. This study intends to investigate the impact of spiritual leadership on organisational environmental citizenship behaviour using self-efficacy and psychological ownership as mediators. This sort of study employs quantitative research techniques and a causal associative strategy. A simple random sampling procedure was used to choose the sample, consisting of 136 responses from 205 employees at the Hara-pan Keluarga Mataram Hospital in Lombok – data analysis using the SEM-PLS method and SMART PLS software. The findings of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership has a significant positive impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, Self-efficacy, and Psychological Ownership. In contrast, Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Own-ership has an insignificant positive impact. Additionally, Self-efficacy can mediate the beneficial effects of Spiritual Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment, but Psychological Own-ership cannot do so. Management must adopt spiritual leadership to motivate their staff to be more environmentally friendly on a discretion-ary basis to help the environment and the organisation's budget.

. The article covers the study of juvenile justice reforms in the Republic of Azerbaijan by international commitments. The report aims to substantiate the development of legislative proposals and recommendations on implementing international standards. The scientific and practical importance of the research consists of the potential to leverage results in improving the legislative activity and including separate definitions of scientific archival. As a result of the reforms, many international juvenile justice standards have been implemented in the national legislation. But even though Azerbaijani legislation meets international standards, some provisions require further detailed regulation. Such provisions include questioning minors, conditions of questioning, observation of confidentiality at all stages of the administration of justice, and application of the diversion. The author proposes the inclusion of provisions on release from criminal liability minors and delays from serving punishment to juveniles in connection with the application of diversion in criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, ensuring appropriate conditions for the interrogation of minors, confidentiality in the criminal justice phases, including the announcement and the execution of judgement periods. The author tends to favour the extensive use of delay in serving punishment to juveniles and considers that the minor's best interests are also required to continue his studies, professional training activities, etc. The requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Azerbaijan (from now on the CCP) on explanation of rights and responsibilities to party and other participants in criminal proceedings, as appropriate to their level of intelligence, life experience, education and other circumstances, recognition of the right to re-explanation, apply to the questioning of a minor. Considering the special training of personnel working with minors, the requirements are essential in administering justice.

. The article deals with the complex sentence structures with a synthetic subordinate in the language of folklore materials. It has been noted that the meaning and content of our folklore is expressed through sentence structures. A sentence is a means of communication and exchanging ideas in oral and written speech. The sentence structures that are indicators of the folklore language have preserved the ancient traces of oral language. One of these sentence structures is subordinate complex sentences. Subordinate complex sentences combine two or more sentences through semantic and grammatical subordination. One of the components of a subordinate complex sentence is grammatically independent, and the other is dependent on it. One of the types of subordinate complex sentences is a synthetic subordinate complex sentence in which the dependent clause is connected to the main clause only by intonation. Since intonation is the oldest means of connecting the components of subordinate complex sentences, it manifests itself more in folklore materials. It also plays an essential role in the expression and pronunciation of sentences. In the synthetic subordinate complex sentences used in the language of folklore materials, intonation determines the boundaries of components, ensures the rhythmic-melodic flow of speech, and expresses the idea clearly. The parts of synthetic subordinate complex sentences are often composed of sentences pronounced with the same intonation and according to the dependent sentence. Studying such corrections will provide rich material for historical syntax and reveal the ancient traces of our oral literary language.

. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of sociology textbooks based on local wisdom to strengthen student character and factors that influence the effectiveness of sociology textbooks based on local knowledge to enhance student character. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the survey show that: 1) Sociology textbooks based on local wisdom are effective as an effort to strengthen student character because the local knowledge integrated into the textbook is used by teachers not only to make it easier to understand the contents of the book or the substance of the material but also to strengthen character. This can be seen from the textbooks' descriptions, illustrations, and questions, which aim to lead students' opinions on character values, including religious, creative, and caring environmental characters that can be rewritten in everyday life. 2) Factors that influence the effectiveness of sociology textbooks based on local wisdom as an effort to strengthen student character include teacher factors and the availability of facilities. The teacher's factor is related to the mastery of the material and the use of innovative learning methods. The facility factor is associated with the availability of sociology textbooks based on local wisdom for teachers and students.

. In the article, the ethnic mentality and world language mapping problem are analysed. The study attempts to substantiate this process from a theoretical point of view. Descriptive-comparative and empirical methods of scientific analysis were used. It is necessary to know the cultural heritage and traditions of the country for the correct transfer of the meaning of the equivalent vocabulary of a specific language. In this study, an attempt was made to outline the starting points for solving the problem of transferring the cultural background and colour of culture when translating it into other languages. Solving problems related to the translation of artistic vocabulary requires considering the entire complexity of the translated original and the means of the language into which it is translated. With the correct identification and accurate reflection of the cultural features of the text, the national colour can be accurately conveyed. However, the cultural component always remains the main difficulty in translation.

. Pre-eclampsia is a significant complication of pregnancy that poses severe risks to maternal and fetal health. This systematic review aimed to explore midwifery strategies for enhancing early detection and intervention to achieve optimal maternal health outcomes in cases of pre-eclampsia. A comprehensive search was conducted across multiple databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Springer Link, for articles published between 2010 and 2022. Thirteen studies that met the inclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The findings revealed several important insights. Firstly, midwives' knowledge of the early signs and risk factors of pre-eclampsia was insufficient, indicating the need for improved education and training programs for midwives. Secondly, regular blood pressure monitoring and adherence to evidence-based guidelines were highlighted as crucial for early detection and appropriate management of pre-eclampsia. Moreover, the role of community health workers in increasing knowledge and promoting best practices related to pre-eclampsia was emphasised. The review also underscored the significance of enhanced education and awareness among pregnant women to recognise the early signs of pre-eclampsia and seek timely medical care. Overall, the study emphasises the urgent need for comprehensive midwifery strategies, including education, training, and collaborative efforts among healthcare providers, to improve early detection and intervention for pre-eclampsia. These efforts have the potential to significantly impact maternal health outcomes and reduce the burden of preeclampsia-related complications.
