, the paper makes some new remarks: 1) There are at least two varieties of English and simplified (we may call it mere or simple English); 2) Global English existed long before English existed; 3) Until people speak English to their kids, it is usually called ELF; 4) ELF is more extensive; 5) Simple English is more intensive by its nature, and so on. The author argues that the content and concept of ELF's usage is more significant than the concept of simple or mere English usage because the former assumes much - embracing features rather than the "simple English choice". That means, unlike English, ELF has the following specific qualities: 1) It is not spontaneous but strictly purposeful

. As one of the most significant syntax elements, syntactical relations are vital in forming a phrase and a sentence in English. The formation of grammatical rules and regularities related to subordination and coordination in contemporary English did not happen suddenly. Reviewing individual works from the first English grammar to the most contemporary ones gives a reason to understand how this linguistic phenomenon has been formed in modern English grammar. Since the first English grammar was based on the Latin model, they focused more on the language's morphology. They extensively covered the explanation of parts of speech, and syntactical relations were neglected like other syntax issues. Although it is not fully compatible with the modern English language, in essence, each of the authors of prescriptive grammar managed to express different ideas concerning syntactical relations. Making some mistakes regarding determinations of the syntactical links and relevant systematizations does not reduce the historical importance of those grammars. In some way, reflecting such ideas in grammar led to introduction of more accurate and complete approaches to the subject in classical English grammar in the later period. The scientific basis of syntactical relations was developed in classical grammar, as in all grammatical elements. Finally, modern English grammar has completed the most comprehensive explanation of this topic. Syntactical ties have also been reviewed in detail, with most or all contemporary English grammar devoted to syntax.
